Complaint: I was alarmed when " Late Payment '' notifications began appearing on my XXXX Credit Report in XXXX 2016. They were listed as a collection by Stallings Financial Group, on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX in the state of XXXX ). I am not their patient nor am I a resident of XXXX. I 've lived in XXXX for four years, and XXXX for two years before that. Three separate attempts to contact Stallings Financial via the email listed on their website were ignored. I contacted XXXX XXXX directly, and they expressed interest in helping me resolve the error. XXXX, a representative of their office, replied to my message, and was successful in reaching Stallings Financial. XXXX instructed me to contact " XXXX '' at Stallings Financial. When I did so, " XXXX '' directed me to contact a different number. When I attempted to reply to " XXXX '', her e-mail suddenly came back as " undeliverable ''. A subsequent attempt to contact the generic information e-mail listed on their public website regarding the disappearance of " XXXX '' returned another " undeliverable '' error message. I 've never received a " letter of validation '' for this debt, and my attempts to request one are being blocked.

Complaint: Apparently I owed a medical debt that just popped up on my credit report. The debt was for {$130.00}. It dropped my score dramatically, I contacted the collections agency and the debt was paid but they stated they do not remove items from credit reports. I did not receive proper notification that this debt was going into collections or that I owed any money. No one called or sent anything in the mail to let me know I had a debt to be paid. I just happened to check my credit report and noticed it there. Can you please help me get this removed? I am trying to purchase a home for my family and this is effecting my ability to be approved at this time.

Complaint: There was an outstanding balance owed by my ex-wife at a dentist for our children. The dentist forwarded the debt to a debt collector in XX/XX/XXXX and when I was contacted I immediately payed the debt. In XX/XX/XXXX the debt collector added a collection to my credit report for {$720.00} and refuses to remove it. I contacted the dentist office and they report they have not received the money I paid to the debt collector. Also the balance was only {$470.00} yet I paid {$610.00}. The dentist office was supposed to take care of this error but they refuse to answer my phone calls and the debt collector hangs up on me.

Complaint: I was contacted by a representative of Stallings Financial Group out of XXXX, GA on XXXX/XXXX/2015. I was contacted by XXXX and he did not verify that he was speaking w/ me, nor did he give the mini miranda. They also disclosed all personal information to my sister who is NOT authorized on any of my accounts and now I am totally distraught. I had my husband to call them today ( XXXX/XXXX/2015 ) b/c he is in the collections industry and they were very belligerent and used condescending tones toward him when he tried to help me to resolve the issue in a professional manner. I have also made a complaint to the Georgia Governor 's Office of Consumer Protection and to the Federal Trade Commission as well. My husband also contacted the principal owner of the company who is XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX. I do n't know exactly which name she goes by at this time however we tried to make a valiant effort in taking care of this matter rationally to no avail. Also I left a message for her attorney which is XXXX XXXX XXXX and he is listed as the registered agent for Stallings Financial Group. I left a message w/ his secretary who said he will not be back in his office until tomorrow ( XXXX/XXXX/2015 ).

Complaint: On Saturday XXXX XXXX, I received a notification from XXXX that a new collection account had been reported ( listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX ) .. Immediately I checked and it was being reported by Stallings Financial. I called them on XXXX XXXX, only to find out they were closed that day. On Monday XXXX XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX department inquiring on this account to find out what it was. They stated that it was a final bill from 2013 that was never paid. I asked them why they had not sent a bill, as I NEVER received anything from them ( I left my forwarding address with the post office. ) I paid this immediately on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX.They informed me that Stallings Financial would be the person to contact regarding this. I contacted Stallings Financial on XXXX XXXX asking why they had not contacted me regarding this. XXXX, with Stallings Financial, informed me that they had sent a few notices, which were returned as undeliverable to them. Had I known ANYTHING about this I would have taken care of it. Not XXXX time did I receive any correspondence from the XXXX or Stallings Financial regarding this.

Complaint: The XXXX medical bills that are open collection on my credit report are false. I included ALL my medical bills into my bankruptcy. The dates that they are giving are false. These XXXX account were open way before my bankruptcy. Which is like a year or two before my bankruptcy. If I am force to get documents then I will begin getting the paper from the doctors office showing when the account were originally opened. These company 's should not be able to just keep renewing the old accounts so that they continue to stay on someone credit file and be eligible to keep harassing people after a bankruptcy.
