I then contacted the morgortage consultant and explained it had all this information in it and he acted like it was no big deal, that I had another person social security number.

Complaint: I was served with eviction paper from a man claiming he bought MY home from American Financial. I have tried several times to contact American financial several times with no response. American Financial claims to have loaned money to my deceased husband. But all papers filed were dated after his passing. They refused to work with me because I was not on the note. The house is in my name solely. I never heard of any loan before his passing. Now this company sold mine and my children home. I am a young widow, with no money to even get an attorney.
