Complaint: I was emailed that my online account had been suspended. It stated my account password had been entered XXXX times. Well ... ... .I have not tried to get into my account for weeks. I tried to call Wells Fargo and the kept transferring me and repeatedly asked me for my information. They would not transfer me to the fraud department. I am a XXXX veteran with a XXXX and they would not help me. I do n't want some XXXX to access my equity in my home or open new debt. So I want to know what happened and what they are going to do but obviously they are not going to do anything I wish they did n't buy my mortgage!!!! i certainly would never do business with Wells Fargo in the future!!!

Complaint: There are two components to the bank fraud that I discovered this morning.
1 ) Wells Fargo changed my corporate bank account number without advising me.
2 ) A customer attempted to send me an electronic payment last Friday via ACH. I never received the payment. After contacting Wells Fargo, they explained that my bank account changed. I then attempted to determine when this changed by looking at the previous bank statements. When I pulled my XXXX XX/XX/2015 bank statement from their online banking system the statement reflected the NEW account number. I then pulled a copy of my XXXX XX/XX/2015 statement from my local drive which I had downloaded back in XXXX. The XXXX statements ARE DIFFERENT. Meaning, that the Wells Fargo Online Banking system is displaying incorrect banking information to their consumers ( i.e. fraud ). It is not clear because no one has investigated this whether this is the result of fraud, weak internal controls in their IT process or some other reason. No consumer should assume that the information they are receiving from Wells Fargo is credible or accurate.

Complaint: I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM A PERSON CLAIMING TO BE MY COUSIN FORM XXXX. I INNOCENTLY BELEIVED IT AND WAS EXCITED TO SEE THEM. THEY ASKED IF I COULD SEND XXXX DOLLARS TO THEM ( AT THIS POINT IM STILL THINKING ITS MY COUSIN FROM XXXX IN NEED ) TO SUMMARIZE I GO TO MY NEARBY WELLS FARGO WHICH I WAS ASKED TO DO SO ... I CAME UP WITH 2000 AND WENT TO A TELLER GAVE HER THE ACCOUNT # THEY SUPPLIED ME WITH AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON MONEY WAS BEING DEPOSITED TO. SHE DID TELL ME IF I WAS SURE BECAUSE IT LOOKED AND SOUNDED LIKE FRAUD AT THIS POINT THIS PERSON THAT I THINK IS MY COUSIN SOUNDED DESPERATE AND IN NEED SO I SAY YES ITS MY COUSIN SHE AGAIN ASKS ARE U SURE BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE FRAUD SHE WAS UNABLE TO PULL UP THE ACCOUNT AND ASKS FOR THE NAME AND SHE SAYS I FOUND IT UNDER THE NAME YOU HAVE THE LAST XXXX DIGITS WRONG AND PROCEEDS TO SCRATCH THEM OUT ON MY PIECE OF PAPER I HAD IT WRITTEN DOWN ON AND GOES FOWARD WITH THE TRANSFER. I GET BACK HOME AND THEN RECEIVE A CALL FROM MY UNCLE LOANED ME THE MONEY AND AT THIS POINT HE CONTACTS MY COUSIN AND CONFIRMS THEY ARE UNAWARE OF THE WHOLE SITUATION. I GO BACK TO THE TELLER BUT AT THIS POINT MY UNCLE WAS GONE AND I DONT HAVE A CAR TO GO BACK TO THE BANK. I DESPERATELY CALL AND AM TOLD I ONLY HAD 20 MIN TO REVERSE THE DEPOSIT SO NOW ITS TOO LATE. I GO BACK TO THE BANK AND ASK WHY IF THEY THOUGHT IT WAS FRAUD DID THEY LET ME PROCEED? THEY ARE TRAINED PROFESSIONAL I AM NOT SADLY I WAS FOOLED OUT OF 2000 DOLLARS. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY ALWAYS VERIFY ACCOUNT # S AT WELLS FARGO AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE FIRST AND LAST NAME THAT I CANT DO ANYTHING NOW THEY WERE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE NOT TO MENTION THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT THERE TOADY WHEN I WENT BACK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHICH LOOKED SUSPICIOUS VERY RUDE MANAGER PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO?

Complaint: i have been working with Hamp services, to save to my home, i qualify for home principal reduction program, i sent my payments on time, the bank was in agreement, but then turn around and put a sale date on my home, i filed a ch XXXX on XXXX at XXXX same day of sale date which was at XXXX, i called the bank lawyer to let them know and also fax the bk case number, the bank received my paperwork on XXXX they answer the orginal complant that was filed with you, but instead of answer the complint to you, i recieved it the answer of the complanit the day before the sale date, i wasnt notifed of sale at all, the bank lawyer was not returning phone calls and was avoiding to back out the sale of home, they have been putting be on there force insurance, then i recieved a letter from another lawyer that class action suit because wells fargo was getting kick backs putting home owner on there lpi, i also dont understand, wells fargo has to follow investor guideline, when i thought they have follow hud guidline not investor guidelines,, not to mention my credit has been forced to be ruined because, the bank continues to not give a modifation, i meet the guidelines, and XXXX was never my investor at the beginning, up until recently my mortage note was under supeior mortage, so there for the foreclouser wasnt done the rightway, and wells fargo told me if i want a modicaftion i would have not pay my mortage, and beside my hardship i qualify for modifcation, and i want the bank to review my paperwork and my finainal have changed for the better, i am XXXX my XXXX they have caused me to get sicker and alot XXXX,, all my XXXX, i found out my taxes havent been paid for a year and i can fax you the proof,, when the bank came into agreement with home program i have sent in XXXX tht there holding,, the bank to not act ethical and accomdate a XXXX women, according to my doctors i could very well have another XXXX due to the over wheliming stress.which i can provide proof of my condtion, this isues with the house please reslove it, i also have a son that on a XXXX at home, and me being stressed around, thank youXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX fl XXXX

Complaint: after applying for a short sale with Wells Fargo my client received the written short sale approval which I have attached. in compliance with the approval we found a buyer that met the requirements set forth in the letter. Subsequently I received an email from the negotiator that there had been changes to the XXXX guidelines and that the minimum net proceeds were increased. when I emailed that I had the XXXX she said she would have management review and approve the sale the way I submitted it. Later I received an email that the file was approved and I would receive the approval. that email is also part of the attachment. since then I have called numerous times and been told the file is still in review. This is outrageous and actionable. I need someone to open a case into the information Wells Fargo is providing to consumers based on their inability to pay and the outright lies being perpetrated on their borrowers

Complaint: Subject : Wells Fargo has denied homeowner for request for modification on the XXXX mortgage : while homeowner is qualified. Homeowner has provided all required documents to Wells Fargo XXXX previous times, only to be denied. Wells Fargo has commenced double tracking while homeowner was acting in good faith under the XXXX XXXX States Attorney Generals Agreement : the National Mortgage Settlement Agreement.
Wells Fargo is discriminating against homeowner claims, in a form of reverse discrimination ; holding the mortgage in extended processing, denying a loan modification while homeowner is qualified.
This homeowner, feels that their case has been unfairly treated for the following reasons:1. No active single point of contact, constantly changing, when calls made to the single point of contact, routine routed to the collection department, never the same contact person.
2. A Single point of contact was assigned ; calls were made to the point of contact : no calls were never returned.
3. Wells Fargo has help the homeowner in extended process in bad faith for 24 months from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX.
4. On the most recent XXXX application : all requested documents were provided to Wells Fargo and denied, reason given that homeowner can afford the XXXX mortgage.
5. Homeowner is currently 4 months behind on the XXXX mortgage. Homeowner is claiming reverse mortgage discrimination in the following : A ) wrongfully advised about HAMP rights, orB ) documents were submitted, but could not locate the lost documents, orC ) resubmit documents, orD ) Wells Fargo stating will begin foreclosure, date is pending, and homeowner is responsible for not providing the requested documents : these XXXX points are causing a state of confusion and terror to the homeowner.
6. Wells Fargo started a double tracking procedure with the XXXX mortgage on or about XX/XX/XXXX.
7. Homeowner has asked for basis of denial report, to date Wells Fargo has not provided the basis for the denial. This is a violation under the National Mortgage Settlement Agreement ; specifically double tracking while homeowner provided all documents under good faith to protect their home from foreclosure.
9. As of this filing date of XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo has not advised or confirmation that the foreclosure date of sale is set or on hold.
10. Homeowner is in a state of fear created by the collection tactics by Wells Fargo and the Loss Mitigation Department overloading agents with over XXXX cases per agent : statement made on recording by Wells Fargo agent ).
11. Wells Fargo has the XXXX and XXXX mortgages.
The Banks ' failure to discharge their required loan modification obligations, during homeowner 's honest attempt to save their home from foreclosure.
Homeowner is claiming mortgage processing discrimination in delaying processing : by overloading Wells Fargo processing agents with a case work load of XXXX cases as per agents statement. These overload cases are causing a form of mortgage discrimination against homeowners, thus losing their homes to an inability of the Loss Mitigation department to properly manage the existing case load.
Alleged violations, included, but are not limited to, the following : a ) failing to perform proper loan modification processing ; b ) failing to manage processing agents and special points of contacts, therefore causing a processing center unable to handle homeowners case loads, a form of mortgage discrimination against homeowners
