Complaint: I was in a car accident and my car had been totaled. I was in need of a car that same weekend for work because I travel and have to carry equipment. Nothing was really explained as to why it was charged, it was simply here 's the fee with no explanation behind it. I was under a lot of stress just trying to get a car because of how quickly I was going to need it for work. Because of the distress that I was under I was not able to ask any of the proper questions and they had the ability to charge me any sort of Financial Charge without me being able to question it.

'' This is a direct violation of my rights under FCRA 611.

After reviewing payment history, Im exercising my rights under the 1977 Fair Credit Report Act. I hereby, requesting the accuracy of reporting. 1. The bill of sale between XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and buyer. Never received any Notice of Deficiency. Received document and contact number and fax number does not add up. Spoken with Gentleman and not aware of vehicle being sold. 2. How were the amount calculated expenses incurred in retaking vehicle on an account filed in bankruptcy ( Chapter XXXX )? Explanation of Calculation of Surplus or Deficiency is unclear, my credit report is date of last report payment is XX/XX/XXXX from seller and not I. This is considered re-gaging of debt according to PA Statue of Limitation Laws, I therefore dispute this account pursuant to FDCPA, 15 USC 1692g and my states laws. According to my state 's attorney generals office, the statute of limitations for this type of debt expired. ( XXXX XXXX last payment is XX/XX/XXXX of {$200.00}. Vehicle was in possession for three years after last payment. Vehicle repossessed on around or after XX/XX/XXXX You have four years from the date of last payment to file. Documentation states there were no payments for three plus years. If you intend to take this issue to court, I shall inform the court : I disputed this debt. The statute of limitations on this account expired You are in violation of 15 USC 1692g for filing an action on timebarred debt I request there be no further communications from anyone affiliated with your company, except to inform me collection efforts are terminated, or you or the original creditor are taking actions allowed by the FDCPA and my state 's law. Any other contact is a violation of the FDCPA. I will report violations to my state 's attorney general and the CFPB. I will also consult with a lawyer to discuss filing a civil action under FDCPA 15 USC. 1692k ( a ) ( 1 ). They claimed they sent it to me over 2 weeks ago along a check. Their response to my numerous calls was to keep waiting, which I did, even though I had already sold the car to someone else. I spoke with XXXX and she stated that I could pay for a duplicate title which I stated I didnt lose the title, they did, and should have to pay. There was no tracking number for what they allegedly sent. I need this to be resolved ASAP.

Complaint: The financing company repossessed my vehicle after EVERY single payment was made on time and then not even 24 hours of it being late they repossessed it for being Late. I had to pay repossession fees AND also hefty fees to the financing company ON TOP of my already HIGH payment. MY bank told me that they should have at least tried to bill my auto payment twice or three times before REPOSSESSING the vehicle. It was IN my bank account. NOW my credit report shows that I had a missed payment. Also CURRENTLY I have made EVERY SINGLE payment BEFORE the agreed upon date each month so my credit report SHOULD show the actual payments. I am NOT happy about the fact that the XXXX only shows I paid until XX/XX/XXXX when that is INCORRECT. I have paid EARLY every single month for this ENTIRE YEAR. When I contacted credit acceptance because it was supposed to be still under warranty so I was told to take it to the XXXX store and was informed that it was not cover under warranty. XXXX asked me to refill out the loan paperwork. He said I was not approved. XXXX said he would try other loan companies. Hour later said he couldnt get me a loan for the car I wanted but said if I got a cheaper car I could get approved. He had a XXXX XXXX with XXXX for {$14000.00}. With {$3100.00} down payment He said just get this car for now and trade it in in 6 months. 3 hours later I said okay. We get to the finance managers office and i sign paperwork for the amount and then he says I have to do the finance online. He sits in front of the computer and is scrolling and explaining. He says I have to get the {$3000.00} extended warranty or I cant get the loan. I said okay. Finally He says okay done Ill get the paperwork copies and bring them out to you. XXXX puts them in the glove box. 5 months later Im ready to trade the car in and I look at the paperwork it says I owe {$10000.00} more than the sale price. It said I bought the car for over {$21000.00}. Ive called for months trying to get them to fix it but they wont. The car wasnt worth {$21000.00} when I bought it. They committed fraud and violated the truth in lending act. The payments are hurting my family and ability to buy a home. Please help.
