Complaint: In XXXX of 2019 XXXX XXXX incorrectly charged me a disconnection fee, I am currently receiving their services. I spent 4 months on the phone trying to get them to correct this fee. Every time I called they said it was corrected but 2 weeks later they would send another bill. They sent this incorrect bill in early XX/XX/2019 to Credence Resource Management ( a collection agency ). This agency has continually been harassing me. XXXX XXXX finally gave me my long overdue credit but Credence Company continued to be rude, unprofessional and not willing to listen to me when I called them to say I did not owe anything.

Complaint: I returned the equipment ( mobil device ) to the XXXX store and cancel the account, around 7-8 years ago..
They said that I didn't. So XXXX started to bill me for the mobile device, then after a couple of years, they changed the debt to it was for calling services ( I used to have an unlimited plan ... ) and recently they change the date to XXXX. The original date comes from XXXX ....
They want me to pay for their mess, they change the supposed reason for the debt and the dates to justify the collection ... they try to deceive me, to harm me ...

Complaint: Credence Resource Management has called my office phone number multiple times a day for awhile. When I do answer, there is no one on the other end and it hangs up within about 5sec. They never leave a message. I have no idea what this could be about. I do not have any delinquent debts and I check my credit report annually for fraud. Complaint: I have already reported this to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX Georgia Office ( Case Number : XXXX ) towards XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is a business scam and I want this completely taken off of my records.
I was promised by 4 different live chat customer service agents of XXXX XXXX XXXX that when my equipment was returned that I would receive a credit back on my account for {$1000.00}. This would bring my balance to {$0.00}. I had successfully returned the equipment and after A YEAR of patiently waiting for my credit ti is still going through collection agencies. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. Now no one at the company can give me any response now and I am getting the runaround. I have been transferred from department to department and hung up on.
I would appreciate your assists on this as I feel that since I canceled my service with XXXX XXXX XXXX this is their way of retaliating back. I was a great customer for many years and would appreciate them doing business the right way and not scam their loyal customers.

This company has never reached out ton me regarding any alleged debt that they have under my name. They have not given me the chance to dispute the validity of this alleged account. Not only that I am a victim of identity theft and I believe this account is a result of identity theft. I request that this account be block immediately. I have never signed a contract with this company nor any company that Credence represent.

Complaint: XXXX is trying to collect {$770.00} on an account that has been on disaster suspension since XXXX of XXXX.
My husband, XXXX XXXX, and I placed our XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX Account No XXXX ) on a Disaster Suspension on XX/XX/XXXX, after an XXXX feeder line that runs along a canal in my community disconnected and sent the full charge through my home the evening of XX/XX/XXXX.
The electrical current was so strong that it blew fixtures off our home inside and out, melted parts of the metal fence and screened enclosure attached to our home, started a fire in the yard and created a smoldering hotspot in our attic that.
XXXX pulled the meter from the home that night, the home has been uninhabitable ever since - and remains so as I write this.
The disaster suspension was to expire in XX/XX/XXXX, but no repairs had been authorized at that point, so I called and requested it be extended, which I was told was approved.
I called again on XX/XX/XXXX after seeing a charge on the suspended account and, again, requested the disaster suspension be extended. I spoke with a XXXX XXXX agent named XXXX who gave me a case ID of XXXX and said the suspension would be extended another 6 months - through XXXX of XXXX while we awaited for some movement from our insurer or the courts on the status of repairing our home.
I provided the following supporting documentation to that effect : - The XXXX XXXX Police incident report ( XXXX ) - The XXXX XXXX XXXX incident report ( XXXX ) - The hotel receipt from the XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), - The 3-month lease for the second place we had to move while we waited for repairs to begin ( XXXX ) - The year lease ( which we are currently still in ) for the third place we have had to move while we continue to wait for repairs to be authorized from our insurer ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) - The video inventory confirmation of the return of the items taken for testing by the engineering firm XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX - The official Mediation Summary from our attorney, XXXX XXXX XXXX filed from XX/XX/XXXX in preparation for court-ordered mediation in reference to the lawsuit we had to file to compel our insurer to honor the claim filed more than a year ago ( Mediation Summary ).
Further documentation of the event that left our home uninhabitable includes : - The claim number with XXXX XXXX and XXXX is XXXX - The XXXX claim number on this case is XXXX - The XXXX account ( Account No. XXXX ) for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX was closed on XX/XX/XXXX - The lawsuit filed in the 15th Judicial Circuit in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida on XX/XX/XXXX -- the case number is XXXX I returned the XXXX XXXX equipment via XXXX as instructed in XX/XX/XXXX.
I received an email XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX that XXXX 'creditor believes that the charges on your account are valid '.
The charges are not valid and could not possibly be, as the home has been uninhabitable and without electricity since XX/XX/XXXX, the account was on disaster suspension ( and extended ) and XXXX confirmed to Credence that their equipment was returned.
I am providing all of the same documentation here that I supplied to Credence, which they said was sent to XXXX.
I am also including the post-incident appraisal of the property from XXXX and XXXX ( XXXX ) from XX/XX/XXXX, which shows the then - and current - unoccupied state of the home. The video link above ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is from XX/XX/XXXX when I had to make a video in the property to verify the chain of custody of the items taken for testing after the event by the engineering firm XXXX XXXX.
It is hard to understand how any confusion about this account could have arisen, but I will promptly provide any other documentation you feel is necessary to correct this error.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I settled a debt in the amount of XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX for a debt owed to XXXX XXXX, I have a letter from XXXX stating the debt was paid in full, it also shows on my credit report that the debt is paid in full, however XXXX XXXX turned around and sold the debt to another collections agency by the name of credence. I have sent Credence proof that the debt has been paid and that XXXX XXXX sold the account to them fradulently, however XXXX XXXX or Credence refuse to provide me a letter indicating the account is paid and they will remove the debt from my credit report.

Complaint: My XXXX fell behind in XXXX and the service was suspended. They called me telling me that they would cancel all my remaining back charges if I paid a portion of my bill. I specifically said I do not want the TV reinstated, I just wanted to settle the debt. I paid it and they canceled the balance and reinstated the TV service. So I called again and they told me they had no record of the agreement we had and I would have to cancel again and pay for the month. Extremely irritated with the lying, and wanting to be done with this company I just paid my balance to XXXX and told them to send me a box to ship the equipment back to them. In XXXX I had not received the box yet so I called them to see why it had not come, the following week I received a new bill for {$52.00}. I contacted them to see what the charges were and they had no answer. There is no description on the bill. My account has been closed so I can no longer see my older bills. I have called multiple times and spent many hours on hold waiting to have them send me my bills or give me a detailed explanation of what the charges are for. They have said they would send the old bills twice now and have not. They have sent the charges to collections and will not provide the reasoning for the charges. I have no choice but to assume they are fraudulent as they will not provide an explanation and I have a documented XXXX balance. I do not want to just pay it as they have now lied 3 times about charges and this shows no sign of stopping.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX allowed an unauthorized user to discontinue service on my account without my knowledge. I found out about this through a collection agency and then contacted XXXX XXXX. They admired fault because my service should not have been able to be taken out of my name without my permission. Two years later this balance is back in XXXX XXXXs system and a new credit company, credence credit collection management has my account. I called both XXXX XXXX and credence and explained how this balance was resolved. XXXX XXXX said to call credence and ask them to give the account back to them because its frozen and they cant readjust it. Credence refuses to acknowledge that XXXX XXXX wants the account back and is being rude, wont let me speak to a supervisor and isnt trying to help me resolve this whatsoever. They just keep insisting the debt is valid. They finally said the account is under review, but said they cant give it back to XXXX XXXX when two XXXX XXXX reps told me thats the only way. My credit has been severely impacted from this now for almost 4 months and I need help. Thank you.

Complaint: We decided to stop XXXX in XXXX, 2019 after being a loyal customer for 19 years. After speaking with a XXXX agent, she convinced us to suspend our account instead of canceling because we have been a customer for so long. I called back in XXXX, 2019 because I noticed XXXX was continuing to bill us. After speaking with another customer service representative, he said he noticed the problem and canceled the account at that time. He also said we would correct the bill and we would not be charged. In XXXX, 2019 we received a collections notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX for a {$160.00} outstanding bill with XXXX. I attempted 2 phone calls with XXXX and got the same response both times. They said I owed the {$160.00} and they could not remove the charges. They told me I could write a letter, print it and mail it to the XXXX disputes department. They said I could not email them and that there was nobody else I could speak with about this issue. I am completely appalled a company could do this to a long time customer. We have extremely good credit and don't want that taken away because of something like this.
