As agreed on with each payment made to any & all Credit Company 's & or Collation agents term of cashing payments were sent with each payment in a written agreement of cashing any & all payments. All Companies are in " Breach of Terms of Reporting of Agreement of Payment '' ( Sent with Each Payment ) which is violating the Agreement of Payment. Terms of payment to " BE IN WRITING '' ( WITH THE FOLLOWING KEY TERMS OF ALL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ), '' TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID '', " PAYMENT TERMS OF TOTAL AMOUNT '', " REPORTED TO ALL CREDIT BUREAUS REPORTING COMPANYS AS WORDING OF " PAID ONLY '' WITH NO NOTES OTHERWHYS THEN BEING PAID '', " BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST PAYMENT ''. I would only find it fair that both parties are following the terms of agreements. I would ask that your company enforces any & all fairness to the reporting of my credit report companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX & all other reporting companies.

Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, Bank of America gave me a HELOC loan on my house that is in a Commercial zone. There are other single family homes within this Commercial zone and this is allowed by the zoning in this area. Bank of America is now trying to change the HELOC loan to something else in order to do a " Commercial '' short sale which in turn means that they are trying to unilaterally make changes to the terms and conditions of the loan. This is all outlined in detail in a attached .pdf named XXXX.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX - I called my bank ( and employer ) to check to see if I could refinance my mortgage. XXXX provided great service. She ran all the numbers and saw where I could lower my mortgage by XXXX. During the application the " ratio '' came out too high ; So we could n't continue with the application. After the call, this disturbed me ... I am already paying my current mortgage ( without incident ) and there is an opportunity for me to lower it by XXXX and the application system wo n't recommend it - this seems really unfair ( almost illegal ) ; I asked that they relook at the application - The decision not to move forward would seem logical to me if I were requesting adding additional credit, etc ; but if I 'm eligible for a reduction and my financial state is the same or better ( as when I originally initiated the mortgage back in XXXX ) why should I be denied this opportunity

Complaint: Bank of America provided me with a printout of fees assessed to my home loan mortgage account dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Included in this accounting are fees totaling {$360.00} for Property Inspections, {$27.00} in fees for photos, {$70.00} in fees for yard maintenance, {$400.00} in fees as Litigation Management charge, and {$420.00} in Trustee Attorney fees. The maximum charge that may be assessed by Bank of America for Trustee Attorney fee is {$420.00} not {$420.00}. Bank of America overcharged me by assessing my home loan mortgage account by {$2.00}. The overcharge is to be credited to my home loan mortgage account. Additionally, Bank of America has erroneously started the foreclosure process and caused the recording of a Notice of Default. Therefore, there is no justification for any Trustee Attorney fees and the fee is to be reversed. The yard maintenance fee should not have been assessed to my home loan mortgage account in XXXX XXXX as I was home and no one announced themselves at my front door to gain my permission to be on my property, let alone maintain my yard. Just to be clear, NO YARD MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN MYSELF IN THE MONTH OF XXXX XXXX. I know this because that is the month and year I did sustain property damaged at the cause of a neighbor and I will never forget the incident or events occurring around this time related to my property. The Yard Maintenance Service fee should not have been assessed and is to be reversed. If Bank of America caused photos to be taken of my property as represented within the fees assessed to and associated with my home loan mortgage account, Bank of America must justify the charge. Otherwise, the photo fees should not have been assessed and are to be reversed. Additionally, please provide copies of all photos for which fees have been assessed my home loan mortgage account regardless of any reversal of the fees assessed. It is unclear what services are related to the {$400.00} charge described as Litigation Management Fee. Bank of America must justify the fee or reverse the charges. Bank of America has been assessing Property Inspection Fees to my home loan mortgage account since XXXX without justification or cause. The only reason Property Inspections fees are assessed to a home loan mortgage account is due to a necessary evaluation of the property. Bank of America has proclaimed I am not pending in the modification or loss mitigation processes and that Bank of America is not dual tracking by having removed me from the modification process in error and stating the foreclosure process, which would be the only other justifiable reason for any property inspections. Bank of America must justify the Property Inspections and the Property Inspection Fees or reverse the charges assessed to my home loan mortgage account.

Problems when you are unable to pay

Consumer Loan: Installment loan

Complaint: This issue occurred toward the end of my HARP loan process on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I got a call from the loan officer saying the underwriter noticed a lien on my existing mortgage. I had no idea what they were talking about. I was told to contact bank of America for details. I walked into the bank and no one was able to assist me. I came back another day and someone submitted an elevated request on my behalf regarding this mystery lien. A few days later I got a call from a BOA representative and she told me that I need to get a title search done. After I got that done I called back and was re-routed to someone else who stated that the account was from another company that went out of business, the account was closed and BOA bought all the accounts. I was told the previous company was supposed to release the lien but did not do it. I was told that the lien release will be faxed to my underwriter early morning the following week. When the week went by, I called back but was once again re-routed to another person. This went on for weeks at a time. I was given reference numbers each time but these numbers could not be traced back with history of my previous calls. Finally, in XXXX, after being referred several more times I called demanded to speak to a manager and was given the number to a high level manager named XXXX XXXX. He seemed surprised that I was able to get through to speak to him as he stated that calls are usually handled through the call center. I explained that I was promised a lien release but it did not come. XXXX XXXX promised he would get that lien release to me but it would take another 30 days. I got nothing. I tried to call XXXX XXXX again but he would not return my calls. I decided to contact the XXXX. BOA had a representative ( XXXX XXXX ) contact me saying he was working on a resolution. I gave him contact phone numbers of the people who promised to release the lien. He told me it would take 15 days and he would contact me at that time. 15 days later I get a call from XXXX XXXX saying he needed another 15 days. I asked him if he contacted the people that promised me the lien release but he said he wanted to do his own research. At the end of that 15 days I get a letter in the mail from XXXX XXXX that I own BOA {$51000.00}. They never intended to help me but only help themselves. How could no one contact me for all these years ( at least 8 years ) or that this lien was not on my credit report? I need my refinance to be completed. How could BOA lie to me about releasing this lien? Is that the way they do business?

Complaint: I am a customer of Bank of America and over the last year they have changed their policies regarding the minimum that customers can keep in their savings and checking accounts. I was informed of this and I complied with that policy. However, Bank of America continues to apply {$5.00} fees even after compliance and continued complaints. The minimum is {$300.00}, and I have {$500.00}. I am able to maintain, but my question is how do people who do n't have that income and are living off every cent they have use a bank?

Closing/Cancelling account

Complaint: I spoke to XXXX XXXX President of Bank of America NY who advised my accounts were not effected by the mortgage issues I was having with his bank but minimum payments being paid on the accounts. I am asking that all of my credit accounts with Bank of America be reviewed by the CFB and the continued opening and closing of the same accounts and the delayed and tiered reporting the credit bureaus to have max effect on hurting my credit scores. I was notified all in one day of the closing and limit lowering, it was spread over 2 to 3 weeks for the credit bureau reporting and XXXX account was reopened and then closed again. I would also like any and all over payments and rewards paid to me. Bank of America has not acted in a fair manner in its handling and I am concerned with the integrity of the reporting and discussions with this bank.
