Complaint: I submitted a request in writing to Green Tree Lending on XXXX XXXX for a home appraisal to be done to drop the monthly PMI insurance payments from my loan. The loan to value ratio of my home is below 80 % which per my mortgage contract affords me the right with an appraisal to drop the payment. Green Tree Lending scheduled an appraiser and they performed the appraisal on XXXX XXXX. It is now well over a month past when the appraisal was done and they can not provide me any information on the status of the appraisal and they are continuing to charge PMI despite me having the appraisal done.

Complaint: have spoken with Green Tree Servicing on multiple occasions. They have advised me that I had missed the XX/XX/XXXX payment. I sent them all of our payment records for XX/XX/XXXX reflecting XXXX payments had in fact been made in XX/XX/XXXX. After filing a " Qualified Written Request '' for information, I received a letter stating the payment missing was from XX/XX/XXXX when we were in a chapter XXXX Bankruptcy. The information that was given by phone when I disputed a missed XX/XX/XXXX payment was not explained to be from XX/XX/XXXX. I would have corrected the payment immediately if they would have been honest about what the issue was. I will also be filing a complaint for their collection practices as they have contacted a family member on XXXX occasions. The most recent time was after they had been informed not to contact our son as he does not live with us nor is he a party to the transaction. I will make the payment that they state was missing from XX/XX/XXXX. I do n't know what the resolution is for them as they have given me false information regarding the debt over the phone and were very rude when I tried to explain that they payment in question was not missed in XX/XX/XXXX. A fair resolution would be for them to reimburse me for the payment that they state was missed and apply it to my account since they were not honest about what they were trying to collect.

Complaint: Our property tax bill was sent to us and the mortgage company in early XXXX 2015. The early payment date is XXXX/XXXX/15. The mortgage company has not yet paid it, they do n't know when they 'll pay it and they have {$2700.00} in escrow available for a {$560.00} bill and a {$17.00} bill ( we have XXXX parcels each taxed independently ). Multiple requests to the vendor go without resolution. Now, our homeowners insurance is due in XX/XX/XXXX and I highly suspect that wo n't be paid on time either.

Complaint: I am XXXX of the many homeowners that has a mortgage through Green Tree Servicing. I filed a loan modification for the XXXX time in XXXX 2014. I was approved and signed a Trial period contract, prior to making my XXXX payment, they called and increased the amount. I was then approved for the modification with a payment of {$850.00}. A month later Green Tree called said they made a error with escrow and increased my payment. Another month has passed and Green Tree is increasing my payment again because of attorney fees incurred during the previous foreclosure process.

XXXX XXXX XXXX has been involved and helping me with trying to work this out, but Green Tree seems to be totally unwilling ... I have sent XXXX my payment records to XXXX for the past year, which shows I DID NOT MISS ONE MONTH OF PAYMENTS and also SENT ADDITIONAL FUNDS SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE YEAR ... .I am attaching this once again. I am upset that my loan was sold and I now have to work with this company who is totally unwilling to do anything but demand XXXX PAYMENTS. I have told all of your reps my husband passed away 3 years ago, my income was cut in half, and I have only missed XXXX payment in those three years, and that was the month after he died, when his employer wiped out my checking account. I am willing to hire an attorney to help protect my home ... but do not see the need to. This is truly so frustrating. Please please have someone contact me. Complaint: I had a mobile home in XXXX - and moved west to XXXX. I had XXXX different people lease purchase and each one progressively destroyed the home more and more. I could not continue managing it and could not afford to fix it so I did voluntarily surrender the mobile home back to Green Tree. This was around XX/XX/2011. After they picked up the trailer a man called me and said I then owed them XXXX dollars and how would I like to pay it. I explained financially there is no way I could pay a lot. I agreed that day to XXXX/month. He told me they would review again in three months. I talked to that same man again three months later. He cautioned me to never miss or be late with a payment and I have not been late or missed since that time. Over the past year Green Tree Collections has become more and more aggressive and I stopped answering their calls. I am called in excess of XXXX times a week often more than XXXX time per day. I live in MT and I am called before XXXX even though I have told them my time zone. The last lady I physically talked to several months ago - asked me " what are your intentions '' I told her I intend to do the same as I have done for four years and continue to make the payment. She told me " well that is not an acceptable arrangement. '' I explained they have accepted it for several years now and continue to accept it. She began yelling at me - I hung up and will no longer answer their calls which are frequent and feel like harassment. Additionally I have NEVER received one thing in writing from them - nothing - since the repossession, until I filed a complaint with the credit bureau because Green Tree was not showing up on my credit at all - now it shows as delinquent and in bad standing even though I am paying what I initially agreed to and I will continue to pay what I agreed to.

Complaint: I had a condo in the XXXX units complex which was burned down 3 years ago including the entire complex. By the time of the fire my outstanding mortgage was {$25000.00}. I had the home owner insurance and after the fire the insurance company sent me a check for {$25000.00} which I sent to the mortgage company. They applied this amount toward the interest and other fees and the remaining to my principal which left me with outstanding balance of {$12000.00}. Complaint: I have been working with Green Tree financial since XXXX. I have applied XXXX times for the HAMP program. They repeatedly loose my paperwork and refuse to give me any information. Basicly they make it impossible for you to take advantage of the HAMP program. They told me if I made XXXX more payments to my mortgage I would qualify for the HAMP program. I made the payments and then the denied me the loan modification. I have been working with XXXX XXXX bu they have not been able to help me. They send some other loan modification paperwork which would stretch my mortgage from 15 years to 40. I really need help before I lose my house.
