I have been getting these calls since XX/XX/XXXX and I 've told Allied Interstate since that I do n't know her ; that the number called has been reassigned and to cease calling and removed my number, but to no avail has this harassment stopped to date.

Complaint: I am not denying that i owe a debt to XXXX but i recently recieve an alert saying that a account was added to my credit by Allied interstate when this debt was originally added back in XXXX 2013 through a collection company called XXXX so the collection date is all wrong and i will like for XXXX to post the correct collection date because that will make that debt appear to be more recent then it really is and is causing my score to drop.

Complaint: my debt was paid off in 1976 through a payroll deduction through the XXXX XXXX paymaster. I have been harassed by numerous collection agencies, over the past 40 years. I dont know where they get their information or why this debt collection persists. When I ask them for details of this debt, or to prove to me that I owe the debt, they respond by saying, " prove to us that you do not owe the debt. '' I refer to my XXXX XXXX pay records, and I dont hear from them until they pass the debt to another collection agency. Then is starts all over again

Complaint: Allied Interstate is reporting a {$370.00} XXXX bill with all XXXX credit bureaus. I called XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/15 and spoke with XXXX at XXXX CST. He advised that XXXX does not have validation to send me & that I would have to contact XXXX for that. I spoke with XXXX at XXXX & he stated that I do n't have an outstanding account or balance with them. I 'm curious as to how this debt is validated as mine. Furthermore, I have never received a notification via phone or mail of them attempting to collect a debt from me. I also was not given a chance to dispute this debt. They have made no attempt whatsoever to try and contact me. this is in direct violation of the FCRA. No collection company should be able to take it upon themselves to just report on a consumers credit report. I want this debt validated that it belongs to me or deleted from all XXXX of my credit reports. I am also filing a complaint with the States Attorney 's office regarding this issue.
