Complaint: I have previously filed a complaint with your company. This is the reference number XXXX. My home equity account with Bank of America is XXXX. I missed your email notifying me of Bank of America 's response so I missed the opportunity to dispute its response. I did however begin working with XXXX XXXX, the person who sent the response and was assigned to be my case manager. I resubmitted all of the documentation to B of A, for at least the third time. In XXXX, he contacted me that underwriting was requesting information ( because I listed my wife as a partner on my company, they wanted her profit and loss statement, even though I had already given a profit and loss statement for the company showing no income to her, and had also given a statement to B of A about her total income for that year. ) I gave XXXX XXXX that info over the phone and he said he would check with underwriting. In late XXXX I was again knocked out of the program for not providing documents, in spite of my previous conversation with XXXX XXXX -- ( important note : the information underwriting requested could easily be ascertained from other documentation already in its possession. This unnecessary request fits B of A 's well documented bad behavior that resulted in the DOJ settlement ). I again contacted XXXX XXXX, he told me to send specific information, which I did within 24 hours ( I have to drive XXXX miles round trip to the nearest B of A or pay to fax from my computer -- something I have had to do numerous times in this process ). I have not had any more contact from B of A. I have contacted XXXX XXXX several times requesting an update and he has not returned my calls. I also want to again complain about not being included in the DOJ settlement. In the B of A response, they said that I was not eligible, yet they have refused to reveal what criteria they used to determine my eligibility. They simply say that if I had been eligible, I would have been contacted. What is certain is that I owed more than my house was worth when they began notifying homeowners about the DOJ settlement. I will also add that B of A 's actions have created a great hardship to me. My monthly payment is more than half of my income. I have been advised by lawyers to simply quit making payments, but I do not want to risk losing my home because I fell victim to B of A 's predatory loan practices.

Complaint: As a first time home buyer who relied on Countrywide and their so called honest eputation and experience, took out our first mortgage loan with them in XXXX XXXX. My mother had just passed away from XXXX in XXXX and willed me money to purchase my first home, so that me, and my family could have a better life. After filling out the paper work and getting the keys in which we had to run them down for in XXXX, XXXX, my family and I were caught in between a scandal with Countrywide. We later found out it became public in XXXX which was two months after purchasing the house. My husband and I signed our lives away with hundreds of documents from Countrywide with the asking price of {$380000.00} with monthly payments as low as {$1400.00}. We never received the final documents, because we were told that they would be mailed out to us via XXXX. Two months went by and we never received anything. I called and called Countrywide there was no answer or no response from them. It 's like they never existed. Finally we started getting threating and unprofessional calls from Bank of America. We were told by one of the representatives from Bank of America that the house was {$460000.00} with monthly payments of almost {$4000.00}. I was in disbelief and was told from the Bank of America employee " You are old enough to know better. '' I then asked to speak to a supervisor whom I thought would be more sympathetic, passionate and with a little more experience. But boy was I wrong. The supervisor was more harsh then the first Bank of America representative. She advised me to do what I had to do or go get an attorney. They were only there to collect their monthly mortgage payments and that was it. We were then forced to re-modify our loan due to difficulty making payments and when we did re-modify and were approved. They approved it for {$4.00} dollars less than the original loan which was {$3800.00} dollars. Loan # : XXXX We called and tried to reach out to everyone and still no response for months. They continued the harassment and threating phone calls until one day I finally got someone to listen to my situation and who was very concerned and really wanted to do something to help. That person was XXXX XXXX secretary. We all know what BOA and Countrywide executives did and they must be held responsible and accountable. Instead of filing a lawsuit against Bank of America due to : 1. Discrimination ( age, race, and XXXX 2. XXXX / Marriage XXXX 3. False documentation including modification 4. Fraudulent of loan ( which is a crime ) 5. Foreclosure crisis 6. Pain and suffering 7. XXXX This exposure has been linked to the development of XXXX and XXXX, including XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and other conditions. I 'm also bringing a legal claim that we were not informed of the exposure and the danger of this and that also makes Countrywide/Bank of America liable and failed to inform, warn or protect us against the danger. Health Risks of XXXX XXXX can cause XXXX to the XXXX and other XXXX and lead to the development of XXXX. These symptoms may not appear until 10 to 50 years after exposure has occurred and we 've been living in the house for XXXX years. Approximately XXXX to XXXX Americans are diagnosed with XXXX each year, and about XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX deaths are recorded annually. And an estimated XXXX people in the United States are currently living with XXXX, an XXXX of the XXXX XXXX caused by exposure. Many other XXXX and XXXX have been linked to exposure. XXXX XXXX in buildings can lead to a variety of health problems. Various practices can be followed to mitigate mold issues in buildings, the most important of which is to reduce moisture

Complaint: My name is XXXX and I used to have a checking account, money market account and mortgage with Bank of America ( via Countrywide ). Bank of America, now referenced as BOA, screwed me over with regards to my modification and then sold my loan to some 'off the wall ' trust. The real reason for this complaint was that I sent about XXXX letters requesting that the checking and money market accounts be closed immediately since the year of XX/XX/2014 -- probably more! My lawyer at the time also sent a letter and of course they state they never got it even though the executive office confirmed receipt. They keep sending me statements which I nicely mark 'RETURN TO SENDER ' because my checking account had only a {$.00} balance in which I told them to send to me if they chose to -- I do not want anything else from these crooks! It is a waste of their resources to continue to pester someone who earn/will earn them XXXX profit! I do want any correspondence -- NOTHING! I should not have to send in anymore letters requesting closure especially the way they treated me with regard to my injury and my past mortgage! I am done!!! Please assist me and tell BOA to stop bothering me. Post my name -- I do not care. I want as many people as possible to know how this scheisty 'financial organization ' can be to innocent citizens.

Complaint: On Thursday, XX/XX/2016 I initiated a mobile check deposit to my business account via Bank of America 's smartphone app. After the check had cleared, on Friday an employee of the bank placed a " hold/freeze '' on my check. A note in account details said a letter had been sent through standard U.S. Mail explaining the reasons, which diminishes the purpose of convenience of a mobile deposit. On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX, an email was sent to my business account with a Pdf attachment stating " A hold was placed on your check ( s ) because check specific information indicates item may be returned ''. This indicates the judgement and belief of a certain employee that either s/he believes based on some kind of evidence that the check is somehow fraudulent. I need to know exactly : What kind of fraud the employee believes s/he has detected to justify such false representation ; Exactly what " check specific information '' is imagined to indicate such falsehood ; The full name and position of all persons involved in this conspiracy to meddle in my business and defame myself and my associates ; The complete details ( including name and rank ) of all parties internal and external who has been affected by the conspiracy including specific departments, law enforcement agencies and personnel ; and any other financial institutions conspiring with Bank of America.
