Complaint: Diversified Consultants, Inc., XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX sent a debt collection letter, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, with 30 days to dispute debt. I tried unsuccessfully three times, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, leaving two voicemail with contact name and number for a XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, along with calling XXXX. How can a consumer dispute the validity of a debt when there is no interaction from this company. As of this writing, I sent an email and will send a letter per USPS. Per XXXX, t am being charged for equipment which was returned, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX, cashier XXXX, receipt XXXX, account XXXX, serial number XXXX, model TH, charged {$90.00}. Billed one month in advance by XXXX, service stopped on XXXX XXXX. XXXX, owing only 5 days of service. Since XXXX billed me one month in advance for service, I do not owe, in fact XXXX double-dipped with the first two of my initial billing, owing me : XXXX, {$86.00} XXXX, {$58.00} Billing dates overlapped by four days.

Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft and noticed a collection from DIVERSIFIED I 've attempted to dispute multiple times however no response on their end. Not sure what else to do. Police department told me to contact the federal trade commision which I wrote a formal complaint against DIVERSIFIED in regards to this matter. Complaint: Diversified Consultants and XXXX are attempting to collect money on an account that was paid and terminated. XXXX breached their contract with me by charging fees that were not allowed under our contract. I therefore terminated services with a {$0.00} balance.
