Complaint: I HAVE ALREADY NOTIFIED DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS IN THE PAST TO CEASE AND DESIST ALL COLLECTION EFFORTS. THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT OVER A DEBT THAT I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF AND ARE USING UNFAIR PRACTICES TO DO SO. I HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO THE DEBT AND DO NOT HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THEM OVER THE FRAUDULENT DEBT. I HAVE ALREADY SENT XXXX A NOTICE ATTACHED WITH A POLICE REPORT, AND HAVE ALREADY FILED A REPORT WITH THE FTC CONCERNING THIS MATTER IF EVERYTHING FAILS I WILL HAVE TO MOVE FURTHER WITH LITIGATION PROCEDURES.

Complaint: I am current disputing a debt with XXXX. While i have disputed this debt it has been referred to 2 collection agencies. I have requested verification of the debt from both collection agencies and not received any verification. Two executives have acknowledged my dispute with the money owed, but there is no indication that they are investigating this matter.
I have filed a complaint with the XXXX of Massachusetts. They have acknowledged the dispute but they have not investigated my complaint.
Basically last winter i called to quit XXXX. The retention specialist offered me a new discounted plan with extra channels that was supposed to cost less. My account was changed while i was on the phone. The retention specialist failed to tell me that a regional sports fee would be added to my account as well.

Complaint: XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received a notice from Diversified Consultants inc stating I owed XXXX XXXX to which I'am a current customer XXXX {$900.00}. I forwarded a letter to Diversified disputing this charge and requested verification of debt. I never received verification of debt and Diversified reported collection to Equifax, TransUnion and Experian. I contacted Diversified in XXXX to verify they received my letter and they responded yes and added note to dispute that customer disputes charges but did n't remove collection account from record. I also disputed information with all of the collection agency as well. on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I forwarded a second letter Diversified to provide documentation regarding the validity of the debt or to remove from my credit report. To date, still have n't received anything and collection account remains on my report.

Complaint: On approximately XXXX 2016 XXXX & XXXX billed me {$1100.00} for unsolicited services for cell phone and tv usage which I never approved. After calling XXXX XXXX XXXX and spending many hours on the phone disputing the charges, I canceled all of my subscriptions ( cell phone, internet and tv ) after they said they would not be willing to credit any of the erroneous charges. A year goes by and now I have started getting calls from a debt collection company trying to collect this debt. I never authorized the charges and after finding out XXXX XXXX XXXX has been in several lawsuits for frivolous charges like mine, I would like the debt removed and my peace of mind restored.

So they sent it to Diversified consultants and I have disputed this with them also. Funny thing is they took it off every credit report but XXXX. Like I told them send me something with my signature on it to prove that it was me then we can go from there. Nobody has provided me with anything. the spelling on the bill is XXXX which is not my name. So if I went into an office then they would have my right name and the spelling correct.I am not paying someone else bill.

Complaint: Repeated phone calls from Diversified Consultants, two or more times a day from a local phone number to mask their identity. XXXX called at XXXX XXXX today. Yesterday they attempted to call from XXXX. They do not leave a message and call every day two times or more. I have expressed to this company to not contact me any longer and I will continue to document the repeated calls after I expressed this to the company. I have no debts owed to this company.

Complaint: I have written Notarized letters to Diversified Consultants along with many calls to them and XXXX. I explained I was a victim of ID Theft and provided documentation from police reports to whatever I had and to no avail they have not taken this off my report on XXXX yet. they have no documentation whatsoever and are lying to bureaus to try and collect a fraudelant debt.
