Complaint: I had attempted to make a payment online, realized I paid the wrong amount, so I called they said they couldn't get online to cancel it I had to go through my bank. Went through my bank to cancel it. They said they would call me back the next day. No one called. 2 days later they send an email. So I immediately call. He said my manager listened on our call and was able to stop the payment then proceded to tell me how much they took out. I said you never called me back to get my consent on that amount and I didn't have that amount. I asked to speak to a manager who yelled at me and told me since I put my information online that they can take out whatever they want. I said that has to be illegal. He said no, he screamed at me said I'm not a customer and im not gon na tell him what to do. I asked if I can hear the recording. He said he would email it and never did.

Complaint: I received a letter from William and Fudge , Inc about being delinquent on an account with a bank. I reached out to the bank and they did not have any missed payments or even the account number that I was given to me on on the notice. I have reached out to all my student loan lenders and I have not been delinquent. I do not know how they got my contact information because William and Fudge received my information from the bank that has apparently sent me multiple notices. I've lived in the same address for over 2 years now and this is the first time I have had any interaction with the lender bank.

Complaint: I have been trying to get this debt paid. I owe XXXX approx 10,000 $ for tuition and a Perkins loan. I tried to find a way to pay them and made several payments. They knew I was struggling. I contacted them several times about it. They gave my information to Williams and Fudge, who told me that I owe XXXX. I told them this was the wrong amount and they continued to call me, email me, all hours. They called my family. They told me that I signed the note and that the interest is being compounded DAILY. They threatened me. All I want is to get on a payment plan to reasonably pay back the amount I borrowed. But XXXX in fees is insane. XXXX also won't give me my transcripts so I can find a job in my field until the total amount is paid. I don't know what to do. They tried to force me to consolidate my loan and begin payments right away, even though my loans are in forbearance. The PDF with my name on it was filled out by them. They have my address wrong, because THEY filled it out, not me. without my knowledge. I have asked over and over for an itemized receipt for the exorbitant fees. They said that is what XXXX handed over to them. THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE.

Complaint: I checked my XXXX credit report and noticed my score significantly low. I checked the collections and noticed an account from XXXX and XXXX, a company I have never heard of. They are reporting a debt from XXXX, but i have never received any notice of this debt prior to reporting. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I was supposed to be contacted via postal mail. I have been at the same address and have never received any correspondence from this company about any debt nor did I receive any information on how to dispute said collection account or any options to take care of the debt, if its a valid debt, prior to reporting to XXXX. Be advised this is a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( 8 ), stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request your offices provide me with competent evidence that I owe any money to your company. At this time I will also inform you that your office reporting invalidated information to to XXXX constitutes fraud under both Federal and State Laws.
