Complaint: My loan was transferred to company.
Company issued two insurance escrow payments to incorrect address. I paid the insurance premiums myself for past two years and provided proof of payment.
Company support team members unable to offer assistance keep transferring me and providing no help. Opened 3 support tickets on website that the company closed with providing no help. I sent them proof of payment and requested this year to not send payment to insurance company. Still sent payment to wrong address/lost payment.
