Complaint: They had made Two Frauds Transaction in my Td bank account, when I called Td bank to disputes all the transactions, after 7 days I called them and they said that they have nothing to do with it because those transactions were made properly. ( 1 ) For {$99.00} on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX XXXX XXXX Fl ( 2 ) For {$99.00} on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX XXXX XXXX Fl. Td bank knows exactly what's going on with my account. They give away people info so they could have Fraud going on. I don't know anything about Those Two Transactions. I want them to reimburse all my money back to my account. Thank You

And was told my money would be returned to my account by the person I sent the money to due to not being able to receive my item of purchase. I live now in Tennessee for 2 years. my card was used in Tennessee and was used in Florida. I reported this to the creditor and they just told me I was responsible for this. I kept calling them and they did not want to help me. All these charges were fraud. I could not lie or try to hurt my credit this way. I am really upset about this matter. I am a hard worker I don't intend to commit fraud or lie to anyone. Please help me. I can not pay for a debt that is not mine.

Complaint: I am the victim of identity theft. My TD Bank ATM/Debit card was stolen and used for unauthorized transactions on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not authorize any debit or ATM transactions on this date, and I did not authorize anyone else to use my ATM/Debit card in any way. This was a new ATM/Debit card that never arrived to my address. I wrote a letter as a follow up to my initial call to TD Bank Customer Service on XX/XX/XXXX, where I reported the card as stolen and disputed the unauthorized transactions over the phone within 48 hours of those transactions. I also placed follow up calls to TD Bank Customer Service on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX to check on the investigation and inquire about the provisional credit, which pursuant to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act should have been credited to my account within 10 business days of my oral notice on XX/XX/XXXX, and is still yet to be credited. Pursuant to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and implementing Regulation E, 15 U.S.C. 1693 et seq., 12 C.F.R. 205, of my stolen ATM/Debit Card and unauthorized transactions. See especially 12 C.F.R. 205.6, 205.11. I requested that they investigate any unauthorized transactions involving this card, including but not limited to the following : XX/XX/XXXX DEBIT CARD XXXX DDA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY - {$10.00} XX/XX/XXXX ATM DDA WITHDRAW XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY - {$640.00} XX/XX/XXXX POS DDA PURCHASE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY - {$500.00} XX/XX/XXXX POS DDA PURCHASE XXXX XXXX XXXX STORE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY - {$500.00} XX/XX/XXXX ATM DDA WITHDRAW XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX {$750.00} TD Bank is in violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act which requires the provisional credit post to my account within 10 business days of my dispute. TD Bank requested that I file a police report, I did so on XX/XX/XXXX and also filed an Identity Theft report with the FTC. TD Bank is denying my dispute based on the debit card being activated by someone with the last 4 digits of my social security number. However, I never received the debit card, I never authorized anyone to use the debit card, I never activated the debit card. I followed all of TD Bank 's guidelines and suggestions for reporting the unauthorized use of my account, and also followed all FTC, EFTA, and police guidelines for reporting the fraudulent use of my account and identity theft. Pursuant to the EFTA, I am appealing for TD Bank to restore funds totaling {$2400.00} that have been withdrawn from my account, to notify me in writing of the results of their investigation, and to please send me written confirmation that the funds have been restored.

Complaint: I ordered windows and installation for my house with XXXX company on XX/XX/2018. The window is a special order. ( measured of my windows ). I was told the windows would be delivered on XX/XX/2018. However, I was notified that the windows would be delayed till XX/XX/2018 and installation is no time to be scheduled. I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 and was advised that I had a choice to pay windows ( material ) at the signing contract, and then pay the installation fee when the windows are being installed. I told XXXX that I was not advised nor offered such option. Since, my windows ' delivery date is not certain and I wanted to have the installation refunded. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX executive office told me initially that I could get refunded of installation fee on XX/XX/2018. On XX/XX/2018, she told me that I couldn't get refund. I contacted TD Bank which issued my credit card to dispute {$3000.00} of the supposed installation fee which have never been provided. A representative of TD Bank told me that it would take 90 days to investigate the dispute while I have to pay the money for the service which I did not receive. I am forced to pay TD bank for the charges of service I did not receive. TD Bank is supposed to protect consumers ' rights. It has failed me in that it did not take my dispute seriously nor offer conditional credit for the amount of money I disputed.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I began a small account with XXXX XXXX XXXX for our wedding rings. The account started off with us owing approx 1500.00. It was a 12 month interest free plan with the interest rate after the 12 months showing 28.99 %. Unfortunately we were not able to pay the bill off within the 12 months, but came very close and after our two XX/XX/XXXX payments cleared we only owed XXXX left. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a letter that XXXX XXXX XXXX was ending their partnership with TD Retail Card Services and according to their letter " TD Bank will continue to send you monthly statements in accordance with your cardholder agreement. '' Tonight I open my statement from TD and they state that my interest on the remaining XXXX balance is XXXX, so I now owe nearly double at XXXX. I understand there will be interest, but obviously 28.99 % of XXXX is not anywhere close to XXXX. They more than doubled what I owe in interest rates in one month.I can not believe it! I tried several times to get through on their 800 # and nobody answers.They want you to print and mail in a dispute form, but if my interest is doubling what I owe every month there is no way I can wait for a letter to arrive and them to take the time to investigate my dispute.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 my GAP insurance overpaid my loan with TD Auto Finance ( US ). My GAP insurance sent an amount of {$2700.00} to pay off a balance of {$1300.00} leaving an overage of {$1400.00} in which has never been sent to me almost 90 DAYS LATER. My avenues of communication with TD have failed at every turn. I have spoken with representatives numerous times on both the phone and on their secure message center. If you are willing to wait upwards of 2 hours on hold in order to speak with a real human being, you will be told the check will be in the mailbox in 2-3 business days, however, weeks later its still not here. On TD`s message center online, I have been told the issue was sent to their credit resolutions department, but that was months ago. Since then I have only received a copied and pasted message to tell me to call the customer service department. As stated above I am placed on hold for hours to be falsely told the check will be sent.
