Complaint: I was an XXXX XXXX XXXX customer for several years before, on their suggestion, I switched to their XXXX service ( after th ey had bought XXXX ). I kn ew I was moving in around a year, so I vehemently asked and asked about early termination fees, and was told I was n't subject to them because I was already a customer. I was required to pay some of the installation fees over the phone then. When technicians visited my home to perform the install, I once again asked about early termination fees and was not told of any. After they installed the equipment, and after they charged me the final installation fee, they then asked me to sign their agreement on their electronic device. I once again asked about early termination fees, and they said none. Fast forward a year, I request to close my account because I 'm moving. My bill comes with a {$340.00} early termination fee. I disputed this with XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX , wrote a letter to their Office of the President, and was finally told they would n't reverse the early termination charge. They even told me they 'd just draft the money from my bank account I had been using for autopay, even if I removed it from my account and after I, in writing, told them they were not authorized to draft from my account. They still tried. I heard nothing for several months until XXXX XXXX when they handed the account off to Diversified Consultants ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX , FL, XXXX , ( XXXX ) XXXX ) who I never received any statement or letter of debt from, nor any phone calls. I would not have even known this was a " collection account '' if not for checking my bureau. I do not owe this debt, I have reported it to the FTC for deceptive business practices and my state AG. I will be filing a lawsuit against both XXXX XXXX XXXX and Diversified Consultants. *Attached is a certified letter sent to XXXX XXXX Office of the President .

Complaint: While checking my credit report I noticed Diversified Consultants, Inc. reporting a negative account with a balance of {$300.00}. I immediately disputed this with the credit bureaus and then I received a letter, which is attached, claiming to be collecting for XXXX. I sent a letter, which is attached, requesting they verify this alleged debt on XXXX, XXXX 2017. As of today I have not received any response. The letter was sent USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt, also attached, and was received by Diversified Consultants Inc. on XXXX XXXX, 2017. It has been nearly 60 days since they received my letter and I am now demanding they delete this account from my credit report since they can not provide proof nor respond to my letter in a timely manner.

Complaint: Diversified received a letter from me on XXXX-XXXX-2017. I asked for validation, bearing my signature, that I had contractual obligation to pay them. All I have received is a bunch of papers from an old XXXX account. I have never entered into a contract with Diversified. They have failed to supply me with sufficient evidence and they failed to place a dispute comment on my credit report.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants Inc, ac ting as a debt collector representing XXXX XXXX XXXX has been contacting me from about early XXXX claiming that I have not returned XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX equipment to their client XXXX XXXX XXXX when my services were cancelled on or about XX/XX/XXXX . By the way, prior t o Diversified Consultants Inc. sta rting to contact me, XXXX XXXX XXXX had also been contacting me saying that I had not returned their equipment. I provided XXXX XXXX XXXX and subsequent ly Diversified Consultants Inc. a s well with proof of my having returned the equipment. I provided Diversified Consultants Inc. proof of my having returned the equipment with pictures of the equipment that I had taken inside the boxes before being packed up by their designated XXXX store as well as the work order receipt with the tracking # for the shipping provided to me from the XXXX store. This information was provided to XXXX XXXX XXXX of Diversified Consultants Inc. vi a email sent to her o n XX/XX/XXXX . I have the email and all attachments sent to XXXX XXXX . The calls and letters stopped as of that date leading me to believe I have finally resolved this issue. The collection letters and phone calls resumed all of sudden in XX/XX/XXXX !!! I know see that as of this month, they have reported this debt I do n't even have with th e collection bureaus. The amount is for {$760.00}. I feel this is fraudulent, wrongful and irresponsible debt collection being perpetrated against me by both XXXX XXXX XXXX and Diversified Collection , Inc after repeatedly being provided with proof of my not owing this debt!!! I am so frustrated at how it has now gone on my credit report that I have worked so hard on building. I need this to be investigated and to have it removed from my credit report and any other XXXX XXXX XXXX or any collection agency working on their behalf 's account! Please help.

Complaint: I have attempted several times to find out what this collection is on my account. This is not my debt. It was opened in XXXX with a south carolina address. I have been living in north carolina since XXXX and i also checked on the address that is located on this bill and it does n't exist. my rights are being violated according to the fair credit reporting act. I have attached the copy they were suppose to send me verifying this debt. Its clearly not vaild. You can do the research yourself.

Complaint: For the last 5 months I have been harassed by a creditor for a cell phone debt that is not even mine.They call at XXXX XXXX at night, they call from all different phone numbers including XXXX 's and my local area code, and now even private.It is XXXX XXXX right now and received 39 calls from them.When I d o answer they do not even speak and they just sit there as I say he llo 8 times.Yesterday ca lls from this creditor started at XXXX XXXX XXXX in the morning! Complaint: Apparently for some reason, Diversified Consultants Inc. has not sent me the proof of my obligation of this alleged debt as requested and continues to report this debt as requested and continues to report this debt to the XXXX major reporting bureaus. This is creating major issues for me such as higher interest rates, lower credit scores, employment denials and application rejects because of this outstanding balance that shows as being owed.
I disputed this account back on XX/XX/XXXX on my XXXX , XXXX and XXXX credit reports to no avail. Diversified Consultants Inc. continues to ignore my requests and they continue to ignore my consumer rights.
I believe this account does not belong to me. I requested the documents from their files used to verify this account. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to demand all of the documents they have recorded and retained in their files at the time of the request concerning the account they are reporting in my credit reports. All unverified accounts must be deleted.
Who verified this account? What documents did they use to verify? Where are the documents used to verify? The only correspondence that I received was a billing statement. This item does not qualify as fell verification per FCRA.
In the US Law Encyclopedia, XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . Sections 90-93 ; it says that one can not subrogate onto a contract that they were not originally on, did not have any interest to protect, and then claim successor in rights and interests. Thus, when an original creditor sells the debt, they give up their rights to collect on the debt, BUT they do not give those same rights to the collection agency. The collection agency can not act as a substitute for the original creditor.
The company is in violation for continuing to verify this account with the credit bureaus with providing the evidence as requested. It is my contention that Diversified Consultants Inc. knows that they can not tie me to this account, otherwise they would have done so when I made the initial request. Diversified Consultants Inc. is blatantly disregarding the law.

Complaint: I went to change internet providers from XXXX to XXXX. I was told that the installation of the equipment was not to be charged to me, that it was free. When the employee arrived at my apartment he noticed that the infrastructure of the apartments was n't prepared to host the XXXX service. I was n't home when he arrived, so he started working on preparing the apartment 's infrastructure to be able to host the XXXX service for my apartment without my consent. I asked him if it would cost me something and he said " no ''. After the bill arrived I saw that the charges were for installation, service and equipment. When tha XXXX provider also told me that the equipment was not to be charged. I have talked with XXXX and they say that I have the equipment, I do n't. When I got the bill I went running back to the store to cancel the service and return everything. All of this happened somewhere early 2015.

How can you get information on me without my knowledge and try to make a collection on a debt that was disputed and deleted of my account in XXXX ? I Diversified consultant does NOT have and VALIDATION WITH MY SIGNATURE asking about a collection that was DISPUTED.. What Diversified consultant is trying to do is fraud. Diversified bought this Already disputed and deleted account from another collection agency. I will take further actions ... I will sue and report this company to the Better Business Bureau
