Complaint: In the month of XX/XX/XXXX, a collection agency Accelerated financial started reporting an open credit of {$910.00} from XXXX XXXX according to my credit report. This company has come out of nowhere and damaged my report for something i don't have. I contacted the original creditor by phone last month mid XXXX and i was advised by a customer service representative that my account with them was closed in XXXX. I asked the representative if the system is reflecting i owe a balance, and she stated no. I advised her a company is reporting i owe {$910.00}, and she stated she didn't see anything on her end because the account was closed. Its been over 6 since the account was closed with the original creditor. All of my debt if any has been settled with this company years ago. I have never had an account with Accelerated financial ever, and they are damaging my credit. Also, this company is false reporting things to all credit reporting agency 's. Also, this company has never sent me a statement saying why I owe this amount of money. This is effecting me with potential job opportunities. Its also making my credit score lower as well which it hard for me to get a new home and other things I may need. I never had a debt with this company, and dont know how it came about. If this agency continues to report negative inquires on my report, I will file a civil lawsuit on this company.

Complaint: I was contacted in regards to this debt that is clearly listed in my credit report as a result of identity theft. Every time I clear it up it gets sold to anther company and they typically look at the notes and see all of the documentation and remove it. When I explained it to the debt collector, XXXX XXXX from XXXX, he told me that I could dispute it with the credit reporting agencies but that they are not like all of the others and they would not just remove it. He said that I had to do a police report, which I already have several, but that they had to prove it wasn't me through detectives/handwriting analysis, etc. I went and filed another police report and that was the extent of it. They do not utilize their resources in the manner that XXXX is requiring. When we were on the phone, I was upset because I knew that they wouldn't he threatened to hang up and send it to collections and tag my report anyway. The documentation that he sent me regarding this fraudulent account even had an alert stating that there was a substantial difference found between the inquiry address and the existing file address. In addition to that, there is no social security number listed nor confirmed on this application and XXXX was not my last name at the time of this application. The fraudulent account was opened in Texas. I have lived in the state of Pennsylvania my entire life. The account was opened with a temporary check as a deposit. There is nothing linking this account to me. I explained all of this to him and also asked him to review all of the notes, alerts, statements, and even a freeze on my credit account but he refused. Now it is back on my credit report and has dropped my score.

Complaint: They reported an amount in my record that is incorrect, they said that I own them money when it is not true because it was paid in full, XXXX made an error by living my dispute as something negative, the accelerated financial tried to damage my record on XXXX and XXXX, but those company found out that it was a fraud against my record, the company accelerated financial said that I own them XXXX dollars and it was updated for the first time in XX/XX/2019 and then XX/XX/2019 and XXXX XXXX is the original name of the acreditor.

Complaint: I am lodging a formal complaint against accelerated financial. this debt collection company has violated the fcra and my rights. accelerated financial has 2 negative accounts on my credit reports 1 for {$840.00} and the other is for {$620.00}. I have no clue what this debt is and ive sent them debt validation request and they continue to ignore my requests, but they are still reporting every month on my credit reports which is a violation of the fcra. I am in the process of purchasing my very first home for my family and im being told these 2 accounts that does not belong to me is stopping me from being approved. I am requesting these 2 accounts be deleted immediately from my credit reports. I will sue if I have too. thanks for your time!

Complaint: I RECEIVED TWO LETTERS in the mail from Accelerated Financial Solutions in regards to debt they claim I owe XXXX XXXX. Account numbers are XXXX AND XXXX. I contacted the collector and was promised that after each debt was settled, they would both be deleted from my report. I offered to pay {$650.00} XXXX and {$700.00} for XXXX. They verbally accepted the offer via phone and I am waiting for them to remit a written agreement stating the debt will be deleted via postal mail.

Complaint: After reviewing my credit file it has to my attention that Accelerated Financial has inserted a negative mark into my credit file. I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at Accelerated Financial. Idid not open or authorize this account, and I request that it be closed immediately. Please send me written confirmation that I am not responsible for charges on this account, and take appropriate steps to remove information about this account from my credit files. Not only that I have never even heard of Accelerated Financial company or even received any communication regarding this alleged debt. I was not even given my right to dispute the validity of this account. I was never even aware that this account was open. Remove this from credit file immediately or I will be forced to sue.

Complaint: I have disputed this entry on my account with XXXX bureaus as well as with Accelerated Financial. Accelerated Financial placed this erroneous, inaccurate entry on my credit report without providing a dunning letter or any sufficient documentation that would have informed of their intent to collect this alleged debt. The response I received from the bureau stated the account entry was verified ; however, I immediately sent Accelerated Financial ( see attached letter ). Accelerated Financial did not pick up the letter ( see attached letter ) that was returned to me undeliverable although the address I sent was the address listed on my credit report. How then was XXXX able to verify that the information was verified? By not providing the dunning letter as required by law and not picking up the dispute that was sent, Accelerated is in violation of my consumer rights. In my letter that I provided to dispute the validity of their account entry I specifically requested : *An agreement that states their authority to collect on this alleged debt *Agreement with signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay the creditor *Alleged account number *Date this alleged debt became payable *Original delinquency date *Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector *Complete accounting of alleged debt *Name and address of the bonding agent for collection agency in case legal action becomes necessary No correspondence was provided. This entry should be DELETED immediately.
