Complaint: For the past several years my husband and I have been paying our mortgage through a product called XXXX XXXX. This was a product offered by US Bank. This was introduced to us by our mortgage company US Bank and the mortgage is deducted from our checking account every 2 weeks. The mortgage had been paid on time by XXXX XXXX until we received a notice XX/XX/XXXX that our XX/XX/XXXX mortgage had not been paid. I called the Mortgage company USBank to confirm that XXXX XXXX had not paid the mortgage since deductions were taken out of our checking account through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX for a total of {$3500.00}. I then called XXXX XXXX and got a company called XXXX XXXX. I spoke to a gentleman named XXXX, ID number XXXX and he told me he could not explain why the payments were not made. His plan was to escalate this concern and that the payment would be sent within 72 hours to US BANK. There was also a late fee we incurred for {$29.00} and he assured me that the company would cover this. I called again in 48 hours and no payment or indication that the payment would be sent. I called USBank again on XX/XX/XXXX ( 5 days later ) and still US BANK had not received payment. Whenever I tried to call the XXXX XXXX program the recording would say that they are now acquired by XXXX XXXX. I then was connected to XXXX XXXX for the 3rd time in 5 days and the individual I spoke with XXXX, ID number XXXX instructed me that it was a glitch in the back office. I was on hold for 27 minutes. When I asked if I could just be refunded my money that had been taken out of our checking account he hung up on me. Prior to asking for my refund he instructed me that the mortgage company would have my money by XX/XX/XXXX. Growing concerned on the XXXX, I went to XXXX XXXX and requested all deductions from our account be held. I put in claims for the previous XXXX deductions since I never authorized this new company to withdraw the monies. I met with XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I instructed her that an additional withdrawel should be attempted on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX and I did not want this to be deducted. She assured me that it would not be able to be deducted from our account. On Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX, I reviewed my checking account transactions, XXXX XXXX had deducted an additional {$970.00} from our account. When I called XXXX, XXXX the telephone specialist apologized for the inconvenience and recommended we place a complete ACH hold on the account. I did do this and will be closing the account tomorrow am. I am truly concerned about our money and the deceit of XXXX XXXX and its equity acceleration program. Can you help me get my money back which sums to {$4500.00}. I also want others to be aware of this company 's criminal activity

Complaint: Received credit card checks with promotional rate of 0 % until XX/XX/XXXX. I used the check in the amount of {$20000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. And on the first statement they are charging the promotion fee of 1.99 % plus their usual 29.9 % apr interest. This is wrong. False advertising. I called the Elan Credit Cards. And they said they can not do anything about it and that I have to pay the interest they are charging.

Recently i made 2 {$300.00} in payments totaling {$600.00} and a couple months ago I sent in a {$700.00} check. Us bank never applies my payments or they apply them incorrectly and keeps charging me late fees and interest fees on incorrect balance. My balance that is due should only be {$400.00}. Complaint: What is this complaint about? Business Checking Account bonus of {$400.00} for promotion code " XXXX '' was not paid to me. What type of problem are you having? The language in the promotion documentation is not clear. A clause in the language is being enforced but is in brackets. Items in brackets are considered as examples and not guidelines. The new money type restrictions are not mentioned in a full sentence. Due to this language being enforced, I have not received the {$400.00} bonus payment. What happened? On XX/XX/2019, I opened a Silver Checking Business account along with a Money Market account. Opening deposit was {$100.00} to each account. I transferred in another {$4900.00} to the checking account on XX/XX/2019 using ACH. The total balance to both accounts was maintained at {$5100.00} for almost another 2 months. I transferred in another {$100.00} by ACH on XX/XX/2019. I made other transfers in but had to close the Money Market account. During these 3 months I was in touch with the Business Banker XXXX XXXX who was interacting with me, explained to me why the bonus may not be paid to me, and also opened an exception request for bonus payment. Ultimately in XX/XX/2019, the exception was denied.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I mailed my completed Loss Mit Application to US Bank via USPS. I had not heard back from them as of XX/XX/19, so I called them on XX/XX/2019 at XXXX XXXX CST and spoke with XXXX XXXX at US Bank regarding my application. She advised me that the form I completed showed I was XXXX XXXX because I submitted a value in the tips/commissions field. I advised her that I provided the value because I receive tips from my part time job, not including the bi-weekly income I receive from Unemployment Benefits. I am not XXXX XXXX. She advised me that I would need to write a letter stating that I am not XXXX XXXX, that I am in fact a W-9 worker and that the amount entered within the tips/commissions field if for the amount of tips I receive from my part time job. I also needed to have my children write letters stating how much of their income they give me. I was also advised to send in a new household income form and proof of the amount of tips I receive. I resubmitted the requested items XX/XX/19 ( via USPS tracking # XXXX ). On the morning of XX/XX/19 I received an Job Offer from XXXX that included my title and my monthly salary. I called US Bank right away to inform them of this and they advised me where to email it ( XXXX ). I did so and waited to hear back. On XX/XX/19 at XXXX XXXX CST I called US Bank to confirm they had received all of the requested items. The agent advised me that I the offer letter I submitted from XXXX needed to include my start date and frequency of pay. In speaking with XXXX, they advised me that they could not provide that until the results of my drug screening came back. I called and spoke with US Bank on XX/XX/19 at XXXX XXXX to advise them of this and they advised me that my application was still in review and that they had all of the requested items. I called again on XX/XX/19 at XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX ( my relationship manager ) regarding the status of the review. I was on the phone with US Bank for over an hour. She advised me that I now needed to send in new paystubs from my part time job and that she would be submitting a reinstatement request for me. I called and spoke to my employer requesting a copy of my most recent paystubs. Upon receipt on XX/XX/19 I called XXXX again to advise her that received them. She advised me to email them to XXXX and XXXX so I did. She then advised me that she would not be returning to the office until Tues XX/XX/19 and that I should call back to speak with her then. I called her ( US BANK ) back on XX/XX/2019 at XXXX XXXX and was advised that she was not there and that my application was still in review. No new information was provided to me regarding my application. I called again on XX/XX/2019 a t XXXX XXXX and was advised that my application was likely going to be denied because my job offer letter did not include a start date. I advised them that I am at the mercy of my employer. The representative advised me that I would have to wait for the underwriter to finish reviewing my application. I called again today,XX/XX/19 at XXXX XXXX and spoke to XXXX who advised me that my application was being closed because the paystubs I provided for my part time job were not consecutive. I advised her that I provided to them what my employer provided me and that this issue was not previously informed to me. I requested to speak with a manager and she transferred me to ( XXXX ) who advised me that my attempts had been exhausted. I have emailed my consecutive paystubs to XXXX and XXXX. I would like to stay in my home ; I live here with my wife and XXXX kids. My kids names are XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. We don't have anyone to turn to but you. Please help!

Complaint: I opened my business checking at local US Bank branch and the banker confirmed he had applied the offer ( code : XXXX ) " earn a bonus of {$400.00} when you open a new business checking account and complete {$5000.00} in new money deposits within 30 days of account opening '' and I still have the poster for it. However, I have completed all requirements for this offer and did not get the bonus. I noticed it is because they opened a Preferred money market instead of Platinum ( required for this offer ) by mistake. I have contacted the bankers and they filed an escalation but it took forever for them to get back to me ( banker always in a meeting or with a customer when I call ) until I stop by the branch again and they said they need to file another escalation and it may not be approved because I need to maintain the {$5000.00} in the account which is not even shown on the poster for this offer. It seems to me they are trying to avoid admitting their mistake and just looking for excuses and then let me wait for reply until I give up on this.

Complaint: I previously opened a checking and a saving account with USBANK. I sent an email on XX/XX/2018 to USBANK to close the account. However, USBANK failed to close the account and did not respond to my emails. It, however, kept charging service fees on the account and, until the balance turned negative, closed it. I have contacted USBANK customer service over the phone early this year to resolve that and it has never been resolved. My online access is also disabled. I received a phone call from USBANK today, informing that I am still responsible for the debt. They denied receiving any emails from me requesting the closure of the account. I have attached a copy of that email.

Complaint: Elan Financial Services has reported a negative erroneous account to my consumer credit report. I've disputed this account countless time & their validating the debt as accurate. However they have yet to prove verification that the account is mine. Under FCRA Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA they're required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. I want this information deleted from all three major credit bureaus.

Complaint: After using my US Bank debit card for purchases at a liquadation warehouse sale items {$26.00} purchased were defective, and did not work. Contacting US Bank with the details by phone opening a dispute with bank several times via telephone fax and letters US Bank did not dispute my charge as requested. The dispute department continually asked for documents repeatdely. I submitted the faxes with documents three times each time the US Bank invented a another request. Now after repeated submissions the bank did not reply with the outcome nor provide copies of merchant receipts. I would like assistance as US Bank has taken ther approach that they do not have to protect their clients from unscrupoulos merchants!

Complaint: I went to the bank branch to ask why I had two charges of {$36.00} pending overdraft and the banker told me it was for a charge of {$8.00} but if I deposited {$8.00} in cash it would be erased and the two charges would be returned of XXXX dollars and I did that same day at the time I deposited XXXX dollars and then XXXX and XXXX later in cash and I asked you are sure that my account is up to date and they would not charge me 36 times and he replied that if I left confident and I didn't check my cell phone until Saturday I see I had the 2 charges of XXXX dollars and pending another 2 charges of XXXX dollars call the US bank branch immediately Bank and I talked to the cashier and he told me that at that moment he would be returning two times {$36.00} dollars. and I angrily told him that why he didn't do it on Wednesday when he assured me that he had already done it? Well, I expected my account to be free of charge and on Tuesday I checked my cell phone again and now I had 5 times the overdraft charge of {$36.00} I did not make any transactions or movements with my card but I still overdraft for overdraft charging XXXX many times. then call customer service by phone at U.S. Bank and told me that they could not help me they were very arrogant and that I had to pay overdraft XXXX dollars which I do not have to pay that is an unfair abuse after I went to another branch where they understood my situation and the kind cashier returned me Twice XXXX dollars but I still followed the balance of XXXX dollars and the next Tuesday the bank returned to charge me twice XXXX dollars I am not willing to pay that because it is not my fault I know I had enough to make the payments and the banker He said he deposited only XXXX dollars and his account will be up to date if the one or another had told me you overdrawn for XXXX dollars and I would have deposited them so that it will not be overdrawn now I am not willing to give even XXXX dollar to that bank until the 5 charges are cleared of {$36.00} overdraft
