Complaint: Signed up with XXXX XXXX for a bundle of cable and Internet. However I chose to switch to XXXX XXXX and cancelled my account. After returning all equipment and etc I started receiving phone calls from a collection company. I tried to dispute twice already and they stated that I could n't. Reason being is because they said they sent me an email stating that if I ended early on my XXXX XXXX that I had to pay {$450.00} just for cancelling the internet. I check my email and have no email stating that information. Therefore I feel like I do n't need to be responsible for this debt due to me not receiving the email.

Complaint: I have an account that was opened with XXXX on XXXX. I called a representative of diversified consultant on XXXX XXXX to settle this account. The representative that was a man guaranteed me if i settled the account out that he would delete the account from my credit. I payed the account and was sent a letter. After discovering this account was still on my credit report not once but twice from XXXX different companies. I called back to the company and they told me to call the other company because they held the account and they stated they would delete the account once again. When i called the other company they stated they held the account. I have called over and over and this account is not handle and is on my account twice affecting my credit in a bad way. I was promised a deletion but nothing was ever done.

Complaint: I have been going back and forth corresponding with this company since XXXX/2017 in regards to a account with XXXX XXXX XXXX they state that I owe. I have explained to this company on multiple occasions that this account does not belong to me. I have requested that they legally and properly validate this account. I have requested that they provide me with a contract or documentation bearing my signature, they have not. I have asked them to provide me the information on how this account was open if by email or in person and could they provide me with this information, they have not! I have asked them to provide me a chain of custody, they have not! I have asked them to provide me with a complete billing record as the balance they are stating I owe has a previous balance of {$430.00}, they have not! They are stating that payment of {$75.00} was made on my behalf I asked them to provide me with how, who, when, and what method this payment was made and again they have not! This company is being grossly negligence in providing the requested information by law. If this matter is not resolved and I take this to court all of the information I am requesting has to be legally provided. If I have to file a lawsuit I will seek monetary damages to the maximum extent allowable by law. This account is causing harm to my credit file.

Complaint: I received a letter from Diversified Consultants ; with regard to ( 2 ) collections. XXXX was XXXX and the other was XXXX XXXX XXXX. I reached out to XXXX asking what I needed to do to dispute these two items ; because they did not belong to me. The told me to send a letter to them stating the account numbers ; and the reason why I wanted to dispute the debt ( s ). I typed ( 2 ) separate letters ; and mailed them off separately on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I was under the impression that I would receive two letters from XXXX giving me the opportunity to explain why the debt did not belong to me. I never received those letters. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received notification that a collection was added to my credit file ; from none other than Diversified Consultants. I called them and asked them if they received my letters and when I was going to receive something back from them ; the lady on the phone looks at the collections and says that the accounts have been closed. I explain to her that I received notification that the debts had been added to my credit file. She says she did n't understand why. I explained to her the entire situation again ; she asked me to hold so she could ask her supervisor what happened. He got on the phone and told me that a fraud statement had been mailed to me. I told him that I did not receive the fraud notification and I wanted to be given a fair shot to dispute these charges. He proceeds to tell me that he checked my account and the notification I received from the credit bureau was a dispute notification. I checked and it was not ; it was an actual collection added to my file. I would like the opportunity to fairly dispute these collections because they did not belong to me. He told me not to worry about it and another fraud document would be mailed to me. I asked him ; would these collections remain on my account while this process is underway. I told him that the rep before him told me that the accounts were closed ; he agreed. He told me XXXX again XXXX that my alerts were not collections, they were disputes. I would like the opportunity to prove that these collections do not belong to me. The issue is ; if these accounts were closed ; why are they now on my credit profile. And number ( XXXX ) I would like to properly dispute these collections to have them removed. Please help!!!

Complaint: When I received the initial call, I asked the agent to stop calling me as I have no debt with the debtor XXXX XXXX ). After that, I received a call from a very deep voiced gentleman. He asked me my name and when I said yes, he hung up on me. He called back at least XXXX more times that particular day. Since then, I get multiple calls from this number and another number starting with XXXX. Most of them I allow to go to voicemail. I already know he 's going to hang up when I answer. I feel as though I am being harassed and I want it to stop.

He then transferred me to another representative that was just as rude. He would not allow me to speak. Complaint: Un Verified Accounts Pursuant to the FCRA & the FDCPA I am filing this complaint to exercise my lawful right to question the validity of two specific debts that all three credit reporting agencies have on my credit file and claims to have become due and negative. According to the FCRA, if a credit file is going to be reported on a consumer 's report it has to be properly verified by the credit bureau. The FCRA states that the bureaus are the ones that have to keep this verification on file. I am well aware that under the FCRA section 609 disclosure to consumers, a credit reporting agency is not required to remove accurate derogatory information from my file, unless the information is outdated under section 605 or can not be verified. All three credit bureaus have placed this information into my credit file with NO VERIFICATION! Nothing has been done as to whether these accounts are valid, hence they are Unverified! I understand that All Three Credit Bureaus have violated my rights to report these items on my credit report! Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) protects me and governs the activities of Credit reporting Agencies and regulates how they report information about me. They are required to have copies of the original signed credit application in their files, which they have failed to provide to me. Each time I dispute these two entries it has come back as verified within a few days, which further lets me know that they have not fully verified the accounts. They are required to have a copy of the credit application that I signed when I supposedly opened the credit account with the creditor on their files. They have failed to show that their agency verified the information and the accounts belongs to me and to show that their agency verified the information before they placed it on my credit report by identifying the proper identification required ( driver license and SS card ) + a written contract/request identifying me.

Complaint: Hello, so what happened was that I had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX for Phone, cable and Internet. During the first month of the account, we learned we were being charged for 2-3 extra phone lines which increased our bill dramatically. After complaining about this issue ( and still paying so our service did n't go out ), they did not fix the issue and it persisted. At the start of the second month, my account went into fraud and my account was shut down, this is because the 2-3 extra phone lines that they added on my account were not being used ( for obvious reasons ) and if a phone line/sim is not used for a certain time, your account goes to fraud. I then had to prove to them that I was not committing fraud. They eventually solved the issue but could not renew my account as once it goes to fraud, it can not be opened. My services such as internet, cable and phone were all shut off and I had to go to a public library to even call them and try to resolve the issue. I then talked to someone via online chat box and after much deliberation they attempted to solve the issue and only have me pay what I owed that month which was about {$95.00}. I did pay and it was resolved only for a few days and then the whole account was suspended again due to non payment, this time the payment was well over {$1500.00} as when the account went into fraud, the payment plans I had on my phones were cancelled and they attempted to charge me for 2 brand new phones even though it was supposed to be only one new phone. I do have a copy of a transcript of the conversation I had with the agent and I do have the case # with XXXX in which I tried to solve. I refused to pay this as not only were they over charging me, they were n't even giving me service and charging me for things that were not even there. They would not help me over the phone after I tried multiple times and it came to the point where I had to leave and just find another provided. I refused to pay this amount and I told them why, but they just sent it to collections and thus my credit has been held hostage since. XXXX XXXX # : XXXX
