Complaint: I contacted Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX for help approving a transfer of bitcoins from my vault to my wallet, with the intention of selling my bitcoins ( initially it was XXXX, but now I wish to move all XXXX btc. I could not approve the transaction through my backup email address, which can not be updated on the site, so I contacted support. I was told my problem would be handled shortly. I have sent multiple follow-up responses hoping to get my problem addressed, or at least an update on when I can expect it to be addressed. My follow-up emails have all been ignored.

Complaint: Hi on the i sent XXXX Ethereum from my digital wallet on XXXX to the ether wallet on my account on XXXX. It still hasn't shown up and i have been sending daily Emails asking for help as this is XXXX worth of aud and pretty much all my savings. XXXX has been great helping with proof of the successful transaction, which i have offered to provide to coinbase on multiple occasions but still no response. I have also tried calling there American number but i can never get through and this is costing me a lot of money each attempt as i live in XXXX. I am desperate and this is heavily effecting my mental health, and just can't understand the lack of support from such a big company.

Complaint: Wire transfer completed on XX/XX/XXXX from my local bank for {$12000.00} to Coinbase, INC. Coinbase says wires are posted to your account the SAME DAY day if received by XXXX EST, they received my wire at XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX. The wire as of today XX/XX/XXXX the funds have not been credit to my Coinbase account. I have emailed the company multiple times only to receive generic responses that do not resolve my lost wire.
XX/XX/XXXX - I emailed XXXX to say my wire has not been posted. Coinbase responses on XX/XX/XXXX with a generic mass message saying it could take XXXX days from the when the wire was completed ( already over 20 days received ) and have me a link to case # XXXX which says it was specific to my case status but the link takes me to a their general FAQ page. I responded on XX/XX/XXXX to this email asking them to reverse the wire immediately and attached the wire confirmation information my local bank provides to me. No response as of XX/XX/XXXX.
XX/XX/XXXX - I emailed XXXX asking where my funds are, they sent back a mass response generic message saying it could take several days and if I the wire was not posted in 2 business days reply with case # XXXX. They also gave me a link to follow up on the case but it goes to the general FAQ page, not my specific case.
XX/XX/XXXX - I relied to XXXX to say my funds were still not in my account. With no response.
XX/XX/XXXX - Replied again to XXXX saying the funds have not been posted. No reply from company.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated an ACH in the amount of {$900.00} to coinbase. Today coinbase withdrew {$3000.00} from my account and attempted 12 ACH request leading to nearly {$500.00} in fees besides the lost money. I contacted coinbase, they can give me no satisfactory answer, say they can not see the transaction on their side and don't know when they can get back to me.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX 2017 I transferred funds ( est 1030 ) from my dash wallet in XXXX to my bth wallet in Coinbase, funds still not showing up in my Coinbase Wallet neither pending or in process, there is more then 5000 confirmations on XXXX and I can see transaction is credited to Coinbase address on my XXXX statement. Over the month I was writing emails on opening ticket, to Coinbase support but nobody answers and there is basically completely ignored, they not answering on socials ( XXXX etc ) I have send more then 10 emails on my open ticket during this month but there is complet silence.

Complaint: Hello team, I was using the Coinbase to trade the virtual currencies. On XX/XX/XXXX, they have locked my account, asking me to submit my ID again ( which I did already in the past and I was allowed to trade ). After trying to submit the ID more than 50 times, the Coinbase is stating they can not verify it.
I have decided to close the account and take my money back to my bank account, as I lost my trust in Coinbase. In order to withdraw the money, Coinbase asked me to send the money on their account.
After doing so, I received that Coinbase is not able to process my deposit as my ID is not validated : " We appreciate your interest in Coinbase! However, we're unable to process your recent deposit for XXXX EUR sent on XXXX because : Your account and ID will need to be verified before it is active '' Now this is chicken and egg issue and I am tired of trying to get my funds back.
I have raised multiple tickets with Coinbase / tried calling them, but have not received any respond back.
Please help me to see how can I retrieve my personal funds from Coinbase back to my bank account.

Complaint: I wired $XXXX to Coinbase on XXXX XXXX. Up until today (XXXX XXXX), it never credited to my account. I sent multiple emails only to get automated reply. I called them, and waited for 90 mins without talking to any humans. I submitted IMAD reference number so they can trace that my money has been deposited to their account. I created case number #XXXX and #XXXX. However, no one from Coinbase is helping me or even trying to help me. The money is just gone.
This is a pure fraud!!
