Subsequently, XXXX sent a bill for {$2.00} due on XX/XX/2018, ostensibly for interest due. The billing statement on the back states ... we eill not charge you any interest on purchases if you pay your New Balance by the payment due date each month. ... This bill for {$2.00} violates that agreement. XXXX XX/XX/2018 XXXX responded that ... the {$2.00} interest charge on your XX/XX/2018, billing statement was for the interest charged on your account due to the balance you carried over from the previous billing period. Specifically, you were charged interest for the balance between the last bill date of XX/XX/2018 and the date XXXX XX/XX/2018 ), that your {$200.00} payment was received for your account. ... *** When I spoke with XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/2018 ) she insisted that interest charged was due to credit extended between XX/XX/2018 billing statement date and date payment was actually received ; that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXk ( XXXX ) made such charges part of their credit agreement ; that the XXXX credit card disclosures, paragraphs when interest charges begin and grace period on purchases allowed that interest charge.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX we had a flight from XXXX to New York. Four days after on XX/XX/XXXX we were supposed to fly with XXXX XXXX to XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX our flight got canceled due to a storm that was happening on the east coast. The earliest flight to New York our company could offer was on XX/XX/XXXX. We could not fly with XXXX XXXX to XXXX but yet they still charge us for a baggage payment of XXXX dollars. We notify XXXX as soon as we know that we won't be able to take the flight. They were not willing to work with us. I'm a student who gets to travel once a year ; I don't see why I'm paying for the add-on service I never got to use. I provided all the information of this situation to City bank.

Complaint: I have been attempting to modify my loan with Citi for the last 2 years. Over the course of that time I have been asked time and time again for the same information to the point where it was just more efficient to sent a full and complete package. I did this probably a half dozen times, most recently at the end XX/XX/XXXX. I just received a request for more updated information. All information was already provided within the last 2 months. Now they want more of the same, just updated. Additionally, it appears they are looking at old modification ( when my wife had a different employer ) with my most request modification request ( which reflects her new employer ) and want an explanation of whether she still works at her old job. This is just confusing everything. I get updates that say they have everything they need then days later they ask for an entire laundry list of items they received but now want updated for only another 2 months worth of information. In truth, nothing has changed in those 60 days! Since they seem to want to continue looking at old information they can see that my financial situation has not improved.I am completely frustrated by their stonewalling.

1. I am requesting Citibank to cease further communication with me by PHONE concerning these accounts.
2. I am requesting Citibank to close both these accounts Please DO NOT communicate further with me via phone with respect to these accounst.
You are harassing me calling numerous times and leaving messages as I have a seriously ill individual who I care for and these numerous calls stress her.
Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act,, [ 15 USC 1692c ] Section 805 ( c ) : Ceasing Communication, you must stop all communication with me after receiving a letter that I no longer wish to communicate with you. Therefore, do not call me at home, at work, on my cell phone or any other phone.
I am keeping a record of each call. I am requesting that you communicate with me only in writing. I simply wish you to cease all communication via phone calls. I do not admit or deny liability on the debt. I just want you to stop calling me.

Complaint: Citi Cards, I.e. Citibank changed their policies and used their dominant market position to force their business customers to stop selling certain legal products protected by the 2nd amendment to the US Constitution.
As a result I closed my credit account with them, but I feel I still have a right to redress as their market position is still being used as a weapon against legitimate businesss.
As a taxpayer during the financial crisis my tax dollar underwrote their continued existence ...

Complaint: This complaint is about new problems since the previous complaint I had filed that has been called 'Closed. ' The fact is while I was not happy with the result it was at least supposed to be OVER. Without warning, without explanation, without reason, Citibank had already cancelled my card lack XXXX after I'd overpaid and had a credit balance. Refused to tell me why or make a refund. It took 3 months and a complaint with the CFPB to get it but the refund came. They refused to talk to me when I used their identity procedure on the phone but instead tried to do account information phishing on nonCitibank accounts, otherwise they wouldn't talk about my card. And left messages that said my card was permanently cancelled and made a vague accusation of me committing " Fraud '' by disputing some charge in a fraudulent manner even though I wasn't disputing a charge. The caller identified herself as XXXX XXXX, I have no way of knowing if that's a real name or just one she uses. But still no explanation of why they cancelled my card. Others called where I picked out they said " Citibank '' but were too mushmouthed in their speaking to be understood.
Now, without asking permission of any sort of notice at all, they have started to put charges on the account they cancelled. This is not me going out and using the card. Simply put, there is no excuse for them saying I have anything but a XXXX balance on this account that they have cancelled. This is identity theft, Citibank is guilty of it.
This is without question a crime on the part of Citibank.

Complaint: My XXXX account shows a " Credit Report Alert '' for a closed Master Card credit card account I had with CITI, Citibank. The alert showed - Amount in h/c column is credit limit, this in the Account Type/Status. The Balance shown is {$920.00}. I contacted Citicards CBNA and followed their instructions to have the item removed from my XXXX Credit Report. I sent them the information requested in XX/XX/XXXX( XX/XX/XXXX ), they then requested the same information in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX( XX/XX/XXXX ) I once again sent them the information they requested to correct this matter. Again they sent me a letter requesting the information, which I received in XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: I satisfied my mortgage on lots numbers XXXX and XXXX in XXXX 2012. I received my property tax bills every quarter and always paid on time. Last week I received a Summons and Complaint from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that there is a tax lien on lot XXXX and will begin foreclosure proceedings. I was absolutely shocked not knowing why this occurred since I always paid my taxes. I called Citimortgage and was told that in 2012 a satisfaction of mortgage was sent to the XXXX Register 's Office for lot XXXX but not for lot XXXX which is a smaller lot. I never received any notification of an issue with lot XXXX either by mail or phone-my first notification was a Summons and Complaint and a Tax Lien!!!. I spoke with the Attorney representing the bank and paid off the tax lien immediately so as not to have any FURTHER PROBLEMS.I now am requesting the satisfaction of mortgage document on lot XXXX from Citimortgage as well as compensation to the tax penalties and legal fees
