Complaint: Ally Auto Loan company kept charging me late fees on a payment that was made on XXXX XXXX, 2015. I contacted them around 7 times and contacted the bank so they can provide a proof of missing payment. They kept saying they did not receive payment nor documentation. Then they said the fax number given to me was incorrect. I previously mailed the proof but they claimed that they did not receive that either. Last phone call they gave me a new fax number which did not even match to the previous faxed number they gave me. Also, They continued to charge fees on a payment which was paid my end and cleared by the bank. I have all the documentations necessary about my payments on my online account with the images of the checks written. However they claimed that they have no documentation from me or the bank.

Complaint: I have an account with Ally Bank. As per the Ally bank website and their customer service, Ally bank does n't charge any fees for incoming international wire transfers. However I find that for an incoming wire transfer, I was charged {$30.00}. When I enquired with Ally Bank customer service about the fee, they told me that they could n't help me trace why their own designated intermediary bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) charged the fee. They further told me that on incoming wires I should ask the sender bank to mark field XXXX as " OUR ''. This was n't mentioned anywhere on their website. Complaint: Here is something that NO ONE is thinking about that home buyers, and especially first time home buyers are not considering when purchasing a home! I even tried to get legislators to require this, but they refused. When the mortgage crisis hit, many HOAs did very little to manage their finances. At least mine did n't. They spent a lot of money going after home owners, and collecting very little because the HOA found out it could n't collect, so we picked up the legal fees for liens. My HOA in the last 16 years relied on a defect lawsuit settlement to " keep their dues down '', but there next to no funds to begin with. I screamed about having a reserved study for years. About 5 years ago they had one done, and we are about XXXX underfunded. There are only XXXX homes in my HOA. So very quickly, ..in a matter of a few years the HOA 's settlement money will be depleted, and there will not be enough money to fix the exteriors, the roofs, the roads, and pools in our area. These new home buyers have no idea what is facing them because they have never purchased a home before. The HOA does show them the reserves, but it does not show they the future requirements based on the reserves studies. It 's a HUGE piece of the financial obligation puzzle that is conveniently left out of the financing of ahome. So many HOAs are underfunded, that realtors would have a fit if it was exposed. So many buyers do not realize they may be buying a lemon, ..so in a few years, there may be a lot of them walking away when special assessments hit them. And if they do not approve them, ..they community will suffer. You need to do something about disclosures, ..because on a state level HOAs are not doing a thing about it because they do not need to do it.

Complaint: I am writing this letter because my consumer rights were violated by Ally Financial Services from misstating the balance due. I was a co-signer on my mother 's XXXX XXXX, when she purchased it XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, my mother filed bankruptcy but still had the Chrysler. I found out about the bankruptcy from a family member. I 've never received any documentation from Ally stating such. I, checked my credit report and it showed payments still being made on the Chrysler even after my mother filed bankruptcy ; up until XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, the account was charged off. Also, I noticed my XXXX credit report had a balance of XXXX for Ally and XXXX and XXXX had a balance of {$0.00} so I disputed the balance with XXXX. After the completion of my dispute, Ally changed the balance on XXXX and XXXX credit reports from a XXXX balance to a balance of {$27000.00}, which is " Misstating the balance due '', and a violation of the FCRA. When I disputed the balance with Experian, Ally reposed the car from my mom place of residence. After the car was reposed by Ally, is when I received documentation from Ally about the car but nothing before the car was reposed. Complaint: I got a loan with Ally through a XXXX dealer and after a couple months I wanted to send in a extra payment to go towards the PRINCIPAL ONLY so I called and ask how this was done. The rep on the phone told me to make the payment and to call in after it was posted to have it applied to the principal. Which I did and the person on the phone said it was done. I logged into my ally account and they still pull out the interest out of the XXXX sent in. I have called 3 separate times and asked to speak to a supervisor ( 2 of those times they said someone would call me back ). Now 3 days later ( still no phone call back ) I called again and finally spoke to a supervisor. Went round and round with someone I could barely understand, he kept saying the same thing. " That is the way we do it '' then asked for an e mail address so I could file a complaint with them. THEY COULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE THAT!!!! So now my next payment is not due for another 3+ months because they wo n't take a payment towards the principal! What a joke!!! This company is a complete SCAM!!!! I will either pay this loan of this week or refinance it.

Complaint: I feel I was advised by an Ally Financial employee named XXXX around XXXX XXXX, 2015 tht that I could turn my lease in 4 months early and be done with the lease free and clear. I called Ally and spoke to XXXX after I had received a letter from Ally asking me essentially how would I like to end the lease. When I spoke to XXXX I reiterated with her several times " are you sure all I have to do is turn the lease in early? '' and she reaffirmed that was the case several times or at least that was my perception. I have contacted Ally several times and spoke to many people to just listen to the tape of the conversation that they have around XXXX XXXX 2015 but to no avail. I keep getting a complete runaround from dept. to dept. with promises to look into the matter and call back only to find no response. My feeling is I was duped and defrauded into believing I could turn the lease in early with no further obligation and I am sure I 'm not the first one this has happened to.

XXXX also used rebates and freebes from manufacturers XXXX, " fix '' chrystler XXXX. 5 ) I had came in with a XXXX loan approval from MILES program, XXXX pulled a fast one, a bait and switch on contracts, I NEVER PHYSICALLY SIGNED ANYTHING. I set up the madatory alloyment on his computer, and I shook his hand. He failed to add GAP and I had to pay {$480.00} cash from my own personal money. he kept the license, title and registration as collateral un y il I had enough a month later. I only found out that ally was my lean holder 2 years later when allotments stopped. the Chrysler 300 was under a safety recall get o r electronic key failure consistent with my story and I was fooled to think it was the engine by a CHRYSLER mechanic specialist. XXXX doubled the purchase price, jacked upp the interests, and made the 300 disappear before I could even ask for it. its almost 4 years {$26000.00} was ticket price - {$7000.00} " rebates '' {$1000.00} military discount 48months {$530.00} = {$25000.00} ( original agreement ) 72monthsx $ XXXX= {$38000.00} ( Ally 's cut????? ) refuse to provide " contract '' or statements dealer lost it I never signed it, but Ally reposessed when I got suspicious, and ruined my credit. stole my personal property, and sold at the auction the within 12 hours of repossession.
