Complaint: i got call from XXXX dated XX/XX/2019 requesting some information about my account, which i answered all they asked me to visit the branch to submit some documentation which i did on XX/XX/2019 to XXXX XXXX IL US bank branch, where i submit all information needed, yet i got call from same number on XX/XX/2019 for same reason, again i visit the same branch on XX/XX/2019 where they told me there is nothing needed from my end, later i found our that my account was on hard block since XX/XX/2019 for no known reason even for the branch manager, later o call from the same above listed number asking the same question which i gave all the needed answers, and again i visit the same branch on XX/XX/2019, later i got answer from the same bank stating that i did not submit the requested documentation ( see attached file ) which is totally wrong from the above mentioned facts and based on my routinely visits to the branch and my complies to all their requests it shows clearly that this bank is having racist discrimination towered me based on my nationality which clearly visible based on their actions verse my replays

Complaint: I have contacted us bank numerous times and they agreed to close my line of credit account and stated that the money was not owed. But now they have reported my debt to the credit agencies and they will not return my calls or emails. I have reached out to them to pay the rest of my credit card accounts but they wont call me back or email me back and I keep getting transferred to someone with a full voicemail box. Now they are charging me interest and late fees When Ive contacted them numerous times to make a payment. I also was told my late fees and interest fees would be waived which they havent been. Very upset by this process, clearly I am not a valued customer

Complaint: I just started a new job. I requested a card for payroll. I did receive one but today when I checked my mail I noticed that my mail had been opened and the card is not attached to the paper like it should be. So someone obviously took it the mail was ripped open and now I have to worry about someone trying to take my identity. I'm appalled right now. I would really appreciate it if someone could please call me and try to figure out what's going on who's doing this. And why it's happening to me.

Complaint: The gift card has never been used and had a value of {$50.00}. I tried to use the card and it was rejected. I contacted the bank on three separate occasions. After the first call the balance on the card went from {$0.00} to {$8.00}. No determination or further adjustment was made after the two subsequent calls. The changes in the balance were due to non use fees. It is my understanding that these fees are not permitted under California law. The expiration date on the card is XX/XX/23. Complaint: Our companys US bank credit card has been stolen since XX/XX/2017 when we opened this account. The US bank denied that our account had been stolen. Denied fraud upon received of my report and commissioned a collection agency to call me repeatedly. I asked for four copies of signed credit card checks and they refused. This total amount is {$12000.00}. Just a large sum of them, a total of more than {$20000.00} was stolen. These checks were actually embezzled and paid to XXXX company by their internal staff. We complaint US bank lost our personal information and refused to accept fraud report. No one and no departments were responsible. They transferred me to different people and department many times when I told to them on the phone. Also I complained this situation to you. They didnt response either. Finally transferred to the debt collection again.

Complaint: a bank teller call me a XXXX threw my ID at me and made fraudulent claims on my account there was a check deposited by me on Tuesday that had a 2-day hold she added a 7-Day hold to that check and now I have no access to my money she misrepresented herself as a bank branch manager and she is not he is on vacation I need my and she threatened to close my account she reported fraudulently to the suspected fraud which is how she got my account put on hold once my account is reviewed it will show that I don't have one returned check I was treated worse than the dogs this afternoon and I want Justice immediately and I need help with my account immediately

Complaint: In XXXX of 2019, there was a mortgage payment posted to my account that I had not made. When I called US Bank to inquire what this payment was and why it was on my account, I was notified by the US bank call center representative ( XXXX ) that their was an escrow balance overage and that it was applied to my account.
I mentioned multiple times that I had not sent in my payment but the US Bank representative assured me that the payment was valid and correct. Now the first of XX/XX/2019, US bank notified me that they had made an error on their end and that two months worth of mortgage was due in XXXX on account of their error. I attempted to send in my payment for XXXX and they did not want to accept it. I was told I was to make the two months worth of payments and that they would not receive just one month.
I have been trying since the beginning of XXXX to work with US Bank to find a resolution to their error and have been given the run around for weeks now. I have been accused of being a delinquent who does not want to pay my mortgage by one of their male representatives ( XX/XX/2019 ), I have been laughed at because of my XXXX name, and I have been treated with sheer disrespect from a supervisor named XXXX who refused to help me when I called last on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. This supervisor answered the line by saying " What do you want ''!!! Set individual even proceeded to tell me that I wasn't going to ruin her mood for the day and hung up the phone. US Bank is not owning up to their mistake from back in XXXX, they have sent numerous threatening letters of foreclosure, negate the fact that I have uploaded to their portal multiple times documents that they have requested for a request for mortgage assistance ( RMA ) and have made this a tremendous financial and emotional burden on myself and my family. They have reported my account to the credit bureaus on account of their mistake and I am not sure at this time what my rights are on account of not being able to achieve a reasonable solution.
I do not negate the fact that the last three times I have called, I have been quite upset an account of the sheer unprofessional individuals US bank has in this call center ( XXXX ) and how they seem to not want to own up to their mistake which has caused tremendous suffering as well as emotional and financial distress. I can not believe that a mortgage company treats its customer the way I have been treated by US Bank.

Complaint: Over the past 14 months since I opened the card, I have tried to solve this problem by calling the customer service number at least 5 times. I received a letter in the mail that was a promotion for the XXXX XXXX MasterCard through USBank. It had an application number and I typed it in on the website and filled out the application. Originally, it said I was denied on the website, but then a few days later I received the card in the mail. The promotion was detailed on the application I received in the mail and it was that if I spend at least {$500.00} in the first 30 days of account opening, I would receive {$150.00} statement credit. The fine print said to wait 6-8 weeks for credit to be applied. I spent well over {$500.00} the first month and after 3 months went by, I started getting suspicious. I called them and they only gave me the run-around when I called them. First they say you need to call XXXX XXXX and give you an old nonfunctional number. Then they say they will call you back, then they say they can give me {$30.00}. This latest call from XX/XX/19 was the most helpful because they submitted an information request and I received a letter in the mail that basically says they won't give me anything until I show them proof of their promotional offer. I feel like they are legally required to have such documentation.
