On XX/XX/2016 I received a call from this company so I returned there call the next day on XX/XX/2016 at XXXX AM discussed my account with the representative advised I could not pay anything today we ended the call. At XXXX XX/XX/2016 received a call from the same company wanting to discuss my account. I advised the rep I had already talked to someone this morning on this cell phone about my account. They 've had a HIGH turn over rate since I 've been dealing with them so I never get the same person for long. This has been going on well over a year and it has risen to the level of harassment. Not only is it not on our credit report, my husband and I are planning to buy a home and have been working to build credit, so I know this does not appear on our credit reports. If it were a real debt, we would have paid it before going to collections and would have known about it long before now.
