Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a dispute of a debt Cavalry Portfolio claims to own with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. ( see attached letter dated XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all forwarded the information to Cavalry Portfolio with a deadline to provide validation by XX/XX/XXXX. Also On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested Cavalry Portfolio to provide validation of a debt the claim they own I also requested XXXX to provide accounting of the amount they claim I owe to XXXX XXXX. ) On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX claims to have mailed me proper validation.Yet they failed to provide a copy of those documents in their response. Making allegations or claims without providing documents of support does not hold any legal standing. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a third party debt collector associated with Cavalry Portfolio ) requesting a settlement for the same XXXX XXXX debt of {$790.00}. This is the only correspondence I have received. Cavalry Portfolio never timely responded to my request and have provided no proof they have. I am requesting a copy of the letter Cavalry claims to have mailed me on XX/XX/XXXX and proof of mailing they actually sent this letter. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a Civil claim against Cavalry Portfolio. Since they thought I was bluffing and since it seems to be the only way to obtain unredacted records. Cavalry reported this debt to the CRAs with misleading information and deliberately left out crucial information with the intent to defraud. Cavalry Portfolio never provided the date of last activity for this account. Alternately Cavalry reports the DATE OPENED as XX/XX/XXXX. This misleads creditors and has a greater negative impact on my credit scores. Negative information has less impact of a consumers credit score as time passes. Additionally, Cavalry Portfolio themselves admit they did not buy this debt until XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore, by their own admittance, they reported inaccurate information to the credit bureaus and twice confirmed this information as accurate. This material fact alone is a cause for fines and damages. I dont even need to address other false information and violations committed by Cavalry. Instead I will wait for our court appearance and my amended complaint to address those.

Complaint: I have an unverified account from Calvary Portfolio Services, LLC. I have previously disputed this account. I have never done business with Calvary Portfolio. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C.1692g, I dispute the validity of the debt they purport I owe. Cavalry Portfolio Services , LLC has reported a collection on all 3 credit reporting agencies onXX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. I sent registered letters to Cavalry Portfolio Services , LLC requesting validation of debt for their account # XXXX to the address listed, on XX/XX/XXXX andXX/XX/XXXX, with an improper response validating this account, no competent evidence bearing my signature to properly validate this alleged account has been received. Again they failed to provide the information I requested. Instead, they sent letters dated XXXX & XXXX requesting that I provide : " specific information that I was disputing and an explanation of the basis of my dispute ''. I have requested that Cavalry Portfolio Services , LLC, verify the following information : 1. Full original Account Number 2. Date original Account was opened 3. Any written agreements between myself and the original creditor stating this debt is owed 4. Full account summary and itemized calculation of alleged debt 5. Date of the first delinquency 6. Dates and times of any phone calls made and to what number in attempt to contact me concerning the alleged debt before it was reported to an agency, and so proving that these calls were made in the times governed by FDCPA law. If Cavalry Portfolio Services , LLC is unable to provide the above identifying account information, this account must be deleted from all 3 credit reporting agencies. This account is effecting negatively on all 3 credit reporting agencies. I have already notified all 3 credit bureaus regarding this issue. The agency insufficiently met it's statutory burden pursuant to FDCA because ( 1 ) the agency did not provide the account 's date of first delinquency ; nor ( 2 ) provide me the account 's the date of last activity. I have not now, nor ever had any contractual obligation or arrangement with Cavalry Portfolio Services , LLC.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint against Cavalry Portfolio ( see previous complaint XXXX ) One of my claims was that this account was eight ( 8 ) years old since date of last activity, 2 years past the Michigan statute of limitations and at least one ( 1 ) year past the allowed timeframe to report to the credit bureaus. Another claim I made was that Cavalry willfully re-aged this debt to allow them top place it on my credit reports. I received Cavalry Portfolio 's response dated XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached letter ) in their response Cavarly admits they inaccurately reported this debt as date of last activity being XX/XX/XXXX. Cavalry also admits this debt was charged of in XX/XX/XXXX ( something they willfully did not report to the credit bureaus. Cavalry also states the this account will no longer be reported to the Credit Bureaus. ( see attached letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. " We are no longer reporting this account to Consumer Reporting Agencies ( CRAs ) However, this account continues to be on my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX reports. Cavarly NEVER acknowledged they would contact the CRAs to delete this account. Although it is required by law for them top do so. Damages continue to mount against me

Complaint: I sent out the 1st complaint electronically to XXXX/XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX asking to verify the " alleged '' account # XXXX in the amount of {$830.00}. I was never contacted, however my credit report had a mark from them which was not dated since the last activity showing was in XX/XX/XXXX saying " charged off as bad debt, purchased by another lender ''. I then realized there is a collection account showing as Cavalry Portfolio, on my credit reports for the same amount and account number, so this " alleged '' account that XXXX/XXXX XXXX is reporting as derogatory on my credit report and number of 3 times. I then send a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX and it was delivered and signed for on XX/XX/XXXX, asking both XXXX/XXXX XXXX & Cavalry Portfolio to verify evidence of signature showing the " alleged '' account was reported accurately. I also asked them to provide me with all names, addresses, and phone numbers of each person 's verifying the " alleged '' account. I then receive a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from both parties simply stating that the account is verified and they have both reported accurate information to all three bureaus?!! HOWEVER, they never sent me evidence of my signature which by FCRA they have too, and the never sent me the person 's verifying this " alleged '' account! They did not even say they marked my reports as disputed! I want these " alleged '' accounts/charge-off 's deleted from both of their files, and all three credit bureaus immediately. Complaint: contacted : XXXX and XXXX on XXXX still have on credit report for XX/XX/XXXX - i am tired of each month going through phone calls and mailings to having this same XXXX having as many as four each month of hard inquires, I have checked and they insist I have gone to different states and applied in person ( even XXXX ) I am XXXX years old and home bound. How can I stop this. XXXX : again each month phone calls are made and disputes made for XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ~ three or four times a month, now still in report, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ~ once again they take it off, but I have to do this every few months. XXXX XXXX said there is nothing they can do. Really, yes they get a red flag, but still can and do put it on report. Cavalry phone XXXX has billed me for XXXX, and another for XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I asked for back up. I did receive paperwork, with no signature, address listed as XXXX XXXX, XXXX, md the US postal service does not have any idea where this is. I live in XXXX. I have reached a point that they are harassing me with no reason. Note : I have never had a XXXX, XXXX or XXXX XXXX account in my life.

I contacted the CRA 's who informed that the inquiry could not be removed nor could they provide me with the permissible purpose. I was instructed to contact Cavalry Portfolio directly at the address on the report for the legally permissible purpose. I sent a certified letter to Cavalry Portfolio at the address on the report and they have refused to respond. More than thirty days has expired. The letter was received on XX/XX/XXXX using cert number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have included a letter directly to the CFPB and a copy of the letter sent directly to Cavalry Portfolio by certified mail.

Complaint: RE : Cavalry partial account # XXXX Cavalry Portfolio SVCS has deliberately manipulated records, particularly the date of last activity and misrepresented this account in a scheme to blackmail me into paying them over {$1300.00}. The above mentioned account is an old XXXX XXXX credit card which was closed due to fraud back in XX/XX/XXXXwith the date of last activity of XX/XX/XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX. Michigan Statute of limitations to collect on this type of debt is 6 years. This debt is now over 8 years old. I have written Cavarly Portfolio twice requesting all records and accounting on this alleged debt and informed them this debt does not belong to me. My most recent letter was dated XX/XX/XXXX. Cavarly Portfolio has refused to provide those records and alternately become more aggressive trying to collect. I will prove that Cavalry Portfolio has been engaged in fraud against consumers for years. I will prove Cavalry Portfolios intent is to commit fraud on consumers by willfully manipulating records and refusing to provide consumers with those actual records as part of their long standing scheme to misrepresent facts and mislead the courts, the credit bureaus and consumers for their own profit. Cavalry Portfolio has also provided untruthful statements to XXXX, XXXX & XXXX in a premeditated scheme to manipulate the Credit Bureaus into reporting this unlawful and uncollectable debt to my credit reports. These and other willful schemes of Cavalry Portfolio has caused actual damages to me and my family. I have been turned down for auto loans by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, my insurance rates have increased by 100 %, I have been turned down for credit with banks and turned down by a landlord. I am filing a small claims suit because it is the fastest way to get a court hearing. Otherwise, I would be filing a civil claim in State and/or Federal court. Through my research, it seems Cavarly Portfolio has a history of manipulating records and attempting to collect on debts they have no legal right to collect. I have requested records of this debt and Cavalry Portfolio has refused to provide those records in an attempt to conceal the facts that this account is more than 8 years past since the date of last activity.

Complaint: in XXXX my wife at the time took out what she thought was a federal student loan that turned out to be a private student loan, and i was a cosigner, the loan was for XXXX. in XXXX they closed the account out and sold it to Cavalry Portfolio Services in XXXX, while putting incorrect information on the credit report to keep it from falling off after 7 years. so her and i both had an active account with XXXX ( original creditor ) and with Cavalry, but now the amount is over 50k. these two entries have devastated and continue to devastate my credit scores. In XXXX she represented herself in court against Cavalry, conceded to the collection, admitted ownership and they got a garnishment judgement against her. The problem is, they executed the garnishment against a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account in her name that was closed for years prior to this. 3 years later in XX/XX/XXXX without any fore knowledge my employer contacted me letting me know about a garnishment against me for XXXX for an 11 year old debt that is not even mine, not to mention almost 10 percent interest per year on the balance from XXXX on her garnishment judgment. I was never notified or served about this. I was also told by bankruptcy attorneys this is not dischargeable, and that the judge would not set aside the judgment because it was too late after the court date that i did not know about until 3 years later when there was a 2 year statute of limitations. that They are currently taking out about {$1400.00} per month through this continuous garnishment, when they should be going after her to collect on her debt. Also they added another XXXX to the amount reported the the bureaus 4 days ago out of the blue and don't report any of the amounts they are taking from my checks towards the balance that i should not owe in the first place. This is destroying my family as i am the only paycheck for my household.

Complaint: I have tried several times to resolve this issue. I have disputed with the credit bureaus and sent multiple debt validation letters to Cavalry and I have yet to receive any validation of this debt. I have filed a dispute with the XXXX and this company mainly keeps stating the same information but has yet to provide me with anything. I don't know any other way to resolve this. I have attached the only thing I have EVER gotten from Calvary Portfolio. I received this in the mail the end of XXXX and onXX/XX/XXXXrequested debt validation -- - anything to prove the debt was mine. I never received anything even after 30 days. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent another request. During this time I also disputed with the credit reporting agencies. Again I never received anything additional in the mail other that what I have attached and that was my first communication from this company. Then on XXXX I filed a compliant against Calvary Portfolio Services with the XXXX and still never received any validation or any additional information from Calvary Portfolio Services. Since then Calvary has responded on numerous occasions that they have validated this debt. How was it validated? I have yet to receive anything. They state that it was mailed to the correct address as it was not returned.. again I have only received the one notice from Calvary Portfolio Services and that was on XX/XX/XXXX and there is a copy attached. The mailing address that I mailed the validation request to was the same one on the settlement offer that I have attached. That address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX. I have no reason to lie and state that I have not received any additional notifications or validations. According the the FCRA I have the right to receive validation of this debt within 30 days of request. Since Calvary stated that they acquired or purchased this debt in XX/XX/XXXXand I received a settlement notice XX/XX/XXXX and I had requested validation of debt XX/XX/XXXX due to it reporting on my credit report then I believe that I was within the 30 days of initial notification even though it was just a settlement offer. I have lived at this address for years and there is no reason it would have gotten mistakenly placed somewhere else. I have kept good records of my steps that I have taken. I also believe that the last 3 responses that were mainly just repeating themselves or saying this has already been validated is not appropriate at this time and with the circumstances the way that they are. I have seen no proof that you have validated this account or even made an attempt to contact me or to rectify this situation. I am attaching the only thing that I as of today have received from Cavalry and I have also attached Cavalry 's reply to my XXXX complaint which still does not show that information has been provided to me to verify and/or validate that this is my debt. Again, I have only received this one letter which is a settlement agreement from Cavalry.

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting on my credit report. Please don't respond to my request by saying that this account has been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify this account. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of this disputed account then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ).
