Complaint: I am writing in regarding to my XXXX " XXXX '' XXXX XXXX, account ending XXXX. I have been getting your annoying statements every month and each month the price keeps on increasing the amount due. I have closed the account and I no longer have an interest in your XXXX card. I felt that they want to aggravate people by not waiving the fees. I have paid all the charges on my account. They claimed that the mount was paid got returned back to my bank and it was out of their control. So they charged me doubled to the amount I owed. Instead of waiving the fee as a customer courtesy since I did attempt to pay the amount. After writing them letters and calling them to waive my fees and remove the charges, they denied them. They kept on saying it was out of their control. They are not willing to make any efforts whatsoever. They never show me the bank withdrawn the mount or prove to me that the amount was withdrawn by the bank. According to my bank statement, the mount was sent as shown attached. They ceased my account on purpose so the amount in the account will accrue without me knowing. I am so stressed out when I see their bill every month. It started at {$24.00}, now it mounts to over {$150.00}. This company must be desperate for money. They ignore all my requests and I am their victim. Please call me at XXXX. I believe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is FRAUD! They are cheating their customers by charging extra nominal fees, and neglect to waive any fees. Please help to resolve my issue.

Complaint: XXXX has been non-compliant with removing the unverified account NORDSTROM/TD BANK Opened Date XX/XX/2017 which has been deleted by XXXX and XXXX. XXXX and XXXX have both completed their research and determined that NORDSTROM/TD BANK was not established by myself but XXXX keeps verifying this accounts. Also, when I called the company they responded that XXXX did not send them all of the verifying evidence to confirm each account is unverified.

Complaint: We attempted to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX. When the item never showed up we cancelled the order on XX/XX/XXXX. We were advised that it would be processed and we would not be charged but it could take 2-3 weeks to process. The refund number is XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX we received another bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( 2nd billing ) now also including late charges for an item we never received and was to be cancelled. We have contacted the finance area and customer service and are getting no help in getting this resolved. As of today it has been 33 days since we cancelled this and we are still being charged billed for financing on a product we don't have. If this is not resolved in the next 10 days this could result in late payment reporting on our credit bureau. This is not acceptable and has been a horrible customer experience. No one from the sale/customer service or returns area is wiling to assist with the financing area and the financing area continues to say it is the returns area. They are pointing fingers at one another when we are the customer stuck in the middle. I have attempted to also escalate this to the corporate office and they also would not help or provide any contacts. The director of customer service refuses to take calls from customers.

Complaint: I left the U.S. in early XXXX to spend the summer in XXXX. I returned in early XXXX. During this time I had an outstanding balance on my XXXX XXXX credit card of {$46.00} which was the final payment in a promotional offer I took advantage of earlier in the year. It being the final payment it was an odd amount that was different from the previous automatic payments I had set up. I was not receiving monthly statements so when I arrived in XXXX I checked my balance in order to pay the balance in full which I did. In spite of the fact that the payment was made in full I was charged {$24.00} in deferred interest however this deferred interest did not appear on the total balance due which was posted when I checked on line so I was unaware that there was anything further due until I returned home and looked at the XXXX statement which now is up to {$53.00}. If the interest had been applied when it became due I would have been aware of it when I checked the balance and I could have handled it then. Upon speaking with a representative I was told that if I had called in XXXX they could have removed the charge but because I waited until XXXX there was nothing they could do. I was told I could fax my complaint but I don't have a fax ( haven't had one in 10 years ). I was told they could not go back more than 60 days over the phone so I was left with no other alternative than to submit this complaint to the CFPB for resolution. Whatever the miscommunication was that resulted in this, I do not think it's fair that I should be penalized {$53.00}. If the deferred interest had been posted in a timely manner it could have saved the confusion. Thank you for your help in getting this resolved. I would also like to make sure that my credit rating does not reflect this error. If you check you will see that I am very responsible with handling any outstanding debt that I take on and it would be extremely unfair for this to be used against me. Complaint: Throughout XXXX I attempted working with TD Bank regarding unauthorized activity on my account. I hired a private investigator who tried calling the same rep I attempted to call over 20 times, XXXX XXXX, and she didn't return either of our many calls. Ms. XXXX denied the fraud claim I brought forward and despite my repeated calls and requests for full documentation as to why the claim was denied. TD acknowledged that fraud had been on the account and for some reason they decided to deny this claim with the main reasoning that I had checked into the app. Unfortunately they never asked about the repeated times when I did try logging in and TD app would say it was unavailable. I was denied my Reg. E rights for a full breakdown as to why claim was denied. I also had my private investigator reach out to XXXX to explain he found malware on my computer which helped explain the repeated fraud. She never asked for a follow up. I've been on XXXX for the better part of 5 years and having money stolen along with my pay being slashed has been unnerving. The fact I've been ignored by TD has been even more upsetting. I've asked for simple checks and balances and not responding has been their course of action. I have an attorney who's done a one time consult with me who mentioned trying the CFPB and FTC since they gave some blanket response to the XXXX. That counsel has advised he'll take on my case if we're unable to make any progress here or with the Federal Trade Commission. Thank you XXXX XXXX

Complaint: Back in XXXX XXXX, I was contacted by a Law Firm Collection Agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) regarding a XXXX Account, with an assumed balance of {$1200.00} (??? ) and I stated to the Agency above, that " I do not owe, this amount of money to XXXX and willing to settle the debt for 70 % of the original amount owed.I know the original amount because I was trying to file Bankruptcy in XXXX, so I had the original balance in the paperwork and I explained this to the Representative. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received the attached letter for XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Attorney at Law ), with the attached credit application, just stating " this is an attempt to collect ''. I have been trying to work with this credit for a settlement of the original debt, but was told I need to agree to the {$1200.00} before they can agree to an settlement. I stated that this doesn't sound legal and asked that they return the debt to XXXX and was told they can not do this. The attached letter is what I received and that is all, no other communication.

Complaint: My address changed in XX/XX/XXXX. I sent new address to XXXX on back of the monthly statement. It was never updated so I never received a statement at my new address. Also, the email they had for me was incorrect and I never even knew they emailed your statements. This was a shock because for 3 years I never got one email. I tried to explain this was their fault. It was their incompetence that has caused me to show two straight months of payments missing. Always pay in full, told them to check my history. The first amount was for XXXX dollars and the second for around XXXX. I dont have any 30 day missed payments on my credit. Now I have 2 in a row from the same and only company. I tried to speak with them, but the women in the country of XXXX that handle the phone calls for XXXX are so rude and will put you on hold until it automatically hangs up. Im being penalized for them not doing their job correctly. Yes, I agreed I did not make the payment for those two months but, not because I was unable to financially, it was because I was not notified for three months. It was finally a phone call from target asking why no payment was sent. Please help because this mistake will hurt me for a long time and companies should have an understanding when something like this happens. They let people in other countries handle personal information. They dont care or have an understanding what a mistake like this causes to an individual due to the reporting to the Credit Agency. You see, they dont have that system in their country so what do they care.
