Prior to the appearance of those accounts, I never received any notice of the balances, nor my notice of right to dispute. I have ask ed Capio Partners to delete these accounts from my credit report, but they refuse.

Complaint: XXXX A negative debt collection was posted to my XXXX credit report from AssetCare. I immediantly contacted the collection agency and they claimed the debt was purchased on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas for services on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. The were attempting to charge me the amount of {$3100.00}.
XXXX/XXXX/XXXX - I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to verify this information and try to discover where they ( AssetCare ) were coming from because the original amount owed of {$810.00} had already been purchased by XXXX XXXX XXXX with whom I was already working with to resolve the matter. After the hospital billing department representative, XXXX informed me that they did NOT sell nor have any affiliation with AssetCare nor its parent company XXXX XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they also confirmed that no such company had authorization to claim this debt. I then again contacted AssetCare and informed them of their fraudulent activity and that I would be reporting them to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and they simply hung up on me.

Complaint: I checked my credit today and discovered that there is a Capio Partners collection that was just reported to my credit. It seems they are asking for {$610.00} and the account number is " XXXX ''. I did not receive any notice with a right to dispute before this was reported to my credit. This is concerning because I do not know who this company is or why they want me to pay them such a large sum of money. I 've done some research online and this company has been involved in several scam stories for many consumers. As a matter of fact, there is a 100 % negative review rating on the Better Business Bureau! Considering their history, I am not about to reach to this suspicious company when I do n't even know what this debt is for. They need to explain who they are and why they want me to pay them {$610.00}.

Complaint: Tried to call company this company is called asset care is not a real company ass ets care In c. are scammers this company people are playi ng on phone this who ever they are called tries to take money they need to be investigated I do n't owe anything are any body they illegally put XXXX bad collections on my account no I want these removed asap and for you all to sue them for wrong practicing its against the law to put collections on ones account with out them knowing are knowing about it never received anything from them do n't now company. she says her name was XXXX refuse to give me any information about me just demanded money and very rude and bad threats no one should have to put up with this cruel punishment is horrible the things these people do to get money illegally this are these people are not who they say they are.

Complaint: Assetcare LLC is reporting XXXX false accounts on my credit report. I 've never heard of Assetcare LLC nor have I ever done business with them, nor do I have any contracts with Assetcare LLC. Assetcare LLC has never sent any kind of correspondence to me in an attempt to collect this alleged debt, so since they have provided any legal documentation, nor have they reached out to me I believe this debt is in valid and needs to be removed from my credit report ASAP!

Complaint: Capio Partners continues to report an account that I have no idea about. They are reporting this false information with the credit bureaus and is causing me to lose a chance of renting new office space. I have perfect credit and this malicious information is damaging my business. My next steps will be to contact an attorney and file suit against them for damages.

Complaint: Recieved numerous calls per day from an unfamiliar number. Up to 3 times per day. Calls would be all days of the wk. Never left a message, so I wasnt sure if it was telemaketers or not. Once I finally answered, calls were from Capio Partners . They were calling about a XXXX balance due to an XXXX visit. Keep in mind, this company has never mailed me any documentation. Due to circumstances, we 're currently a XXXX income family at the moment. I tried to set up a payment plan, and they demanded debt to income info. The representatice said " this is a new account, and you need to pay XXXX % of the balance before it 's reported to the collection agency. '' They 've harassed me. Failed to notify me in writing. And threatened to report to credit bureau if I did n't pay the XXXX % today. All of these actions does not change my ability to pay more than I have available! Horrible service from a collection company

Complaint: Capio Partners LLC - trying to collect a debt but failing to provide detail of debts.
Sent a certified letter to Capio Partners/it was re c 'd on X/XX/2017 XXXX 'd a letter ba ck from Capio stated has not completed the investigation and does not have any back up but will continue to collect debt. This is unacceptable and they should have a time line of when the back up will be provided. Please see the attached letter that I sent/rec 'd back and certified letter receipt they rec 'd requesting the info.
Requesting back up so I can verify debt. if they can not provide remove from my credit report. I will not make a pymt or pay on a debt with no back up.
