Complaint: The original creditor which is XXXX XXXX sent an account that never belonged to me to a collection agency called diversified consultants. I Received a letter in the mail from diversified consultant attempting to collect on a debt from XXXX XXXX. I sent diversified consultant a letter asking them to validate the debt and send me all information on this account, I asked them to send me a of contract or anything bearing my signature because I never had and account with XXXX XXXX. They failed to provide me with proof of what I asked them they sent me an itemized bill with a list of charges which is not proof that the account belonged to me. They failed to send me the information that this account was mines. I just checked my credit report and according to my credit monitoring they already listed the account on my credit profile without fully proving proof. The address is also not my address as well.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX this company has attempted to collect a debt of {$85.00} for an XXXX XXXX XXXX bill five times a day, every day starting from 8am to 8pm. I have tried talking to them, I have put XXXX XXXX XXXX representative on the phone with them and had XXXX XXXX XXXX confirm that I did not owe them any money as my bill is automatically withdrawn and always on time. I have blocked dozens of different phone numbers of them attempting to collect.

Complaint: XX/XX/2017 XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX deleted this collection off my report because they could not verify this debt in the amount of {$2300.00}. A few months later a collection company by the name of Diversified Consultants INC added the same collection back on my credit report. I was not notified of the debt so I was unable to dispute the debt before hand. I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with Diversified Consultants INC. I have never done business with this company. I am not liable for collection from this debt from XXXX. I am not responsible for this debt with Diversified Consultants INC.

Complaint: Diversified consultants/collection company reported false information about a debt they were trying to collect for a phone bill. I repeatedly told them it was not mines. I disputed with credit bureau and even asked to have this removed without proper documentation, no contracts no signatures. company threatened me so i agreed to pay the debt letting them know still it wasnt mines and that they would agree to take it off my credit report by paying for a pay to delete option. i paid the balance of {$300.00} and did not receive no receipt or documentation to delete the file. they have still been reporting me to the credit bureaus. they will not speak to me about this matter. Ive made call and disputes for months with them hanging up in my face or not responding to me claims.

Complaint: I submitted a complaint to Diversified Consultants via the CFPB portal last year and received correspondence from them with Ref # XXXX stating that they would remove the collection from my credit report totaling {$2100.00} from XXXX. This collection keeps being deleted and reinserted on my credit report without my knowledge. In the letter, Diversified Consultants stated : " All collection efforts have ceased and XXXX XXXX will receive no further calls from DCI ''. I have attached that correspondence to this complaint once again. What DCI is doing is against the law.

Complaint: This is in regards to the last bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX for internet service ending in XX/XX/XXXX. I ended the service and moved hundreds of miles away. I provided my new address. I even stopped by an XXXX XXXX XXXX store to close the account. I never received any notification of any balance due.
In XX/XX/XXXX, my credit report was pulled to secure a pre-approval for mortgage and there was no notice of the debt. My credit was pulled in XX/XX/XXXX, and my credit report showed that XXXX XXXX XXXX send a balance due to a debt collector for {$140.00}. I never received any notice of this debt. This caused my credit score to drop two credit tiers and will drastically increase my mortgage rate.
As soon as I saw my credit report, I called the company ( told them of my situation ), and paid the amount in full. I was encouraged to pay it in full instead of disputing it, because I was on a tight schedule for my mortgage and paying it would improve my credit scored. I called all the credit report agencies to ensure that the reports show that it was paid in full. My credit report was pulled again and there was no change in my credit report. I contacted the company and they didn't offer any assistance. They didn't say anything that could help me.

also i asked for debt validation and everytime i only received a copy of billing statements which clearly are not mine. i told the collection company multiple times to delete and remove this account from my credit report which they have failed to do.

The representative told me that since the account did not go delinquent until XX/XX/XXXX that it was not included. I explained that I was disputing the account because the account has been past due since XX/XX/XXXX and that it was included and that the amount was incorrect. I notified the company that I was disputing this account and they have made no attempt to validate. This is not a valid debt.
