Complaint: I severed my services rendered by XXXX communications. I paid for all monthly services delivered by XXXX and set a date to end my subscriptions. XXXX alleged that I was under contract and would have to pay fees. I did not acknowledge any such agreement to be in place and asked for proof of said contract. None was given. XXXX failed to end my subscription in which I have correspondence lending to the fact of the date it was to expire. They pursued charges related to their own neglect in the matter and assessed fees associated with a contract in which I have no knowledge of. My refusal to pay the combined alleged debt gave cause for them to turn the matter over to DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS, a debt collection agency. I have no affiliation with this group and they have made no considerations on my behalf warranting any type of communication. I ignored all attempts of communication by DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS. In the month of XXXX, 2015, DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS reported the alleged debt. As a result, my XXXX score went from XXXX ( reported XXXX ) to a XXXX as reported by my bank when I inquired about a loan. I entered a dispute with XXXX which was denied without detailed explanation.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants has listed a collection account on all XXXX of my credit reports that does not belong to me. I sent them notice asking for validation and proof bearing my signature that I signed up for a contract with XXXX that shows me being liable for the account. They have failed to provide such proof and now have reported this account on my credit reports causing harm to me. This reporting is a violation of my right under FCRA as they have not provided me with proper documentation prior to reporting this account nor proper documentation proving this account belongs to me.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2015, I filed an dispute with Diversified Consultants. I advised them that I am not refusing to pay the alleged debt, but their claim is disputed. I advised to send me copy of contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and should the contract not be available with my authentic signature to delete the trade line off the CRA. More importantly, I advised them that not complying wit the FDCPA will put their company in a bad position with the CFPB. Diversified Consultants never sent me a contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and is still reporting the account to the CRA.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants have acquired a debt that belonged to a company, which I currently have XXXX lawsuits against, XXXX XXXX XXXX for a very similar matter. XXXX of the many problems that I have with the handling by Diversified is that they have re-reported a debt onto my XXXX Credit Report that XXXX XXXX XXXX has removed. Furthermore, I have been advised by counsel that Diversified has violated the TCPA, FDCPA, and the FCRA. Furthermore, Diversified Consultant contacted me for the first time by phone XXXX/XXXX/2015. I told the rep to kindly contact me by mail only as he was calling me at work. XXXX/XXXX/2015 Diversified Consultants called again, I kindly told them AGAIN to not contact me by phone because I was at work and to please correspond by mail only. When I asked the gentleman to please mail me, he said with an attitude " well do n't you want to know what this is about '' and continued ... until I cut him off and said once again please contact me by mail.

Complaint: This company contacted me via mail saying that they were collecting a debt on behalf of XXXX for an account that is 3 years old that I never had. They said if I disputed this information to write them within 30 days and I did. I received another letter from them on XX/XX/2015 stating the same thing and to respond within 30 days. I have credit monitoring and on XX/XX/2015 less than 30 days they put this item on my credit report anyway after I have disputed in writing once. They never sent me any paperwork regarding this matter and they are wrong to report it anyway. I am not able to scan the letters they sent and that I sent but I am more than happy to fax them or mail them if needed. My credit is overall good and this account is seriously causing me financial distress.
