Complaint: To whom it may concern I am disputing charges from XXXX XXXX totaling {$210.00}. TV services were installed and then cancelled within 24 hours due to XXXX XXXX in ability to provide the internet services initially agreed upon in my TV and internet bundle. Under Florida law I am entitled to cancel any contract within 3 days of signing. I did so within hours of the tv service being installed. Therefore invalidating the contract as well as the fact XXXX XXXX was unable to provide what they had agreed to. If you would like to pursue this issue further I request the following proof of debt 1. Contract 2. Proof of installation of TV 3. Proof of installation of internet * ( this doesnt exist ) 4. Recording of my call to XXXX XXXX on the day of installation between XXXX and XXXX XXXX EST 5. Recording of second call to XXXX XXXX after the one and only bill I received from them. ( the representative stated that I owed nothing and the account would be XXXX out ) Credence RM refused to provide documentation and states only that it is valid. XXXX XXXX doesnt have any record of my account. They seem to have zeroed it out as initially stated.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: The dispute process with Credence began in XX/XX/2018. I sent a dispute letter certified with return receipt ( see attached ). Credence did not respond until XX/XX/2018 ( see attached letter ). This is unacceptable and a violation of consumer law. The response that was provided from them on the attached letter is a mere, arbitrary number that lacks veracity. In my request to them, I requested an agreement that stated their authority to collect on this alleged debt, date this alleged debt became payable, original delinquency date, as well as complete accounting of the alleged debt. Credence failed to provide any of these. To date, they are currently reporting this entry on XXXX and it should not be reflected on my credit reports. My request is for this entry to be immediately DELETED from my credit reports and for XXXX to send a fully updated, current report to me that reflects this outcome.
