Complaint: Currently as noted online, I owe Wells Fargo {$390.00}. I had a deferment on my account and requested this as I was finishing my semester. I had asked for this and still had problems and some of the accounts were not deferred initially but eventually everything was sorted out. After graduation in XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo cancelled the deferment I suppose because I graduated but I have not made a payment and began searching for a job. I have recently started at work but do not get paid until the end of the week. I plan to make a payment to rectify the debts I owe as an honest person. However, Wells Fargo has consistently called and harassed me many many times. For example, they have already called me today twice at XXXX and XXXX EST. Yesterday they called me 4 times at XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX EST. This is only a summary of the recent calls from this exact number. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks or more with other numbers as well. I believe it to be harassment at this point. I have sent a message explaining my frustration today and was unable to contact them by phone. In the past, this has happened multiple times and I have received Robo calls, text messages, and human calls repeatedly. Sometimes, after I had already spoken with them and had payments or deferment processing. They call regardless.

Complaint: Was never notified that Wells Fargo had decided to decrease my line of credit from {$7500.00} to {$5700.00}. Logged in to my banking today and found that after having this account for 4 years and never missing a payment that had decreased my limit. When I called about it I was given the run around, and told it was because they had " received a soft copy '' of my credit report and it stated that I had open to many accounts recently and that I had to many inquiries on my credit. I found this to be pure lies because I have opened no new accounts and not let anyone run my credit in almost 1 year. They said well they use XXXX, which again I found to be lies because I have credit monitoring with XXXX and had just paid for a copy of my credit report to see the status of a fee accounts I recently closed and paid off ... The Wells Fargo representative said they would gladly run a full credit check, i.e. try and substantiate the very lie they are telling stating I have had my credit run this year and / or to many times. Why on earth would anyone let them run their credit again when they have already had the account for over 4 years. Or why would someone let them run their credit after a representative just got done stating you have to many inquiries on their credit. Either XXXX credit monitoring and credit report is lieing or Wells Fargo is utilizing unethical and illegal practices to attain credit information on individuals. Additionally, their management customer service representative became rude and ignorant and more concerned with getting me off the phone than fixing the situation.

Complaint: I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo for a property in XXXX . My employer posted me to XXXX and I no longer have a US mobil e phone number. Wells Fargo online does not allow me to log into the system to service my mortgage without receiving a code t o a US mobi le phone number as part of th eir two factor authentication procedure. As a result I can not service my mortgage online even with current log in credentials. I spoke with Wells Fargo twice regarding this issue and asked if the two factor au thentication can be done via my registered email address or a XXXX mobile number that can receive text messages. This is similar to ot her US financial i nstitutions. There does not seem to be a solution Wells Fargo is able to offer me.

Debt was result of identity theft
Complaint: The checking account from which my Wells Fargo credit card was paid from changed and as a result I needed to change my automatic payment detail on their website. I attempted to login and was repeatedly prompted that my information was incorrect ( using credit card, account and social security numbers ). I then tried to call the company and make payments over the phone, however, my card was no longer in the " normal '' card services and was only available for payments during XXXX-XXXX MT. Essentially, I was continually unable to pay the monthly amount because of this and several " referrals to a different agent '' despite sending several messages for the past three months. This has negatively affected my credit score.

Problem with fees
Complaint: I have a cash back Visa credit card account with Wells Fargo. My balance is over the limit, because of fees and interest. I can not pay the full amount. I went online to make a payment on XXXX/XXXX/17, of {$130.00}. The next day I went online to check to make sure payment was processing. Then the summary said I really should have paid {$170.00} instead of {$130.00}. The amount changed because I did n't pay the overlimit amount immediately, so they charged me another fee.
I am in a situation of a cascading amount of fees and interest, that are abusive. So my monthly payments are so high that, I have no money for food, gas, living expenses, etc. I want to keep this account current, but I am heading for default.
I am XXXX and live on Social Security. I called the customer service and her supervisor and told them this. They said there was nothing they could do and they would not forgive the fees in any way.
I am now considering suicide. I told them this and they could care less.
I do not want to hurt my credit score, because I may not get approved for housing and I will become homeless.
Remember, 75 % of the balance is NOT principle. It is fees and interest -- - extremely abusive.
Please step in and help me. I do n't want to go into default, but the payments are too high for me to make.

Complaint: * Over the course of a year, Wells Fargo had been accepting Interest Only payments as I negotiated with them during efforts to reorganize personal finances.
* Wells accepted the I/O payments every month until recently they demanded back-dated principal, without notice, and threatened foreclosure if not paid immediately. * The above statement is contradicted by their acceptance and advising to make I/O payments, whilst also being cycled through their Home Preservation program qualifications.
* I now qualify for their Home Preservation program which would ensure no derogatory outcomes, and have been willing and able to continue paying on same terms. But then they do n't respond to me after providing me with the qualifying conditions, which I meet. * I have made great efforts to find resolution but always met with misleading, ambiguous, and inconclusive responses from multiple departments within Wells Fargo. * They are violating the terms of agreement and although I have demonstrated willingness, and qualifying factors for resolution via Home Preservation Program, they are denying me any clear response and verbally aggressive with foreclosure " intent '' when I speak with them. But then get different responses from other divisions that contradict their aggressive foreclosure threats.

Complaint: On XXXX / XXXX /2017 I receive a one page letter from Wells Fargo Card Services dated XXXX / XXXX /17 stating that my credit card has already been closed due to other bank cards and 6 months of inactivity. please destroy your card immediately as it will not work. I 've never been late, delinquent, or missed any payment of any debt in my lifetime. My account is always in good standing and has never had a high balance. Wells Fargo is my primary bank and has been since I was able to open an account. My personal accounts, IRA, vehicles and credit cards are all with Wells Fargo and have never had any problems in which risk management would become involved. I am also a former employee that left the company in good standing. I called credit card services to resolve the matter and after 4 different team members in different departments deflecting my concerns and passing me around, the supervisor left the conversation before explaining it to the next person and that 's when I officially gave up on Wells Fargo. They essentially punished me for using The credit I have earned over the years and their associated balances, yet they closed my account for the exact opposite reasons.A customer of 20 years. here is no logical explanation for this decision and none of the employees could explain anything other than what my letter stated. I explained to each associate that I have been a very loyal customer for over 15 years, maintain an excellent relationship and keep the card for emergencies. I feel that am being cheated for no reason since there is no negative history on my tiny credit card account. Of course every representative said they would be more than happy to submit my application for a new credit account that would negatively impact my credit report, but give the company another sale. This is when I became concerned and decided to report WF. They are abusing their customer 's loyalty as well as their financial states once again. I can forward the letter per request since there is personal and financial information on it.

Complaint: I purchased a primary home at XXXX XXXX of 2013 and financing was provided by Wells Fargo. The appraiser Wells Fargo used miscalculated the property value by inflating the area. I contacted Wells Fargo underwriting person and told her about the discrepancy in the appraisal report. She told me that she can not change it and I ended up with a house that was below the appraised value and could not walk away as the property purchase agreement forced me to buy the property as Wells Fargo was willing to finance it. Complaint: applied for wise credit card that comes with a {$200.00} bonus. I submitted my application in XX/XX/XXXX and received a denial letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted the XXXX XXXX credit reporting company., who then sent me an outdated credit report. I then called them to state the errors on the report so they sent me a new & improved report showing no outstanding debt and any liens now outstanding, which is NONE. I then called/wrote wells fargo who said once a application is denied, it no longer is considered. Complaint: I bought a little red XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX on XXXX in XXXX XXXX the first year of my XXXX career, in XX/XX/XXXX, and paid Wells Fargo for 5 years : {$360.00} per month. ****A month before the end of the loan, they arbitrarily charged me an extra {$600.00} when I applied to get the title.I knew I was being wronged! I called them repeatedly and discussed the problem with customer service. They could never explain what the fees were actually for, and could not guarentee they were valid!!!
They said these were " various fees. '' I refused to pay various fees to get the title. I went to the local branch and lodged a complaint as well.
They quickly repossessed my car -- it dissappeared!

I was devestated. I called an attorney but he told me no one would tangle with Wells-Fargo -- I should have just coughed up whatever they wanted, even if wrong.!! My credit was dinged badly. It was 2 years before I could afford to buy a used car off XXXX. I walked everywhere. I was a single Mom, suffering from XXXX, and did not even have a car to get to my XXXX job. Because of very ill health due to XXXX, I had to leave the job anyway. This was a real turning point. It there any way you can find my records with Wells-Fargo and help me recover any damages? I see in the news that they are STILL CHARGING ARBITRARY FEES WRONGLY. Often, people will nt find out -- until they try to get the title!!!! Account opened as a result of fraud
Complaint: Wells Fargo opened a Trust account for the co-Trustee of my father 's Irrevocable Trust. My father passed on XXXX XXXX, 2017 and a life insurance payout from XXXX XXXX was issued for the XXXX XXXX Irrevocable Trust. I, XXXX XXXX, am a Trustee of the Irrevocable Trust along with my brother XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX informed me the payout check in the amount of {$620000.00} was deposited/cashed at Wells Fargo. My share of this check is $ {$310000.00} as per the Trust Agreement. I went to Wells Fargo to inquire how the check was cashed without my signature or knowledge. The branch Rep. XXXX XXXX at Wells Fargo informed me that my brother opened an account in the name of the XXXX XXXX Irrrevocable Trust and had listed me as Survivor instead of Trustee and I had no access to the account. I provided the Trust papers confirming this account has incorrectly listed me as Survivor instead of Trustee and the branch manager reviewed the documents and confirmed this to be true. The branch representative called Wells Fargo Legal because I requested they correct the account and list me as Trustee or freeze the account until it was corrected. I emailed the Trust papers to the Wells Rep. and she forwarded it to Wells Fargo Legal while I was at the branch. Wells Fargo informed me there was nothing I could do and I must obtain a court order to obtain any information or make any change to the account. I had to pay an attorney {$4000.00} in order to obtain my share of the Trust. I also had no way to know if that money was taken while I waited for my brother to respond to the attorney. I returned to Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire if the money was still in the account and they again refused to make any changes or release any information. Wells Fargo fully acknowledged the account was incorrectly opened based on the Trust Agreement but refused to make any corrections or place any hold on the funds. Wells Fargo opened the account without proper documentation and by refusing to correct the error cost me {$4000.00} in legal fees. I would like to file a complaint against Wells Fargo for costing me {$4000.00} even though they acknowledged this account was incorrectly opened. Thank you.
