Complaint: Green Tree Servicing Company paid my Real Estate Tax in the amount of {$4600.00}, but I am part of the Long Term Occupancy Program for City of XXXX, and my Real Estate Tax are {$1600.00}. I contacted Green Tree to inform them, because they increased, my mortgage payments based on this transaction. I informed them of the Long-Term Occupancy Program, and they should follow-up for refund. This was not done, so I called the City of XXXX and was informed all Green Tree has to do is submit a Refund Petition with copy of the cancelled check and the City of XXXX will refund the money to Green Tree. Therefore, Green Tree has over charged me {$2700.00} in additional payment to my mortgage, because their negligence has affected my escrow account. I have called Green Tree for the last XXXX - XXXX months to try and resolve this issue with no satisfaction. I have put my concerns in writing, and it is like I am talking to the wall.

Complaint: we have mortgage with greentree servicing. I applied for an inhouse modification which would reduce the interest and put the late payments at the back of the loan. and forgive the late fees. ( they would not even talk about a mod until we stopped paying them XXXX so thisput a negative impact on our credit scores. we use auto bill pay which insure ontime payment and now they claim we were late and want to tack on over {$10.00} XXXX in interest and {$600.00} plus in other fees. the forms they send out are so confusing and talking to a customer care rep is so bad. This month they send out XXXX invoices for XXXX payment and they are not even sending to my address where I live.

Complaint: I sent an email XXXX/XXXX/XXXX to my XXXX lien servicing company, Green Tree Mortgage Servicing, and have n't heard anything about assistance. My XXXX lien was refinanced with XXXX prior to XXXX purchasing them, then Green Tree Servicing received the MSR. XXXX is still the investor of record for the XXXX lien. I believe the appraisal value obtained by XXXX at the refi time was fraudulently elevated to allow the loan officer to approve my loan. Due to XXXX being one of the Hardest Hit states in the economic down turn my LTV is extremely upside down. I 've had to move to XXXX to obtain work after a layoff in XXXX XXXX. I was out of work at a full-time job for 1 year. I believe the Treasury has outlined modification programs for XXXX liens that would assist me. I 've taken a $ XXXX annual salary cut and have the home rented out for {$250.00} less a month than the mortgage payments. I 'm trying to be pro-active now that I 'm employed again. I have n't missed any payments on the XXXX or XXXX thankfully. At this rate, without assistance, I 'll have to let the home go. It seems like the mortgage companies do n't want to do anything to help a person unless they actually become delinquent and ruin their credit. The XXXX is reviewing documents to attempt assistance but they already posted a HARP to my loan in XX/XX/XXXX that lowered my payment. The XXXX lien is at 7 %. Thanks

Complaint: We submitted a complaint about Green Tree Mortgage taking a payment and misapplying it incorrectly and then charging us for late fees and not remedying the situation after we wrote numerous letters. We have NEVER missed a single payment. Green Tree also took out insurance and charged us for it, even though our association has insurance for common areas. We provided the policy, but they continue to charge us for their policy and not refund the money they took from us. They have also raised the payment monthly and then add horrendous late fees even though they get and cash each of our checks. We have been harassed by them since they took over the loan and inappropriately handled our escrow. We can not get this rectified. They are unreasonable and refuse to actually answer the problem, even though they write lots of letters telling us what they did, but not how they cured the problem they created. We filed a complaint previously, but we have seen no relief. Our credit situation is deteriorating. Also, Green Tree refused to modify the loan to a reasonable % -- why should they if they can get nearly 7 % from us? That is their thinking. I am going to be XXXX and my wife is unemployed. Complaint: I really thought i was going to get some type of help finally! My rights are being abuse by greentree! For XXXX months, ive been harrassed, conned, volilated.I 'm being robbed. I 'm asking for help again. I ca n't put nothing to the princible of my house without it being stolen from me.They are still calling my wifes phone, my phone, coming to my house as of yesterday with these intimidation tactics.My rights are being volilated in more ways then one. My address is still they same! They are not putting anything in writing, just asking for money with phone calls and house visits. Only thing i get in the mail from them is XXXX 2 monthly statements in the past XXXX months telling me i owe thousands of dollars with bogus legal fees.What am i suppose to do? They are trying to scare me out my house.harrass to the point that i give up.Again nothing in writing, just house visits and nasty phone calls. I have told them on a number of ocasions to dessist and desseest! The calls wont stop! They know i ca n't afford no attorney, being i 'm XXXX. They know that! I 'm looking for class action suits against these giants! I 'm so XXXX out over this. I 'm not in good health and i know i 'm not the only person going thru this. Its taken alot out of me and my family. i just want to pay for this house and live the american dream for the time i have left. I know you all are still invetigating. is there any kind of way to stop the from all the harrassing me and my wife and stopping them from coming to my house? Complaint: I paid off my loan XXXX days ago and was promised that I would have all of my paperwork in XXXX days, which was up XXXX XXXX, 2015. The only thing they sent is a Certificate of Title shat shows a Lien Release on my Manufactured Home. This is a Land Home Package. I have nothing to file at the County that shows my land is paid for. When I called Green Tree Servicing LLC on XXXX XXXX, 2015 the person made more promises to send my papers, and was extremely hard to understand but he finally told me I would be getting my papers soon. On XXXX XXXX, I got a letter telling me it is paid off. That is not sufficient. I was promised that I would get a Letter of Satisfaction, and my Original Note. Anything else is just not good enough. They have already admitted in an answer to a QWR that the mortgage was sold to investors ( which was not recorded in XXXX XXXX NM ) and last I heard was in a XXXX XXXX XXXX, with XXXX Bank as the trustee, and Green Tree Servicing LLC as the servicer. Anything else other than the original Note and Mortgage Satisfaction letter is not good enough. They sent me a photocopy of the note, so their is no legal reason for them to withhold my Note from me. So far they are giving me the runaround, and wo n't send the papers. If I want to sell my property, I can not do it without the proper paperwork. If they do not send my Note back, how will I know it is not still in that trust, making them money.
