Complaint: On XX/XX/2013 I was highly and predatoraly pressured into buying an overpriced used car. After entering into an installment loan in the amount of {$19000.00}, I shortly thereafter found out that the car was on recall and by paying to repair the car I fell behind on payments and could not remain current on the payments ' late fees and interests ultimately resulting in repossession. After the repossion an agreement was made with the original creditor that no further payments would be made and no further billing from the original creditor was done. However, after the sale of the faulty car I was billed for the balance of the sale in the amount of {$10000.00} by a collection agency and they have continued to report to the credit bureaus monthly and in turn this information is being reported to credit reporting companies greatly impacting my credit score and ability to obtain credit. I disputed this adverse account via FCRA but it remains on all 3 major bureau reports.

Complaint: I continue to have several issues with Calvary Portoflio Services : 1 ) I have received a letter from Calvary that they have provided debt validation, but they have not. I am still waiting on proof of assignment or transfer of the loan. From what I have receive the debt was purchased by them not assigned or transferred as per my consumer rights with the FDCPA. I have received proof from Calvary that they have my statements, which they have sent multiple times over and a copy of bulk loan purchase. This is not what I am asking for is proof of confirmation from about the relationship of assignment of debt to Calvary from XXXX. I sent requests for validation on : XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Certified XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ) Calvary reported my original balance of {$3300.00}. However I received a letter from their representatives at XXXX XXXX that I would appear paid in full if I paid {$2200.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, which means that all of the balance information that has been reported on my credit reports has been incorrect since they have had my account. Last and most importantly Calvary is still reporting a collections balance, which they originally tried to settle for, I volunteered to pay the full amount of the balance for removal of the tradeline, in which they say they have no knowledge, but they changed the payment plans coming from my account. They did not send me a confirmation letter. In total I have paid {$2000.00}, with a remaining balance of {$100.00}. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX They passed my account onto a company named XXXX and XXXX XXXX. who has been taking my money from my account on their behalf. I would like this tradeline removed form my credit report.

Complaint: CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVIC mysteriously added a negative account to my credit report. I monitor my report carefully. They date of the negative debt was during a time that I was traveling and I have not opened any accounts or new credit cards this year. They never appeared on my credit report until a few days ago claiming I was late on making payments. I believe they must have gotten my information when I applied for a car. It crashed my score by 50 points and now I have to pay almost an extra 100.00/month because of the information they placed on my credit report. I never did business with them nor do I have any missing accounts off my report.

Complaint: I have disputed this account entry on numerous occasions from the credit bureaus to the company itself. This company began reporting negative information on my credit report in XXXX of XXXX. In my dispute to this company I requested : A summary of all account activities, including all payments made, late charges, interest, date of payments received, date of payments posted, charges made, and date of charges posted Copies of all charge slips, invoices, promissory notes, and all other documents proving indebtedness Copies of all documents sent to me regarding my account ; Copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe bearing my original signature ; Cavalry responded with a denial that there were any inaccuracies in their reporting. Actually, there are, I never signed an agreement with Cavalry, nor have I had an account with them for them to report there are terms of 1 month and that I have a past due balance. Further, as of XX/XX/XXXX, the correspondence I received from XXXX and XXXX reflects a different account number for the same account that Cavalry is attempting to collect. Per consumer law, 2 collection companies may not collect on the same debt. How so then is Cavalry still reporting these entries on my report? This is a blatant violation of my consumer rights. Too, why is XXXX XXXX XXXX offering a settlement on an account that is not verifiable? For the second account, Cavalry merely sent a Statement of Account that was created on their letterhead. This arbitrary number lacks veracity. Where is the supporting documentation? The one document that was sent reflects a totally different number. Additionally, if XX/XX/XXXX states that a payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX, then how can Cavalry say the charge off date was XX/XX/XXXX? This is an explicit contradiction. It appears that Cavalry has tampered with information and the reporting of accurate information. There is no way that an account can be due with an original creditor 2 days after a 3rd party collection company is reflecting it as a charge-off. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! Cavalry nor XXXX XXXX XXXX provided the account ledger, nor any other documents to justify the activity, payment history and validate the number they are alleging is owed is accurate. Lastly, Cavalry failed to provide any supporting documentation for the second entry they are reporting on my credit reports in the amount of {$2000.00}? Yet again, they are reporting information that is unverifiable. This unverifiable entry on my credit reports should be DELETED IMMEDIATELY!!

In which was remove by XXXX XXXX after I disputed FRAUD on my account, I also told Cavalary Portfolio Serv which failed to take the necessary action against this account .they have failed to investigate and check my Credit report that there is a Fraud alert on my reort for my Protaction as a customer. this account was open by fraud. Complaint: Back in XXXX my daughter needed some XXXX services. I applied for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the credit card was granted on XXXX of XXXX, so I paid my child XXXX service with the new XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card. The first payment was scheduled on XX/XX/XXXX, unfortunately I did not receive a bill with the payment phone number or the payment address to send a payment, so almost at the end of the month decided to call and ask the best way to process my first payment, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX representative told me that I needed the account number to make the payment, number that in the time of the call I unknown, for their security reason she couldnt gave me the account number, so the best was XXXX XXXX send me the bill to my mailing address and then process the payment. Until XXXX XXXX XXXX I received my first bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, it was the XXXX bill with the payment information, STETEMENT WITH CLOSING DATE OF XX/XX/XXXX, PAYMENT DUE DATE of XX/XX/XXXX, and a MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE OF {$190.00} Dollars. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$100.00} dollars to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX over the phone, and in XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I paid another {$100.00} dollars online, so the minimum payment was covered before the due date. Come XXXX, I tried to process the monthly payment over the phone, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to accept my payment because they had the suspicion that I applied for bankruptcy, I informed to the representative that it was not the case and I will continue with my payments in time before the due date, the representative refused to accept the payment. In a second call before the XXXX payment due date I called to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to check if they cleared the information and if I could process my payment, again the representative refused to accept the payment and this time I was informed the account was sent to the collection department, even when my previous payments were paid in time and I was trying to pay the third month. I tried to get the recovery or collection department phone number to stop the collection work, but the representatives told me I cant contact or make a payment because they were updating the account to the collection department and they will contact to me, I told several times to the representative that I was in the position to continue with regular payments and continue with the original credit card agreement, but they refused to give me a solution to stop the collection process. After several calls I gave up making my XXXX payment because the continually refused to accept it. Months went by and never did we receive another phone call or notice or some documentations or letter in regards this debt. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my account to a collection agency named XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX hired a Law Office to collect this debt, on XX/XX/XXXX they sent me a paper work of the account and I discovered the details that make this illegal collection. Originally the payment schedule was : 1rst minimum payment of {$98.00} before XX/XX/XXXX 2nd minimum payment of {$98.00} before XX/XX/XXXX 3rd minimum payment of {$98.00} before XX/XX/XXXX. And continuing every XXXX of the month until the balance be paid in full. But as I said the first bill was lost in the mail or just XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never sent out, So the 1rst payment was paid on XX/XX/XXXX over the phone, the second payment was paid on XX/XX/XXXX, On XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX the first and the second payment were covered before the second payment due date. On the third payment it was not possible to process because on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX Synchrony Bank/Care Credit sold the account to the collection agency Cavalry SOV I LLC, even before the third payment due date -remember the due date is the XXXX of each month-, that should be the real reason why the did not accept my payment because they sold the account to a collection agency before the account was a charge-off, but the account was not a charge off because I paid the first and the second minimum payments before the due date of the second payment. XXXX XXXX XXXX excused in I was applied for a bankruptcy but that is a lie, the true is they sold an account to a debt buyer before the account was a charge off. Now Cavalry SOV I LLC ( debt buyer ) hired a law office -XXXX XXXX XXXX- the law office is attempting to suit me for this debt, a debt the I never refused to pay ( the original creditor refuses to accept the payment ) I want to pay in the original terms stipulated with the original creditor.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Cavalry Portfolio Services about a collection that showed up on my report. They instructed me to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX and make the payment to them as they were hired to collect on their behalf. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and the person on the phone said it was a balance of {$470.00}. I asked about a settlement and they agreed to receive {$310.00} after asking Cavalry for an extension. I was told this would absolve me from the debt owed after I called Cavalry and they said after the {$310.00} payment they would delete the tradeline from my credit report. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, 7 days after the payment was made Cavalry updated the balance from {$470.00} to {$160.00} instead of {$0.00}. This means they lied to me on the phone and have began to report a balance that's not correct.
