Complaint: I thought this issue was cleared up over a year ago but it is most distressing that yet another collection agency, Allied Interstate LLC, is calling looking for the previous owner of the property we now own. We have owned this property for 34 months. I have attempted to explain such to them, to no avail. Their repeated calls continue. My request to speak with a supervisor are ignored and they hang up on me. With the latest call on XXXX XXXX, 2017 at XXXX I was able to speak with a supervisor whose I English I could barely understand. Will he heed my request to stop these calls? I could n't tell, as I was unable to understand him. Anyway these Debt Collection Services are not to be believed. Please assist in having these calls interrupting our life.

Complaint: I 've started getting calls from the company Allied Interstate LLC recently. When i asked what the call was about the person on the phone would just say " an important business matter '' or " personal business matter '' and then ask for me to confirm my social security number without telling me what the call was about in detail. When i told them they needed to state the actual reason for the call and if it was being recorded they would tell me that if i didnt confirm my information the would submit it to the legal action team. I 've attempted to block calls from their numbers and direct them to my lawyer and tell them to stop calling and yet it continues.

Complaint: I recently started a job, and today I received this email from the receptionist : Hi, Someone from Allied Interstate , LLC called a couple times today for you. you were n't in the office and I transferred him to voicemail. He chose not to leave a message and called me back a few hours later.
I suspected this was a solicitor. When you were n't available, he asked who you report to. I asked what it was regarding. The caller became aggressive and would n't tell me what he wanted, saying that what he was calling about did not affect who you report to. He gave me information about a debt that I should n't know about. When I told him you were n't in, he hung up on me.
This is a new place of business and my boss has mentioned this to me. Places like this want to collect you 're outstanding debt, but this is now reached harassment at the workplace and these tactics have placed me at risk of losing my job. In that respect that means " No job=no money ''.

Complaint: I moved from XXXX in XXXX XXXX and paid all debts off including XXXX XXXX. I began receiving mail and calls from XXXX trying to get over {$400.00} from me claiming I told them to put my account on hold for 9 months. I sent mail and called XXXX to tell them they messed up and I never asked for a " hold '' on my account since I did n't even know where we 'd be living let alone what tv or phone services we 'd need. We used XXXX XXXX while we lived in XXXX from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX and I have a letter proving this fact. I recently found out XXXX sent me to Allied Interstate Collections and it affected my credit score. I 've explained this again to XXXX and the collection office and I 'll be sending the documentation to Allied as well. I WILL NOT BE BULLIED into paying any money I do n't honestly owe. Both XXXX & Allied tried to scare me into paying and I was very clear that I ALWAYS pay what I owe and that I would not pay them a dime. They are thieves.
