Complaint: I`m disputing these accounts below because I can not get no answer or response from the creditor. I `m asking for assistance in resolving this matter as quick as possible. I know according to credit laws, you must report any and all accurate information on my credit report and if there are any inaccurate information, then it could be subject to violation, which can result into a small claim suit. Please see the accounts below and the reasons for me disputing this information. TD Bank- account # XXXX this account is in violation of the credit reporting act & passed the 4 year of Statute of Limitations of Civil Practice and Remedies Code, S.16.004 reporting for the state of Texas. Per my records, the creditor previously verified this debt as valid. So, I sent the creditor a letter requested a copy of the legal binding contract signed my me and or offer settlement of this debt for deletion. This letter was sent certified mail on XX/XX/2019 and received and signed by XXXX XXXX and I have not received no response and its been 45 days or more. I enclosed a copy of the certified card, for proof. Based on this information, this account need to deleted. In addition, the balance was updated XX/XX/2019 showing this is a current debt for 2019, which is also inaccurate, because the balance as not changed.

Complaint: Someone stole my card number or gained access to it when I lost my XXXX laptop. I travel a lot between XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. There was some usage at some store in California and then some online purchase. All of these instances were reported to Nordstrom once I realized I did not have my card and that someone cloned my card, not only this one but one from XXXX as well. It was easier getting that resolved than this, and this is a store card. I've been a customer and fan of Nordstrom since I was XXXX, I am XXXX at this point and I am disgusted at the lack of follow-through or follow up. I am also upset about poor customer service. The claims rep who was working on my dispute decided to exercise and abuse their position and power and get into a back and forth with me, I then got a denial letter days later. Retaliation at its finest. I know my rights as a consumer. I've written a formal appeal to Card services and I've requested footage, documents, receipts and everything they used to determine that I was the person at fault. Legally per the Federal Reserve and Federal Regulation E, the paperwork should've been made available to me when the claim was closed out- they were not. I call and get nowhere with customer service and honestly I feel like the company did not do a thorough investigation and I'm being held responsible for items I did not want or get to benefit from. I did not authorize a signer or anyone to use my card instore or online. Please help me by doing what is right and getting this resolved. ASAP

Complaint: My complaint concerns TD Bank. I have been a customer in the XXXX area since XXXX, with checking, savings and credit card products. In XXXX of XXXX, I went in to my branch to update my Savings account to one with the best interest rate ( from their 'High Yield Savings Account ' to their 'TD Select Savings Account ' ). The savings account I chose had tiered interest rates based on the account balance, and a 'rate bump ' ( a higher band of interest rates at every tier for having additional linked accounts, like their Visa credit card ). I fulfilled all the requirements for their best interest rate, and left satisfied with the product I had signed up for. Since XXXX of XXXX, I have periodically monitored the interest rates by going to the TD Bank web site, and was pleased to see that they remained reasonably competitive. However, when I recently did the math based on interest credited to my account, I discovered that I was getting far less than the posted rate. This led to numerous phone calls and a trip to my local branch to try and get the issue addressed. No one at the bank or on the phone was able to accurately explain or resolve my problem, but I managed to piece together the following scenario ... In XXXX of XXXX, mere weeks after I opened my 'TD Select Savings Account ', they grandfathered ( retired ) this account product and did not notify me. It was 'replaced ' with a product called the 'TD Preferred Savings Account ' with essentially identical features to the 'TD Select Savings Account ' ( including the tiered interest rates and rate bump features ). To my best understanding, the only thing that changed for this product is the name. When TD grandfathered my 'TD Select Savings Account ', they essentially froze the interest rate at the XX/XX/XXXX level, but the 'TD Preferred Savings ' rates ( advertised prominently on their website ) rose steadily as competition in the savings account market increased over the past couple years. Even worse, it is impossible to find information on the current rates and tiers for my 'TD Select Savings Account ' without making a special request - so this is clearly an active suppression of information. I can not view this as anything other than a 'bait and switch ' scheme. Without telling their customers, they changed their product used to advertise their savings account rates and replaced it with something identical in all but name, but with lower interest rates. Not even their customer service representatives were able to easily spot the difference! In my case, this was mere weeks after I opened the account. Given that I keep all my emergency funds in this savings account, it has resulted in a significant loss of interest income over the past 2 years. I have talked to the store manager at my local branch, and multiple banking representatives at the branch and through their 24/7 phone support, and no one is willing to acknowledge wrongdoing or correct the issue in any way.

Complaint: I had money deposited into my account. I did a transfer to another account I was charged a fee. Deposit of a check made on XX/XX/19, check deposited at another bank they did not cover although the money was there, another fee. My local branch did not help. I called service they tried to help. So today, I went to the local branch to close my accounts, and tell them my concerns. Poor service, racial profiling, discrimination, and racism. I voiced my concerns about the poor service, my observations, and concerns about unfair, unjust, and erroneous charges. The entire time I was sitting down. I never used foul language, and no threats. She did not like my tone, and what I had to say which was only the truth. I am sitting down, closing my accounts, and she calls the police. The police! She had absolutely no reason to do that, no laws were broken. Why do XXXX people always call the cops on minorites! Why? They must like having minorites XXXX, and XXXX for no reason. I have more education, more degrees, and licenses than her. I would never jeopardize my name, or family. What she did was false, a false accusation. She had absolutely no reason to do that accept out of spite, vindictiveness, and plain evil!

Complaint: I had a bank account with TD Bank. As an OPTION I decided to link my XXXX account to TD Bank. XXXX is a completely separate company from TD Bank. Unfortunately I ended up overdrafting and closing my TD Bank account. Since my account is overdraft they are now refusing to unlink my XXXX account ( my personal NON TD BANK account ) from their bank. That way any payments received via XXXX would be funneled directly to them. I stress again, this was an optional service I signed up for. I should not lose my access to a complete unrelated app due to TD Bank. XXXX has said that they are unable to delink from their end, that TD Bank has to delink, but TD Bank is refusing to do so.

Complaint: TD bank credit card has charged me cash in advance in number of transactions which I did only and no cash withdrawn was made I have been making the same transaction with the same card for two years they never changed my any cash in advance fess for them until recently they started doing without notify me of any changes and never sent me any documents to make me aware of any change which is violated the terms and conditions I agreed about when I open the account with them .nevertheless, I already stop making the same online transaction once I noticed the fess they started charging me and a week later before all that happened I wasnt charge any cash in advance fess in I did the same type of transaction .also they charge me at the end of the month another fess again for the same transactions two fess difference time for the same transactions

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a payment of {$40.00} from my XXXX XXXX account. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted an additional payment of {$140.00} from my XXXX account. My statement closed on XX/XX/XXXX, and I received it electronically on XX/XX/XXXX. My statement shows both payments posted and my available balance at {$170.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. My account online showed my available balance as {$37.00}, and when I called, I was given the same available balance. The next day I called again after logging into my account and still not seeing the other payment, {$140.00}, showing as available. This time I speak with a CSR and was told that the 2nd payment would be available in the next 3 days. It was not so on XX/XX/XXXX, I called again and was told that he did not know why the payment was still not available, but it would be released tomorrow. I log into my account again today and call the automated system and still the {$140.00} is still not available even though my online account says it posted on the XXXX as well as my statement. Both payments cleared and posted to my bank accounts, {$40.00} on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and {$140.00} on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX. It has been 15 days beyond the date of the last payment posting and clearing my bank account so there is no good reason for this payment to have not been made available at this point. Two different CSR people have not been truthful and have only told me what they believed I wanted to hear. I truly believe that they have no idea why it has not been made available, and the guy I talked to yesterday did finally admit that he had no clue. I believe, based upon similar consumer complaints, that I will not be able to resolve this matter on my own. I believe my consumer rights are being violated, and this is just not right!

Complaint: Hi, my TD bank debit was stole by someone on ATM machine about {$740.00}, when I received the fraud alert message from TD bank I press NO immediately and I called bank to stop my card and I went to local office next morning cause the money was stole by XXXX and I need at home to take care my baby. So morning time they told me this 2 transaction was pending and they cant do dispute now, so after couple days I went to bank again because the money was proved and was gone from my account. After 3 weeks I did not get my money back I did not get any notice from bank so I have to go to bank again, and this time they told me my request was deny because the stoler use my correct PIN number so they can not do anything for me. And also someone stole my information to apply for XXXX XXXX credit card which I never apply for before, I call to cancel this card already but I dont want this will affect my credit
