Complaint: I am not entirely sure why these people have been harassing every single family member of mine, but they have done it for months. I have sent a complain about this as well. My sister in law just messaged me and said she received yet another call from a " XXXX XXXX '' who is from Williams and Fudge Inc. They apparently told her they had been trying to reach me. Let me just be clear that I have requested this company send me the information through USPS mail and they refused. They shared PERSONAL INFORMATION with people who are not even related to me over the phone as well. I have a minor whose biological father is not to know of our address and apparently that was released as well. These are NOT FTC compliant tactics if these are bill collectors. He told my family member today XX/XX/17 that he got her # by " Doing some research '' and said he knew that they knew me, etc. I would like someone to investigate this person because this is STALKING and HARRASSMENT. EVERY SINGLE PERSON he contacts they ask them to stop calling and he continues to do so with unlawful tactics and keeps sharing my personal information with people who are NOT even related to me. The screenshot provided is just ONE of the many relatives and friends who have called me about this. Not only is it embarrassing, but he has called my employer and shared information as well-and I have NO clue why or who they are, as they will NOT respond with my request that they communicate WITH ME ONLY through USPS mail, for a paper trail, for my benefit as well as theirs.

Complaint: I attended XXXX XXXX XXXX - to mid XXXX. I was using FASFA and other student aid that covered my tuition balanced. Fall / Winter of XXXX my school location XXXX XXXX was closed. XXXX XXXX filled for bankruptcy which caused multiple campuses to close down. Due to the school closing and only being a semester away from obtaining my degree I could not and did not receive my XXXX from XXXX. On the FASA / STUDENT AID websites has laws and forms stating that if a school closes before obtaining a degree you do not have to pay your student loans back. This summer of XXXX Ive been contact and harassed by WILLIAM & FUDGE saying that I owe them money. Apparently XXXX sold my account balance or they bought out my balance ( that I do not owe ). When I explained to them why I shouldnt owe a balance I was accused of lying and acting immature. Being told by an employee of WILLIAM & FUDGE you need to stop acting immature and figure out how youre going to pay us our money ~ XXXX XXXX. Well, thats not true youre lying because XXXX XXXX is obviously still opened ~ XXXX XXXX Not only am I being harassed but the two phone calls that Ive received from them their behavior was disgustingly out of line. Also, being accused of lying and saying that I agreed to pay which I never agreed to. I have no choice to believe that WILLIAM & FUDGE is apart of the politics that are currently against my family. There is no reason on how I owe the Art Instiute money when I have documentation on my FASFA that my tuition was covered. I also received a grant from the XXXX XXXX that covered my art materials. There is no such thing as me owing a personal balance if there was no personal charge to begin with. Even in the document that was emailed to me the numbers did not make sense. I went to go review the document again and it appears as unavailable. It seems very suspicious and I believe they are messing with numbers. There is no way my account should have a charge or balance. Also, if I owed a balance to AI I should not have ever received my official transcripts from them. This file contains my document that was emailed to me about my balances that is now no longer available. I cant even see my balance for myself. I do not trust this company at all! Seems very suspicious. Its no way I owe my school money at all. These are also the reviews about WILLIAM & Fudge. Other people have experience this same tacky behavior and believe they are also suspicious.

Complaint: I have made multiple attempts both recently ( two days ago ) and in the past as well to get in contact with XXXX XXXX University XXXX. In the fall of XXXX I signed up for two classes. I received no credit from XXXX XXXX because they would not access my financial aid even though I had been awarded it. I repeatedly sent the information they requested yet they continued to ignore me and not access the financial aid that had already been approved by FAFSA. Despite this XXXX did not access my account. Therefore, I did not attend the classes because I did not have the financial aid to buy the books required. Once I figured out that the school had no intention of accessing my financial aid it was too late to drop the classes. All of this was done while I was working diligently to get all documentation that they wanted, with no response from the financial aid office at XXXX. I had an awful experience at XXXX and could not get any assistance ( no matter how many times I tried ) from the financial aid office or my advisor. XXXX has now sent me to a collection agency by the name of Williams & Fudge , Inc for the amount of {$3800.00} for classes that they did not provide to me. I never received one call, mail, or email notifying me that I had an outstanding balance or that I was at risk for being sent to collections. The only reason I found out I had this balance is because I tried to order my transcripts for a new school that I am attending on XX/XX/XXXX. When I tried to order my transcripts I was unable to due to a hold. I then called the financial aid office asking why there was a hold and they told me I had been sent to collections for {$3800.00}, shocked I asked to speak with someone in charge and I was put on hold and then hung up on. Fast forward to now a week later XX/XX/XXXX, I oddly get a statement in the mail after not getting one at all this entire time. Seems too coincidental that after all this time I get absolutely nothing notifying me of my outstanding balance, but now all the sudden I get a statement after calling the office about a hold on my transcripts. I have read many reviews of XXXX XXXX University XXXX and there are dozens of stories just like mine, it is upsetting that this institution makes double the profit from financial aid students trying to get an education.

Complaint: I briefly attended XXXX XXXX University in XX/XX/XXXX and my tuition was covered by FAFSA grant and XXXX scholarship. For personal/ financial reasons I dropped out and moved back to live with my parents which is when my tuition was sent to collections. I dont understand how I can be expected to pay for tuition when I was going to school with federal grants in the first place. Recently in the beginning of the year of XXXX my collection account was sold to William and Fudge who reached out to me and said I have to make the payment and that theyll give me time to ask my parents to pay and will give me a call back after a week. I never heard back. On XXXX XXXX I sent a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I do not claim the ownership of this debt however I would like to pay a lesser amount and settle the debt. It was a pay for delete request. I didnt hear back and it had been a few days. I started stepping away from my desk at work multiple times a day and attempted calling but I never got through to anyone. I also sent a follow up email on XX/XX/XXXX just Incase the first email was missed. It has now been over a month of me trying to settle this debt so it no longer hurts my credit by being on my credit report. I dont know who else Im supposed to contact to get this resolved if the company itself is not responding to me. Im just in my twenties and trying to clean up my credit but the collection amount has gotten me denied with many lenders. Its not that I did not try to work something out, I just received no answer.
