Complaint: Bank of America targeted me for an offer of XXXX XXXX miles upon opening a new credit card with them. I applied for and was approved, and only received XXXX XXXX miles. I was told I was not credit worthy. I have a credit score above XXXX, top 1 % of income, and a perfect payment history. This is a blatant bait and switch. I was offered to apply again, with the SAME CREDIT SCORE, SAME CREDIT HISTORY, and was given no guarantee that the promise of the missing XXXX miles would be kept. This is dishonest advertising, and disrespectful handling of a mishandled situation. They should make good on their promise, and give me the missing XXXX miles. They should not further string me along with the false promise that I will qualify for a larger credit line with a second application. This is dishonest.

Complaint: I contacted my present mortgage lender, Bank of America, to attempt to get my loan refinanced for a lower interest rate ( instead of my 6.5 % ). I spoke with a representative by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX. She advised me that Bank of America no longer does loans on anything with a VIN number. I have a mobile home that is on a fixed foundation with brick underpinning. The county tax assessor 's office classifies the property as Real property ( not personal ). The original underwriting attaches a lien to the land with the mobile home attached. In other words, the mobile home ca n't go anywhere. The fact that I have a current, good-standing mortgage with Bank of America, should entitle me to the same right I was afforded when they purchased by original loan -- the option to refinance at rates that are reflective of individuals with my payment history, credit score, and real value of the property.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, XXXX Bank of America ( BofA ) through their employees, representatives, and third party agents caused to be recorded notices of default and trustee sale indicating the named trustee XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), owned by XXXX and XXXX, an XXXX based law firm, as the mortgagor within those documents. If, in fact, XXXX is the mortgagor, then what does the Notice of Default ( NOD ) and the Notice of Trustee Sale ( NTS ) have to do with me other than my occupation of the property as an adverse possessor?
Based on supporting documents XXXX purchased the XXXX Deed of Trust on or about XXXX XXXX, XXXX believing XXXX bought the property from Bank of America , N.A . but, in fact, did not as the original trust deed has been made obsolete by non-payment. XXXX purchased the right to become Trustee from Bank of America in order to foreclose on the mortgage at a profit as part of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and relationship. XXXX purchase the mortgage loan, ownership rights to the Deed of Trust, and right to foreclose, not the property, possession, or ownership of the Deed and made the purchase without recourse, guarantee, or warranty. Why anyone or a corporation would associate themselves with a mortgage debt without also associating themselves with property possession and ownership is beyond comprehension, but for as part of a racketeering business enterprise scheme and the prior existence of a business relationship.
On XXXX XXXX, XXXX a Substitution of Trustee was recorded naming XXXX the Trustee. Therefore, Bank of America should not represent XXXX as the mortgagor on both the Notice of Default ( NOD ) and the Notice of Trustee Sale ( NTS ) unless XXXX now owns the mortgage. According to XXXX XXXX County Recorder 's Office records, my name is the only XXXX listed on the Deed making me, XXXX XXXX, the sole owner of the property.
On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I contacted Bank of America, in part, to lodge complaints ( escalated case reference numbers XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and informed Bank of America, their representatives and third party agents, of the fraudulent nature of the NOD and NTS, and requested immediate rescissions of both recorded documents.
I have been unable to get in touch with the newly appointed single point of contact ( SPOC ) /customer relationship manager ( CRM ) since he was assigned on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The CRMs I have been able to speak with, including Assistant Vice Presidents ( AVPs ), are no different from those in the past and before in that they have no clue as to the law relating to loss migitation processes. Bank of America just keep on breaking the rules.
To date, the property has not been sold or bought at Trustee 's Sale or Auction. I have already made a public announcement and claim challenging any right to buy or sell my home.
All other previously mentioned resolutions are desired.

Complaint: In XXXX our Bank of America Mortgage Loan was refinanced by my Mother, Brother and I to help our Mother financially after my Father passed away in XXXX. In XXXX Bank of America ( " BofA '' ) Home Retention Dept. offered her a 3-month Trial Mortgage Modification to further assist her financially. This Trail Modification lasted 4 years until it finally became permanent in XXXX, the year my Mother passed away. During this time, BofA caused the total debt surrounding our Refinanced Mortgage in the amount of {$33000.00} which was accumulated over this 4 year period from XXXX to XXXX. This occurred because the Temporary Mortgage Modification rate was paid as promised by BofA Home Retention for 4 years until the Modification became permanent in XXXX.
In XXXX, at the Bank of America ( " BofA '' ) Refinance Home Loan Closing my Mother, Brother and I signed and initialed every page put before us of the Mortgage Agreement documents and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Final Settlement Statement document as the primary property owners of our home and borrowers of the Refinaced Home Loan. Four years later my Mother passed away in XXXX and Bank of America refused to acknowledge that my Brother and I were indeed borrowers on the Loan at the time of Closing in XXXX. When asked the reason why, BofA 's, XXXX produced a Bank Note without my Brother and my signature on it. However they acknowledged that Dept of Housing Final Settlement Statement was signed by all 3 of us listed as signatories on the document. BofA 's Assumption Dept. refused to acknowledge the descrpency and correct this action, ignoring the facts of what they had presented before them. This disregard to this date for what we agreed to and Closed on in writing has caused us far reaching ramifications with long lasting monetary damages to our family with negative results that needs to be fixed which will soon be felt even more by the actions mandated by the Dept. of Justice, IRS and State Tax Agency if we do not recover the monetary and personal damages from our losses due to the Bank of Americas negligence over the past several years. To this date Bank of America will not answer my letters, calls and pleas for action on their part to resolve this matter. Instead they distance themselves from this problem by transferring our Mortgage to different Servicers and calling the action that it 's out of their hands. Unfortunately, I 've found that it clearly is not out of BofA 's hands due to the fact that Bank of America shares the same Attorney Law Firm ( s ) with XXXX an out of State XXXX servicer. Since the transfer to XXXX in early XXXX, our Homeowner 's Insurance Escrow was cancelled however our Tax Escrow as far as I know was not cancelled. Upon pointing this out to XXXX XXXX, another transfer took place to another out of State of XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/2016 who has not yet made contact regarding our property or complaints.

Complaint: I have an line of credit with Bank Of America for {$370000.00}. I have never been late on any payment because they were charging me interest only. 3/4 months ago they told me my line of credit matured and now they will start billing me as 15 years principal & interest and they payment will be somewhere about {$2700.00} a month. I explained to them there is no way I can make that payment as I have first mortgage and rent is only {$2300.00} a month. I am already {$2000.00} upside down. I asked them if they can differed the loan as for 1 more year so my first mortgage will be finish and I can make the payment after that. They told me they can do nothing and I do n't make enough money to refinance. No body told me about hardship application or anything only thing they said was best thing to do is put it on short sale. I have made payment when economy was down. I borrowed the money and I want to pay it back. I just need help till XX/XX/2017 when my first mortgage will be over and I can make regular payment to Bank Of america. Now since they ruin my credit I ca n't even go and get any refinancing done at all. Please look at my payment history I have made good on my loan all this time even when economy was really bad. I do n't want to ruin my credit and I do n't want that I did n't make good on my loan on my conscience. Please help me fix this issue. It seems people who were good all thru the bad economy are getting punish for being good.
