Complaint: The date of XX/XX/XXXX I requested three withdrawals from Coinbase to my XXXX XXXX bank account. The first withdrawal was for {$5100.00} The second withdrawal was for {$270.00} The third amount was for {$330.00} I was informed that the funds would be in my account on the XXXX. The funds were not deposited by this time. I contacted Coinbase Support and was given two form letters, asking me to wait an additional 5 days. Still there was no transfer to my XXXX XXXX account. I was finally able to contact XXXX from coinbase who informed me the wire had been sent on the XXXX and I should check with my bank. My bank has no record of any wire from coinbase in these amounts. Re-contacting Coinbase Support i requested the federal wire number that accompanies wire transfers. I have not received a response, nor my funds, as of the time of this submission.

Complaint: I requested a payout in the amount of {$2300.00} from this company on XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX XXXX. The payout method was via Wire Withdrawal to my bank account, which charged me XXXX due to the expedited nature of a 'wire ' withdrawal. It had a guaranteed delivery date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. After having not received the funds on XXXX, I contacted them, and they briefly replied that they were working on it. As XXXX time was nearing, I sent them several follow up e-mails and failed phone attempts ( Customer support telephone line is almost impossible to get ahold of, and they claim they do not honor withdrawal issues via phone, only site login difficulties ), and received no replies. This money was intended for XXXX, rent, and a number of other bills that were due. I relied on this company to pay me out in the timeframe that was promised.. it is now 15 days past my withdrawal date, and 12 days past the expected delivery date, and I have not received a penny to my bank, or any valid e-mail responses indicating when my money will show up.

Complaint: Initiated {$7500.00} ACH transfer on XX/XX/XXXXfrom checking account to Coinbase account ( US dollar wallet - no currency conversion involved ). Coinbase site states 3-5 business days until money will be available in my Coinbase USD account. {$7500.00} left my bank account the next day on XX/XX/XXXX. It is still not deposited into my Coinbase account. The max timeframe of 5 days has already passed. Coinbase website states they have degraded service due to currency conversion issues. However, there is no currency conversion involved in my order. A simple ACH transfer of {$7500.00} from my checking account to my USD wallet at coinbase, there is no conversion involved so this should not be delayed. Coinbase is keeping peoples ' money a lot longer than they say they will. XXXX is full of users with the same complaint. I have tried to contact Coinbase but their support is non-existent. Suggest to fine Coinbase and/or revoke their license.

Complaint: I made two transfers to my Coinbase account on the XXXX of XXXX. The first one for XXXX ( XXXX GMT ) and the second one two hours later for XXXX. The second one was credited on my account within a couple of hours, the first one has still not been credited. I have sent them about 10 emails regarding the issue with no response at all. These were sent from a XXXX bank account, but were sent as an international ( SEPA ) transfer to their bank in XXXX. I did at one stage see on their main page that they were experiencing some delaying in crediting payments in those days but everything pending would be settled by the XXXX of XXXX - which it clearly has n't. I have no way of getting through to them other than the unanswered emails. Called my bank ( XXXX ) today and they said the money was received - the company is apparently registered in the XXXX. Uploaded bank statement shows the two international transfers on the XXXX XXXX number for deposit XXXX Thanks!

Complaint: Wire transfer for {$310.00} XXXX has not arrived in my Coinbase account. I have an account with Coinbase and have verified my bank account through their process. On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I sent a wire transfer from my bank for {$310.00} to Coinbase with their reference number XXXX which should have taken only a few days to complete. This transfer has not made it to my XXXX wallet on Coinbase. I have contacted Coinbase using their support website and opened support ticket number XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I called Coinbase customer support and talked to " XXXX '' who informed me he would escalate my issue. XXXX also told me since the wire transfer was old, my funds would probably be sent back to my bank account. This has not happened nor has the money appeared in my Coinbase wallet. I have continually reopened the same support ticket to request a resolution but still no resolution as of today, XXXX XXXX, 2017. I have attached a copy of the wire transfer from my bank to this complaint.

Complaint: I sold {$300.00} worth of XXXXXXXXXXXX on XXXX XXXX. After the 3 dollar fee, I should have received {$290.00}. The XXXX wallet STILL shows this as pending to this date even though the 'arrival ' date STILL shows as Monday, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Obviously, that didnt happen It has now been 16 days for something that should have been relatively instant. I 've called over 11 times, emailed, tweeted, and have created tickets to no avail.

Complaint: On the XX/XX/XXXX i sold a part of my bitcoin capital to Coinbase ( https : //www.coinbase.com ). Coinbase has something called a 'EUR wallet ' which is something where your funds go to after selling. This happens instantly and after that you can withdraw the funds to your local bank account. It also works the other way around : you can send funds to the 'EUR wallet ' and after the deposit ( which takes 'x ' days like the withdraws ) it appears in your 'EUR wallet ', then you can buy bitcoins, litecoins or etherium with it. Now, what i had was XXXX euro in my EUR wallet. With transaction fee included it 's XXXX euro. On the XX/XX/XXXX my bank account was verified by Coinbase so i decided to transfer the full XXXX to my bank account. The transaction was confirmed and got an e-mail that funds will be send and will be received on the XX/XX/XXXX. A few days later the message appears on the Coinbase website that i could take up to 5 more business days for a transaction to appear in your bank account. That 's not a problem and i fully understood it because the selling volume went through the roof. On their site they say it will take up to 2 business days to transfer the money with a SEPA transaction, but if we add up the extra 5 days it equals to 7 days. If i submitted my withdraw on the XX/XX/XXXX and add 7 days to that we find that the XX/XX/XXXX should be the glorious day of the money coming into my bank account. However, today we are the XXXX ( day this was written ) and yet nothing has changed. The transaction status is still pending and if i check other forums i find other people with the same problem as me.

Complaint: I purchased some bitcoin on XXXX ( What a great day to be scammed ) and the transaction fee said {$1.00} - Okay, no problem. Put through an order with a merchant and they told me they were only paid XXXX dollars out of XXXX -- Turns out, they charged me an astronomical XXXX out of XXXX dollars as a transaction fee! I would have NEVER put this transaction through if I was made aware of this charge! WHO WOULD?! It 's robbery and this company is a huge scam! I called, after an hour on hold, they said to email them and they ca n't help over the phone ( what?! ) .. Go to their site, and their email link does not work and they would not provide me with a working email address over the phone. I finally found an email address on XXXX, emailed them, got an autoresponse that they wo n't do anything a few hours later. I 'm in the process of completing a charge back with XXXX XXXX at the moment ( if that even happens! )

The withdrawals appeared to be complete on Coinbases ' website but my bank account has not been credited. I attempted to make these withdrawals on the XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Complaint: My Coinbase account has been locked since on or about XX/XX/XXXX. Apparently due to multiple invalid logon attempts after trying to change my password associated with opening an account with Coinbase 's exchange XXXX. ( email from Coinbase attached ). XX/XX/XXXX conversation with Coinbase support line at XXXX, ticket XXXX was opened with status of 'the issue has been properly escalated '. XX/XX/XXXX contacted Coinbase support was told the original ticket XXXX was not actually in the work flow due to some type of error on Coinbase Support 's fault. New ticket XXXX was opened and once again the status was 'it has been properly escalated '. Per XX/XX/XXXX email, I changed my password. I find it disturbing that I have the ability to change my password even though my account is locked. XX/XX/XXXX contacted Coinbase support at XXXX, yet another ticket, XXXX, was opened and was told 'Having investigated the issue, I am working with a specialist to address it properly ' XX/XX/XXXX, contacted support again at XXXX, spoke with XXXX , was told 'no new status, no eta, still escalated to highest priority. ' XX/XX/XXXX, contacted support via email, response as 'Ive just checked your account and can confirm that your request has been properly escalated. '

Complaint: I have yet to see the proceeds from my US wire transfer created on XX/XX/XXXX, yet an ACH transfer has arrived and the Coinbase site says the wire transfer was completed on XX/XX/XXXX. They state that Wire Transfers only take a day or two to complete, but it has been two weeks and I have not received my funds. The amount was in the thousands and it was sent to my bank on the same account as my ACH, which did succeed, so I know the bank information is correct. I have contacted my bank 's wire department and they have no record of any wires for that amount over the past couple weeks - so it was n't an issue with the account details being incorrect, my bank had n't received any wire for that amount for any account. I first contacted Coinbase support via their support ticket tool on XX/XX/XXXX - but only received " canned '' responses for issues totally unrelated to mine. I responded to the ticket several times, and got a different " canned '' response for a totally unrelated issue, and eventually Coinbase stopped responding entirely.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I bought XXXX Litecoin on Coinbase for {$150.00}. On XXXX XXXX, I bought XXXX Litecoin for {$570.00}. On XXXX XXXX, I bought XXXX Litecoin for {$1200.00}. The total comes out to be {$1900.00}. When I tried selling all XXXX of my Litecoin, Coinbase told me that I had to verify my identity before I could continue. What does n't make sense is that Coinbase sent me an email saying " your identity has been verified '' on XXXX XXXX. I filled out all of the fields correctly and the app said it could not locate my ID and that I had to wait 24 hours to try again. However, after a week of trying to " verify '' my already verified ID, it still would n't let me buy or sell Litecoin. I submitted multiple support tickets and tried calling them, but received no response.
