Complaint: Bank drafts setup for a new vehicle. We moved once and changed banks once during the 5-year loan. The ACH form was updated 3 times. Our address has been corrected on at least 5 separate occasions with this bank ( TD Auto Finance ), and we had more than one account. It was noted on several different occasions that our address wasn't updating for this account, but that it would be resolved. Our phone numbers remained the same for the 5 year period as did our email address. Bank drafts went through each month on time. We do not pay bills late. TD Auto Finance never had an issue with our payments, and never once made any attempt to contact me over phone, mail, or digitally. Then : In XX/XX/XXXX, more than 60 days after the title should have been mailed out : I received a collection call about this loan. TD Auto Finance states that there is small print somewhere stating that they don't draft the last payment ( originally {$570.00}, now {$600.00} ). I have now spoken to TD Auto 5 times since XX/XX/XXXX with 4 of the calls ending in " we're sorry. this was our fault. we will fix it and call you back on this specific day ''. Never once was my call returned. 4 days later, my perfect credit score dropped by 80 points. I am furious. I have recorded all communications and phone calls with TD Auto Finance ( I reside in NC ).

Complaint: i am writing today in hopes to obtain your help i am reviewing my credit trying to lower my balances studding credit scores and working towers better credit. i am trying to obtain a loan and you play a big role in this process of obtaining a loan and what rate i will be paying. i reviewed my credit and i was shocked to see that you are reporting me 30 days late on XX/XX/2017 i dont remember being late i am not that person to be late at all the only thing i can think of is that my statement was dropped in the wrong mail box it sometimes happens that my mail gets delivered to my neighbor.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I notified TD Bank escrow department that there was a duplicate insurance payment and they would receive a check for XXXX from the insurance company. I requsted the escrow accont be revised and a refund for overpayment. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a fax requesting the refund as I had not received the funds. On XX/XX/XXXX my escrow account shows a disbursement for XXXX however it has been 2 weeks and I have not received the funds. In addition, I spoke with XXXX XXXX, customer experience Advocate regarding this situation. She assured me a check had been issued and due to the previous problem with my tax payment, and the delay in refunding the suplus in the escrow fund, TD agreed to refund the remaining escrow funds of XXXX and discontinue all escrow. That refund has not occurred. I respectfully request my surplus funds ASAP. If I do not receive the funds in a timely manner, I request interest be paid to me.

Complaint: To start with I have attempted 7 times now through various channels to resolve my issue however the bank simply avoids responding to the actual issue by citing irrelevant information that pertains to changes made to the account after the actual incident occurred and those changes would not have taken place if the bank had not assisted a secondary signer with fraud and account takeover of my companies business checking account to begin with. I had a checking account with TD Bank and at some point without my knowledge the bank allowed a signer and employee of mine to change the signers and owner of the account in effect removing me as owner from my own checking account and they refuse to assist me since I am not on the account anymore although the changes made were unauthorized and according to bank policy what took place should not have been possible unless all signers were present which I was not or by closing the account and opening a new one which did not occur since the account number has not changed. The signer that removed me from my account is now deceased and the probate court has ordered the signers now to be changed to the personal representatives and this is the banks response but I want to know how I was removed from my account to begin with by the now deceased individual so a response related to the latest changes is not acceptable nor does it address the issue.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was a victim of Identity theft, someone had, opened over 7 accounts in my name one was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not know when the account was opened or, type of account I am assuming it was a credit card of services. I also contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX by certified letter, and also filed a police report, and a Identity theft report as, well as spoke to all three credit companys about the Identity theft, there was a block placed on my credit report. I am still trying to recover from this event that has shook me to my core. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not remove the hard Inquiry that was placed on my credit report with XXXX XXXX XXXX they placed the Inquiry on my credit report onXX/XX/XXXX. I again am shocked that this is happening, and it is taken a toll on me mentally, and physically. To this day even after I placed a Identity theft alert on my credit report, I have two more Inquirys placed on my XXXX credit report XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX date XX/XX/XXXXthat was not autherized by me, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also pulled my credit report from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXXI have to go to the social security office to change my social security number do to the outstanding damage this is causing my credit, and Identity.

Complaint: My complaint is with TD Credit Card. My husband XXXX XXXX closed his credit cart out on XX/XX/XXXX over the phone. We asked for the balance we paid {$1300.00} by check over the phone. Well it hasn't stopped since they keep telling us there is a payment of XXXX dollars due. This has been going on for over 2 years. We have not had the credit card since XX/XX/XXXX however even after we closed the account new charges have been appearing. It is harassment at this point ... Every time they say the credit card is closed out a new bill with a different amount shows up. If we closed out the account in XXXX and paid out the full amount in XX/XX/XXXXit should be done. They are ruining my husbands credit. I have a reference # of XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX which we paid on that day for XXXX XXXX XXXX even though we had closed the account in XX/XX/XXXX. The call was taken by XXXX XXXX. She said the credit card was closed but it was not!!!!! XX/XX/XXXX I got a letter saying it was closed. XXXX XXXX XXXX should not have been charged! XX/XX/XXXX they say I owe XXXX we pay it. They say it is now closed. XX/XX/XXXX they say it is closed and we get a conformation letter XX/XX/XXXX they say I owe XXXX XX/XX/XXXX they say now I owe XXXX dollars A complaint was filed to you and you handled it and it was done. Now more than a year later ... XX/XX/XXXX I get another one saying I owe XXXX dollars!!!!!!! I want the harassment to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
