Debt is not mine
Complaint: This company has put an erroneous entry on my report from XXXX apartments and Fair Collections and Outsourcing. The only verification anyone has received about this entry, is verification of my name and that I lived there, which was never the dispute. I do not owe this charge. This company failed to provide me with the photographs they claimed to have showing the things I was being charged for nor did they provide me the receipts proving they paid out for these charges. No business would pay this kind of charge without confirming the alleged damage and proof of the repairs.

Debt is not mine
Complaint: This collection attempt is not a valid debt. I have disputed this numerous times and was able to have it successfully removed from everyone but XXXX. This is from 2011 from an apartment complex named XXXX XXXX. I owed this company nothing and was never evicted/ broke any contractual agreement. Since company has since gone out of business. Therefore, I 've had numerous difficulties verifying what specifically this debt is in reference to. Speaking with this collection companies represenatives have proven to be very stressful and provided XXXX clarity or resolution.

Debt resulted from identity theft
Complaint: FCO contacted me in reference to a debt I do n't owe. I explained I am a victim of identity theft and supplied proof of the individuals sentenced to prison. Explained I do n't recognize the company and never had an account with such company. They stated they do n't have a time limit on how long it will take before they finish the investigation on their end to remove items from my credit report. I need this item removed from my reports.

Attempted to collect wrong amount
Complaint: Reporting wrong amount to credit bureaus and refusing to accept payment of proper amount.
1. XXXX final account statement dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 shows a balance of {$600.00}. See attached.
2. This final statement has a charge of {$85.00} for final utilities. I had already paid the final utilities. Proof of this is attached.
3. This final statement has a charge of {$270.00} to " re-glaze '' a tub that was in the same condition upon move-in. It was an older apartment with an older tub that had slight discoloration and wear and tear upon move-in. This seemed normal given the age, so I did not see any need to mark this on my move-in checklist.
This results in a balance of {$240.00}. I have tried since XXXX 2015 to resolve this, but " XXXX '' and " Fair Collections and Outsourcing '' will not correct the above errors and continue to report inaccurate amounts to the credit bureaus.

Debt is not mine
Complaint: We ended our lease with notice because of an attempted child napping by XXXX Ex Husband. Case # XXXX XXXX police provided panic buttons to us and the leasing office people. We had to stay for court and convict XXXX XXXX XXXX before we were free to leave the area. We decided to return to Oklahoma XXXX area. XXXX had a VPO in force against XXXX XXXX.
XXXX and I decided to try buying instead of renting and were shocked to find XXXX had placed information on our credit reports that is FALSE, claiming we owe {$5900.00}!! There are XXXX Collection agencies putting false information on our reports so it is on 2 times!! The XXXX collectors are actually the same. They WERE XXXX XXXX XXXX and changed to Fair Collections and Outsourcing " FCO '' or XXXX XXXX XXXX. When FCO was contacted by the XXXX XXXX they added XXXX as a collector for XXXX XXXX because their address is here in Oklahoma XXXX. I have contacted XXXX XXXX and disputed the debt but the creditor shows the lease. Fact is, XXXX XXXX never returned out deposit!! So, they owe us {$1300.00} plus interest!!

Debt is not mine
Complaint: I have contacted Fair Collections & Out many times to dispute this account that they are reporting on my credit file. To date, they have not provided me with proof of this account, nor have they responded to the Fraud Affidavit that I submitted to them. They have deliberately violated the FCRA in not responding to my request and in reporting information that do not belong to me.

Not given enough info to verify debt
Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and through current date XXXX XXXX, 2016 in addition to past years, I have made numerous attempts to resolve this alleged debt with Fair Collections and Outsourcing, including but not limited to contacting XXXX XXXX the compliance representative by both email and mail. I am certain that letters requesting validation were received since I have all the receipts for the certified copies with signature confirmation pick up and signed by XXXX XXXX. As of today, XXXX XXXX, 2016, FCO has failed to forward validation documents of this alleged debt. to me.
Since I am disputing the amount of charges that Fair Collection and Outsourcing Debt Collection Company is reporting to the ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) credit bureau they are required to provide validation however they are willfully failing to comply which may violate my rights according to the FDCPA, Federal Trade Commission 15 U.S. Code 1692g section 809. Validation of debts. FCO has failed to provide adequate validation of this debt and has not responded to written request to validate this alleged debt for alleged debt account # XXXX. I requested FCO to provide to me, an itemized monthly so that I could see exactly what charges are being applied by the apartment complex in addition to my signature and social security number on documents and a signed lease agreement that proves that I had an actual move in date.
I am attaching copies of the certified mail tracking numbers along with copies of the email correspondence as proof of your receipt of these written requests, and to repeat, to this day I have not received validation response. I have also included a copy of the only response provided which simply a statement is of counter offer to my original request and does not provide adequate proof of this alleged debt.

Debt was paid
Complaint: I have paid an apartment complex directly on XXXX/XXXX/2011 and was given my receipt and a signed letter by the property manager stating that they received payment and my balance was XXXX. The company was changed management several times and lost paperwork and so forth and yet IT HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM MY XXXX CREDIT CREDIT, WITH ABSOLUTE PROOF I PAID prior to it going to collections. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND BREAKING THE LAWS THAT ARE IN PLACE FOR THE CONSUMER. I have disputed over and over again and they still have not did their job with irrefutable proof. I would not have a receipt or letter from the collection agency since the apartment complex was paid 5 years ago and was called XXXX XXXX. So therefor my receipt was given to me from the property manager of the complex I previously resided. I made a complaint to my XXXX XXXX as well as FTC.
