Complaint: I learned of a debt collection on my financial credit report, which is adversely effecting my credit rating.
I contacted Diversified Consultants, to learn this was for an outstanding balance from XXXX for services I cancelled. I never received a bill from XXXX! I was informed by XXXX XXXX at Diversified, that it was for services prior to my canceling the service. ( Billing in the rears ) I advised I would pay the bill immediately and did so during the telephone conversation.
I requested that the debt collection be deleted from my credit report and was refused!! Mr. XXXX, not only was rude, arrogant, he provoked me into loosing my temper.
When I requested to speak with a supervisor I was advised that Mr. XXXX XXXX was unavailable to take my call. I was then transferred to a XXXX XXXX, who also refused to remove the debt collection notice off of my record. Stating it they aren't paid to remove the records. I again, requested to speak to her superiors and was refused stating the the executives do not take consumer calls.
I feel this is a perfect case of consumer fraud, and this inappropriate business model is adversly affecting my credit rating.

Complaint: I submitted a previous complaint along with my ID and affidavit of id theft to this company, in XX/XX/2018, I asked that they do not contact me or continue to report or try to collect false debt from me, I recently began getting calls from this company again dispute them sending me a letter stating the matter was closed. Ive already submitted the ftc affidavit, police report and ID, this company is creating undue hardship on me emotionally and it will no longer be tolerated.

This is the very same company and same amount {$53.00} with the same originating company XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have NOT had any XXXX services since the early XXXX when they did not supply the service they promised and then grossly overcharged me when I dropped their services.
I will not EVER have XXXX services.
Collecting companies name is Diversified Consultants Inc.
I have taken my credit score from the 500s to mid 700s and if I owed these idiots anything I'd pay it off.

Complaint: I am filing a compliant against DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC # XXXX with the CFPB, I am compelled to demand that you provide communication exclusively through printed letter on the status of ownership and how was the account assigned to your office. However, in my records I am STILL unable to locate documentation that DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH XXXX LAW 1319.12 Taking assignment of debts. I still do not have any records of OWNERSHIP from the unknown Third Party collections agency ( Credit Corp Solutions Inc ) Please contact me about this debt in writing, to me at home. If this reasonable request can not be met, this may indicate DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC. disregard for consumer protection statutes. The correspondence has no reference to the transfer of title of ownership ( Bill of receipt, lien, UCC-1, UCC-3 ) I request that you send me the proper proof that what you are reporting is true, or if you can not, to immediately remove it from my credit report. In the event that you can not verify the item pursuant to the FCRA, and you continue to list the disputed item on my credit report I will find it necessary to sue you for improper reporting of information to the credit bureaus regarding my credit history, actual defamation damages and declaratory relief under the FCRA. According to this regulation, I may sue you in any qualified state or federal court, including small claims court in my area. You have severely limited my ability to close on my home purchase.In addition, court case opinion XXXX. XXXX XXXX by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the court ruled that the creditor has the responsibility to investigate and make sure that correct information is being reported to the bureaus, and that the consumer has a right to sue under the FCRA, should his or her rights be violated. While I prefer not to litigate, I will use the courts as needed to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I look forward to an uneventful resolution of this matter. I have attached a CREDITOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT if you could file this out and return it

Complaint: I'm not aware of the debt, I never had service at this address. There were several attempts from a XXXX dressed rep trying to switch over, never did due to the fact I was under contract with another service provider that I have been with for the last 5 years I have lived at this address. I have disputed this account with all three CRA and only XXXX has removed the account. I have sent letters disputing and the collection agency still continues to harrass me about this so called debt that I owe. There has not verification of debt. I would like this remove as it has reflect negatively and not a true perception of my credit history.

XXXX and XXXX have both completed their research and determined that DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC was not established by myself but XXXX keeps verifying this accounts. Also, when I called the company they responded that XXXX did not send them all of the verifying evidence to confirm each account is unverified.
