Complaint: USAA SVG BK has reported wrong infomation on my report. The credit card was opned XX/XX/XXXX and never late a new card was issued due to the loss of the original card. XX/XX/XXXX USAA rported a late paymnet and I called once new card was recived asked why the card was reported late. The mnager advused it would be taken off my report and it still shows 30-59 dys late. We are a military family and USAA assured this issue would be fixed.

Complaint: I have been in contact with my bank several times about this matter. I was scammed with money orders that were fraudulent. I was given them by someone I was " hired '' to work for. He made me deposit the money into my account and buy XXXX for him. I was manipulated into doing this multiple times and now my banks says I'm liable for {$9000.00}. I can't afford to pay that money and they already took away some of my own hard earned money. I shouldn't have to pay them this money. I am the victim here.

Complaint: I had an active and open checking account. I received a deposit early XXXX and when following up, discovered the account was closed. The bank closed the account without notice yet still accepted the deposit. When asked why they accepted a deposit on a closed account they stated because it was temporarily opened. When asked how I could access my funds, they stated that I would receive a check after an unknown amount of time has passed. I have no access to my money and have not since XX/XX/XXXX.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: I contacted all creditors in this Matter XXXX XXXX XXXX and USAA and informed them that my identity, wallet was stolen and fraudulent activity took place while I was oversea in the Military. I have filed police reports submitted consumers reports and the debts were removed and return. The debts are not mine as they are fraudulent. On ( XX/XX/2017 ) I discovered ( negative credit items with XXXX XXXX and USAA had been re-inserted into my credit file. You are required to notify me within five ( 5 ) days of re-inserting a previously deleted item. I did not receive any such notification. Please delete this item immediately. The data is wrong and both the reporting agency and bureau are not following guidelines adhering to FCRA. If this matters are removed I will have not choice but to file a lawsuit against all parties involved.

Complaint: USAA who I have been with since 2016 reduced my limit from XXXX to XXXX. After I paid off the remaining balance. After an extensive conversation they said it was due to late payments which is impossible since payments were direct drafted. Essentially after further discussion it was because I had paid the card off. Thus reducing my available credit by XXXX. This will drastically affect my purchasing power thus lowering my credit limit harshly.

Complaint: The USAA Cashback Rewards Plus American Express is a credit card issued by USAA. It says you should get 5 % back on military base purchases. For example, at the XXXX ( military grocery store ). I got this reward until mid XXXX 2019 since I opened the card in XXXX. However, suddenly I stopped getting it and then started to only get 2 %. I had not reached the {$3000.00} limit for rewards yet. This is false advertising. I called USAA and they said they have no control over the merchant codes. However, this is unfair. Regardless of the merchant codes of the XXXX, I should continue to get my 5 % cashback. Shopping for 5 % at the XXXX is one of the main benefits of this card ( a place that military shop very frequently ) that has suddenly been taken away. See attachment for evidence : XXXX XXXX stopped getting 5 % back around XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stopped getting 5 % back in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX never got 5 % back which is particularly egregious because it was a military clothing store at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
