Complaint: I was issued a credit card XX/XX/XXXX through Target Financial services. On my credit report, target is reporting that the date of last payment is XX/XX/XXXX. They are also reporting that my date of XXXX delinquency is XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and XXXX to XXXX. XXXX merely reports that the account was charged off XX/XX/XXXX. My contention is that if the date of my last payment was XX/XX/XXXX, then my 1st date of delinquency should be XX/XX/XXXX, not XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX. I have disputed this account multiple times and Target Financial has validated the information several times with each credit reporting agency. This account is being reported directly to the XXXX credit reporting agencies, and not through a factoring company. Contact directly with the creditor is difficult as the account is closed.

I KNEW ONLY WAY IT WAS POSSIBLE WAS IF THEY FALSIFIED THEIR RECORDS. I ORDERED SEVEN ( 7 ) YEARS OF MY BANK STATEMENTS TO MAKE SURE I WAS CORRECT ON MY DATES. I WAS THEY SHOWED NO PAYMENTS MADE ON DATES THEY CLAIMED OR ON ANY DATE IN LAST SEVEN ( 7 ) YEARS. EACH TIME I DISPUTED THE ACCOUNT DATES CHANGED. AT THE END THE OPENING AND LAST PAYMENT DATES WERE CHANGED FINALLY SHOWING ACCOUNTS WERE STILL OPEN WHEN ALL WERE CLOSED FOR YEARS.. THE COMPANIES THAT BOUGHT MY CHARGED-OFF ACCOUNTS REPORTED NEW DATES AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX account turned into XXXX ( XXXX ) .I wrote XXXX XXXX got no reply but accounts changed from write off to no missed payments and XXXX showed right dates of last payments as XX/XX/2006. same with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) was good XXXX ( XXXX ) bad there was only XXXX ( XXXX ) account these accounts appear three ( 3 ) separate times

I wanted them to either send me the money back ( in form of a check ), or send me a bill for whatever amount is due.
