Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX when I received a copy of my credit report I noticed I have a XXXX account sent to collections for an account #, phone # & debt amount {$660.00} I never knew about or have had, I tried to contact XXXXS financial dept, fraud dept, etc. & keep getting transferred from one department to another & getting the run around on this matter. I have had my current account # & phone number since I first received my services with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX nothing has ever changed/added to my account it has been the same since. I have all my bills since when I first got services with XXXX XXXX on the same account # & phone # not once did I receive a payment with that other account I never had any knowledge of.

Complaint: I am filing this complaint because Diversified Consultants, Account Number XXXX, is reporting on my credit report. I pulled a credit report on XX/XX/18 and noticed the collection account and immediately requested validation of the debt with the Credit Bureaus and Diversified Consultants on XX/XX/18, via certified mail. On XX/XX/18, Diversified Consultants responded with a copy of the bill from the original creditor. XXXX XX/XX/18, XXXX responded to the dispute stating that they have verified that the items listed are accurate but they failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these accounts as per my request.
I have no knowledge of an account with Diversified Collections ( XXXXXXXX ) and was never notified have not been shown any physical proof that the account belongs to me other than a billing statement that was sent to me by Diversified Consultants.
Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 807 { 15 U.S.C.1962e }, which requires them to send me validation containing my signature for the debt owed to them within 30 days of the receipt of my letters, instead of sending this requested information, they sent a bill, which is unacceptable proof of validation. This negative reporting needs to be deleted off all XXXX, XXXX and XXXX reporting agencies unless Diversified Consultants can provide me with physical proof validating this account I look forward to a speedy resolution of this matter.

Complaint: After checking my credit report back in XXXX, I noticed items on my credit report that did not belong to me. I called the creditors and credit bureaus directly to dispute the inaccurate information and make them aware of what I noticed on my reports. This has caught me by surprise as I never received collection phone calls prior to pertaining to any debt that was allegedly mine. Later, I was able to get this information updated and even placed a fraud alert on my credit report to be cautious. I have been in communication with the debt collection agency Diversified Consultants advising them that the debt they're saying is mine DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. I have never had a contract with Diversified Consultants- I am not liable for the collection of the debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX as this debt is not mine. I have been disputing this inaccurate information since I first found out about this fraudulent information and they have not removed this information from my credit file, nor have they understood that this debt does not belong to me. This has hurt me severely in regards to obtaining credit. Diversified Consultants states that they have validated the debt, however, under the FCRA, they are required to provide a copy of the original creditor 's ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) documentation on file to validate that the debt is mine ( which they have failed to do so ). Diversified Consultants has not provided me with a consumer contract with my signature on it validating this debt belongs to me. I have been disputing this for a while now and this has hindered my credit file tremendously.

Complaint: I recently contacted Diversified Consultants regarding an account listed on my XXXX credit report as a paid collection. The account listed was paid to the original creditor after it was discovered that the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) was sending correspondence to my previous address of service and they had not updated their records to reflect my new service address. I have three separate accounts with the original creditor and have never been late with any payments on these accounts. I was assured by the original creditor that this matter would be resolved but after several attempts through mail and by phone with Diversified Consultants this paid collection still remains on my XXXX credit report. This account is the only blemish on my credit report and i respectfully ask that it be removed as it was paid as agreed upon to the original creditor.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants, account no.XXXX is appearing wrongfully on my XXXX , XXXX AND XXXX credit reports.They are collectors for XXXX , a phone company.They Diversified Consultants seem to be a '' branch office '' of XXXX.They are the second collector for the same XXXX Debt .XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, account no.XXXX, also seeming to be a " branch office '' of XXXX was deleted over 6 months ago for the same following reasons listed here.I have included the debt validation letter of the first collector for XXXX.They list an email address connected to XXXX as XXXX.I have never had this email and don't know who it is.
I have never owned a XXXX phone, never had XXXX service and obviously never had a XXXX phone number to make a call from.I am a moving company owner and my phone is the most important tool of my business.In my area XXXX is the cheapest service but does not function well at all.Everyone that has lived here for a long time knows this, so I wouldn't have XXXX anything, no matter the cost.
The collector is damaging my credit severely, which is also a tool of my trade.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants has placed a collection account on my XXXX and XXXX credit reports in the amount of {$540.00} in the year XX/XX/XXXX. Diversified just added this debt to my XXXX report on XX/XX/XXXX I have never done business with Diversified. I have never received anything in the mail from Diversified stating that I owe this debt. I have sent letters to the three credit bureaus asking for verification of this debt. the credit bureaus have failed to comply with what the letters were asking. The credit bureaus sent me responses that they have verified the debt, but they have not sent proof of how they verified that this debt belong to me. XXXX states they will not reinvestigate the account. I am requesting that this debt be removed from my credit profile due to the bureaus not being in compliant with the letters I sent, and me not having any communication about this debt with Diversified. this debt is damaging to my credit.

Diversified Consultants has yet to provide me with validation showing that this account belongs to me. I do not recall opening this account and have never had an account with XXXX. Complaint: On Sunday XX/XX/2018, I received an alert from a credit monitoring tool 'XXXX ', indicating a collection account has reported unpaid on my credit report causing my score to drop 40 points!! The collection account was Diversified Consultants who was servicing the account for XXXX cable. I called the company Monday morning to find out more information as I had not received a notification in any form from Diversified Consultants that they were collecting this debt. They shared with me the account is {$240.00}!!! I am in the process of building a home and I'm working diligently to increase my score and not allow for anything to decrease the score. This debt was not something I was informed about prior to them reporting to the credit bureaus as I would've made sure the balance was paid. I moved in XX/XX/2018 and submitted a change of address in XX/XX/2018 ( attached ). If Diversified Consultants sent notification of this debt to the old address ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Oh XXXX ) it would have been forwarded to my new address ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX ) or returned to sender. I confirmed Diversified Consultants had the old address on file and I provided the new address to them during our conversation Monday XX/XX/2018. Complaint: It has been once year ( XX/XX/XXXX ) since attempted to fix this issue that was created using my name and SSA #. XXXX used my information on someone else account at a different address than mine. The did their part to " XXXX '' the error from my account and my personal information. They removed the information from one collection agency, but a year later another collection agency has placed this debt that is not mine on my credit report. I have been calling XXXX and I called the collection company. They each say the other have to remove it. Today XX/XX/XXXX I receive a text from XXXX saying that they are giving me a credit for this amount. I don't need a credit. I need this taken off of my credit report. I found out who the person was that they were looking for after XXXX texted me the return information for the fraudulent person 's equipment with her address label. The address of the equipment is not mine, nor has it ever been mine. I have gone through XXXX 's theft unit, XXXX unit, and they even unknowingly put another 2 year agreement on my new account without informing me of this. Which would cost me to close my account with them. This is wrong. I need help.
