Complaint: I went into a branch on X/XX/17 and made a CASH payment with a teller. My payment processed on X/XX/17, however my available credit has not changed. According to the representative and then supervisor I spoke with this morning, they are still verifying my payment. They said it is still pending and the hold will drop tomorrow, unless they contact someone at the branch and verify. I waited for them to call, but nobody at the branch answered the phone. They take 9 days to verify cash transactions? They also did the same thing when I made a deposit through the atm into my checking account. I had to call and wait, and then go through verification that a deposit of CASH was made. They are sitting and holding peoples money.

Complaint: In XXXX I notified target credit card that there were multiple same day purchases. The first person I spoke with, XXXX, was nice and went over items and removed all the items that we did not purchase. A fraud person at target credit cards put all the charges that XXXX had removed back on my card and added finance few and late fees and never notified me that she put the charges back on. Since then I have called XXXX only to get hung up on and told I had to have made these purchases and they refuse to do anything!

Complaint: Consumer HELOC opened XX/XX/XXXX on residence with XXXX XXXX XXXX with a rate of XXXX XXXX XXXX + 0 % starting at 3.25 %. A relationship discount of 0.25 % was active for a relationship banking account ( Checking & Savings ). I just noticed rate has increased the past few statements as XXXX XXXX has increased which is appropriate. I am no longer noticing my relationship discount of Prime - 0.25 % as indicated in my loan contract with TD Bank even though I am eligible for this discount having both checking & savings account. Last statement received rate was 4 % and prime rate was 4 % hence no discount applied. I was concerned that for this statement and many others I have been being overcharged so I emailed TD Bank for a response on XX/XX/XXXX. I was contacted by 3 individuals within the coming days to let me know that an answer was on the way, but no answers provided. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a USPS mailed letter response from XXXX XXXX of TD Bank explaining that my rate was correct at 3.25 % (??? ) and I was not being overcharged. She additionally told me to pay my outstanding balance which at that point was already paid with 20 days to spare. The letter was clearly inaccurate as she stated my rate at 3.25 % and she was not properly informed on the situation. I contacted XXXX XXXX, Consumer Loan Department, of XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX asking for assistance on this situation and still no response as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have received a leter from XXXX XXXX also explaining that all is well which is also incorrect. XXXX 's letter told me to " feel free to reach out to her '' which I have done 3 times over the course of 1 month with no response. I am concerned that TD Bank is not billing me as agreed upon in our HELOC agreement and I may be overcharged on this month 's statement and many others. At this time I am only requesting a educated response from TD Bank and 3 months later and 6 people have not been able to provide. Any support / feedback on this issue would greatly be appreciated. Thank You.

Complaint: My ex-fianc and I share a joint checking account with TD Bank. We are no longer together, and I need to remove my name from the joint checking account. On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I went to a local TD Bank branch and requested for them to remove my name. The customer service rep told me the only way to remove a name is if the account is closed completely or I XXXX. This rule is the banks internal protocol and not a federal mandate. My ex-fianc has had this checking account since she was XXXX years old, and her direct deposit and numerous automatic payments are set up with this account. At this point, it is easier for me to die than her to close the account and redo all her things.

Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I am consistently getting charge a paper statement fee on my business checking account. I worked with TD Bank customer service department to assist in removing these paper statement fees, whereby I keep on experiencing " website '' issues via TD Bank online. Every time I login, I received a message stating that website is under going maintenance issues. It is impossible to sign up for online statements. I believe that TD Bank purposely preventing its consumer from signing up for this option. Many of its customers will NOT stay on the phone for a representative ( 30 minutes or longer ). Consumer Financial Protection Bureau needs to investigate TD Bank whereby I strongly believe it violates federal consumer laws.

Complaint: Last year around XXXX 2016, Nordstrom out of nowhere froze my credit card with them. I have tried every attempt to contact them through their online messaging center and through phone. Every single time I message, they do n't give any answer other than to call them. Every single time I call them, they do n't tell me why my account is frozen, and do n't tell me what I can do to unfreeze it, do n't tell me who I can talk to or call, and they never call me or follow up to continue the conversation so that I could reach a resolution.

The bank consultor told me that under Social Security number is an account open in a bank called TD Bank in the United States, with a negative amount XXXX {$36.00} XXXX. Complaint: In continuation of complain XXXX, I submitted a complain to CFBP, and I am confused that TD has closed my complain without resolving it completely. TD failed to either deliver the funds to benificery nor do they refunded it to me. No confirmation were provided by TD about the availableity of funds. Unfortunately, the funds are still not available to the benificiery and TD has closed the complain without a complete resolution. I have been working very actively on it as always. What I could learn that TD has opened up a recal which limits the availability of funds to the befinciery and even at lapse of 2 weeks they could n't cancel those re calls.
