Complaint: XX/XX/2019 on this day when i wen to purchase i teams from the store for my son my account got permanently suspended. I received my direct deposit on XX/XX/2019. When contacting bank they told me they couldnt reopen my account. The only reason I can think is when my account got hacked an I disputed it twice and stoped my direct deposit. I have a XXXX year old son an rent that needs to be paid. My bank witch is bluebird ( Amex ) told me they have to send me a check of whats in my account.

Complaint: Hello ConsumerFinance Team, I have recently Logged into AMerican express and saw that i am pre- approved for Amex XXXX XXXX with XXXX bonus points if i spend {$2000.00} in 3 months as part of Promotion. To Confirm whether i am approved or not i called in American Express Customer Services and spoke to the operator and she confirmed that i am qualified. After i applied i am approved and received the card and to activate i have called customer service again and got shocked by them mentioning that i only get XXXX not XXXX if i spend $ XXXX and i opened a investigation. After the investigation is Finished they never called me and never notified me the status of investigation. Finally i called Amex on XX/XX/2019 and shocked again because they said i am not qualified to get the atleast XXXX bonus points. I Reached to multiple people and they did nothing i have all the email and I feel Amex has all the recordings i would like to open a complaint againt Amex on misleading info and even when i reach multiple times they did nothing.

Credit card company won't increase or decrease your credit limit
Complaint: On XX/XX/2016, I opened an credit card account with American Express. The initial available credit for the account was for the sum of {$1000.00}. Despite the well management of the account ( no late payments and usage under 30 % ) the account has yet to be awarded a single credit limit increase. In fact, I have requested through the years at least seven credit limit increase from American Express none of which have been approved. I was recently offered an account upgrade which qualified me for an cash preferred account which I accepted, however, I was surprised to see that the credit limit was kept the same. I been a loyal customer to American Express and I have fulfilled my end of the contract by making my payments on time and using the account responsibly. I feel that I am being discriminated. Furthermore, such action violates my civil rights under any credit granting act that allows me to make use of credit in similar conditions to other borrowers.

Complaint: I have requested once via registered and once via certified mail, on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, that American Express NA send me a front and back, true and correct copy of the alleged signed agreement bearing my signature ( full & complete disclosure ), and a detailed copy of the alleged account., according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 USC 1692. I have also requested they fill in and sign an affidavit.
American Express has not fulfilled either of these requests, according to the law as of today, XX/XX/XXXX.
American Express NA did send me a letter saying they DO NOT have the document that I respectfully requested. Therefore, American Express is in VIOLATION of the law.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I tried to transfer a little part of my American Express Membership Rewards that I earned by using American Express credit cards to my XXXX XXXX account. When I initiated the transfer online on the American Express official website, I got declined because they claimed that my points are under review. I then called the customer service number, and talked to them for over an hour, during which they transferred me back and forth among the same two or three departments. In the end, they were still not able to help me transfer this very small amount of points over to XXXX XXXX account.
I have been a loyal American Express card user, and I earned these points by using my credit card, and I have always been paying the balance on time -- never missed once. I have not used or transferred my Membership Reward points in a very long time. And for this one time I wanted to transfer a tiny part of the points, I was refused to do so.
