Complaint: Hello I am being contacted by a company called diversified consultants inc. They are calling me multiple times a day and within less than a 2 hour window each time. They are continuing to call me after having contact with me same day. When I try to call them back to discuss issues with them they disconnect the call. I am not using profanity or raising my voice and they are disconnecting the call and telling me to " be nicer ''. I believe this is a tactic to harass me and it is extremely unprofessional. I have asked several times for them to not contact me any longer and they are still calling. The actions are not only unprofessional but illegal.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants Inc put collection on my credit reports without my knowledge and in doing so, this violated the FDCPA Collection Practice by placing a collection account on my credit report without sending a letter to me. The letter they sent shows a different balance than what is being reported top the collection bureaus. I request that Diversified Consultants Inc verify the following information. 1. Full original Account Number 2. Date original Account was opened 3. Any written agreements between myself and the original creditor stating this debt is owed 4. Full account summary and itemized calculation of alleged debt 5. Date of the first delinquency 6. Dates and times of any phone calls made and to what number in attempt to contact me concerning the alleged debt before it was reported to an agency, and so proving that these calls were made in the times governed by FDCPA law. If Diversified Consultants Inc is unable to provide the above identifying account information, this account must be deleted from all CRAs. I have attached the only letter which I have received from them. I requested validation, never received validation before it was added to my credit report

So I demand to know how they are verifying it because this is Fraud or a mixed file due to my name because this happens often. Complaint: Today is Sunday XX/XX/XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX. Current address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IN XXXX with a Mailing Address of XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, IN XXXX. I have tried for more than a year to have Credit Bureau 's along with previous Creditor 's and ( UNAUTHORIZED ) Collection Agencies CORRECT/DELETE entries on my Credit Files due to VIOLATIONS of the FCRA, FDCPA, HIPAA OF XXXX, along with RISA AND the MVISA statutes to name a few. Not only are these " creditors ' in violation, but the " Credit Bureau 's '' as well. Even though I I have provided documented facts in the past, they maintain their records are accurate without providing verifiable proof of qualification. One of the many dates does go back, at least, to XX/XX/XXXX. I AM TIRED OF these companies CIRCUMVENTING the LAW!

Complaint: Diversified Consultants, Inc. ( DCI ) has again reported an account that they promised they would delete from my credit report ( see attached letter ). Please reference complaint # XXXX. On XX/XX/2017, I submitted a complaint ( # XXXX ) regarding Diversified Consultants, Inc. ( DCI ). DCI was reporting an {$88.00} debt of which i had never been notified or contacted. They did respond and agreed to remove this account from my credit file. Their response letter stated " DCI has ceased collection efforts and closed the account in our office. A deletion request has been submitted to the credit bureau. '' On XX/XX/2017 I received alerts from all 3 credit bureaus that DCI was again reporting this same account they said they would delete. Please see attached letter, from Compliance Analyst XXXX XXXX at DCI. This letter is DCI 's response to my initial complaint ( # XXXX )

Complaint: They call twice each day and only let the phone ring twice/disconnect when I attempt to answer ( from numerous lines with a XXXX area code ). I do not have any outstanding debts so these calls are either intended for the person that previously had my number or are an attempt to illegally collect funds/a bogus debt. I've filed multiple complaints with donotcall.gov and am on the do not call list. My cell phone number was recently " spoofed '' and I believe this disreputable company ( Diversified Consulting, according to an internet search ) was responsible since it happened at the same time these calls started. Since they don't know who I am and they're working a scam, I'm unwilling to provide any identifying info beyond the phone number they're already abusing ( and which will need to be changed if this continues ).

Complaint: I contacted the company diversified consultants via certified mail requesting specific infomation and the company has failed to provide me with the information in my request. Instead the company sent me a letter acknowledging my request and then a copy of a billing statement form the company they are collecting the debt on behalf of. in my written request I asked diversified consultants to provide me with proof that the debt belongs to me ( ( XXXX XXXX ) My request was sent via certified mail. The response given by the company is not proof that this debt belongs me at all. In my request I also requested that they cease and desist all reporting and collection efforts on my credit report. As of today the company is still reporting negative/incorrect information on my credit report and has provided me with the information in requested in the certified letter I sent to them. In accordance with FCRA they must comply.
