Complaint: Southwest credit Systems has been harrasing me since XXXX of 2016. I sent Southwest a request for validation which they did not provide in the first 30 days as determined by the FCRA. They were removed from my XXXX and XXXX credit reports. They waited 2 months and put it back on my XXXX and on XXXX without any correspondence with me. They started with harrassing phone calls and they are ruining my credit worthiness. This is an unverified and unvalidated account. I had previously disputed this account. I have never done business with Southwest Credit. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C.1692g, I disputed the validity of the debt that Southwest Credit claims that I owe. I requested that Southwest Credit provide verification of the following : 1. The ORIGINAL Application or contract ; 2. Any and all statements allegedly related to this debt ; 3. Any and all signed receipts ; 4. Any and all canceled checks ; 5. Original date of default and collection activity begin 6. Whether they purchased the debt, and if so, the amount paid for the debt. 7. The date ( s ) the debt allegedly accrued ; 8. An itemization of the costs, including an accounting, for any additional interest, charges, or other fees placed on this account. I requested that Southwest Credit Cease and Desist all further communications and collection activities and provide the verification of this supposed debt. I demanded that Southwest Credit remove any and all Tradelines that are reporting on my credit report with XXXX. Their response-they reported it to the other two credit bureaus. Ive sent them numerous letters and Ive called them several times. They have ignored my requests. I am extremely frustrated and upset in dealing with them as I have been dealing with them for a little more than 6 months. They are damaging my reputation and preventing me from being a reputable citizen considering my credit file is unnecessarily damaged.

Complaint: This complaint is about XXXX XXXX XXXX and SW Credit Systems, XXXX 's false allegation that I owe {$66.00} to XXXX, XXXX 's false communication to a debt collection company ( SW Credit Systems, XXXX, TX ) that I owe {$66.00} to XXXX, the resulting negative report that SW Credit Systems made to a credit reporting agency ( which had a negative impact on my credit score ), and SW Credit Systems ' negligent failure to validate that I actually owed anything to XXXX. <P/>Here 's the backstory : 1. I opened an internet service account with XXXX in XXXX 2015. The service was to my home at the address listed at the end of this complaint. <P/>2. From that date I timely paid my monthly subscription fee to XXXX by direct debit for about one year, after which XXXX terminated my service for failure to pay an alleged debt of {$66.00}. <P/>3. At some point in between XXXX 2015 and the service termination date, XXXX unilaterally raised my monthly subscription fee. I was unaware of that unilateral action, and XXXX did not obtain my agreement to it. <P/>4. Instead, XXXX continued to accept my monthly direct debit payment for the amount that we had agreed in XXXX 2015. And each month XXXX added to my alleged " debt '' the difference between what I paid and the increased subscription fee. That continued until the unpaid balance of the unpaid " debt '' reached {$66.00}, after which XXXX terminated my service and turned the " debt '' over to SW Credit Systems for collection. <P/>5. After my service termination, I contacted XXXX and learned what had happened ( i.e., the events described above ). I disputed the charge and was told that it would be investigated. I never heard back from XXXX. <P/>6. Instead, I was contacted by SW Credit Systems. I of course refused to pay, and explained to them what had happened. They filed a negative report with a credit bureau about the unpaid " debt, '' and refused to remove it when I contacted them and again explained what had happened. <P/>7. Today I again contacted XXXX and spoke to several customer service representatives, all of whom failed to make any progress in removing the negative report from my credit history.

I request for them to provide the written contract and physical documentation to support the information they are reporting on my credit report via the CFPB portal. Do not send screenshots. Complaint: I Have always maintained perfect repayment history with all my creditors. I recently applied for a line of credit and was denied due to a negative account on my credit report. I got my report and found an unfamiliar account stating that I owned {$360.00} to XXXX a home security company. I called the company directly to dispute this charge, stating that I had not signed or authorized any contract agreeing to any home security system ; ever. I realized I was the victim of Identity theft and asked them to remove the charges and refrain from reporting this to the 3 credit Bureaus. The company XXXX refused to remove the charges even after a dispute from XXXX Credit Bureau. Because this company has no signature or valid authorization, I am seeking help from the CFPB to assist with this discrepancy.

Complaint: Another collection company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a notice in XXXX about a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent them a letter requesting verification of the debt and the contract that was valid for the account they were attempting to collect on. I never received any further communication from the company. Yesterday, I look on my credit and there is a collection from SW Credit Systems LP for the same alleged account. I have not received any communication from them and as it stands, I am sure the same way the other company was unable to verify the debt, they are not able to verify either.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX contacted my relative and disclosed my information to her and got a payment from her for the amount {$190.00}. I explained to my relative that they were not suppose to give her any information regarding a bill in my name and they could not take her money. They continued to contact her and give my information to her over the phone. I have disputed this bill since due to the violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I requested cease telephone communication. Some time had passed and the phone calls stopped and the bill stop coming. After many years my relative called XXXX to get service they told her they could not help her till a bill in my name was resolved. They again disclosed all my information and transferred her to Southwest Credit Collection department. Then Southwest disclosed my information to her as well. I notified CFPB and filed a complaint against XXXX. I sent a Certified letter disputing the bill on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX still calling. I then sent a second Certified letter XXXX/XXXX/XXXX to Southwest Credit informing them of the violation and that I am left with no other option but to file a complaint to cease telephone communications. Southwest Credit in turn sent me a bill with balance saying I owe {$310.00}. CFPB was not able to handle the matter with XXXX so CFPB notified the FTC. Even after sending a Certified letter to Cease Telephone Communication I continue to receive collection calls from XXXX. Another violation of the FDCPA. On my voice mail when I received a call from XXXX a man said on my voice mail. " I got this '' then hung up. Something must be done about this harassment. I am taking the steps to have this resolved to that they will not continue to do this to me or anyone else.

Complaint: Make sure you read all of this or it will be detrimental to Southwest Credit Systems.
Notified debt collector about verification of debt. What was sent back does not verify that I XXXX XXXX owes the debt. It does verify someone by that name does owe it. The verification also does not allow for the satisfaction of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The debt collector also reported this to my credit report. Either the debt collector provides the correct validation ( bills do not show I owe the debt ) or I will file a law suit pursuant to the Fair Debt Collections act. Also please provide your companies attorney information so I may file the suit. Total legal amount not including damages is currently at {$3000.00} plus attorneys fees and I will win because the law states that so long as I am requesting verification and the collection agency has yet to follow the law I will automatically win. Also Southwest Credit Systems does not appear to be licensed to collect in the state of Tennessee. If this continues I will ask the courts for permission to sue outside the limits and I will sue for millions.

Complaint: I started receiving numerous robocalls from Southwest Credit Systems several times a day from different numbers, all tracing back to them, about a bill they are trying to collect on. One day I answered and told them to cease and desist after they tried to get me to verify an account. I told them to send me any communication they need to in the mail. They proceeded to report the account on all 3 of my credit bureau reports. I do not owe this compan y ( Southwest Credit Systems ). I have not signed anything with them. I do not have a contract with THEM. They called multiple times before the cease and desist request, in an attempt to abuse and harass. The called from XXXX twice in a row on X/XX/17 , from XXXX twice in a row on X/XX/17 . XXXX 2 times in a row at XXXX and 2 times in a row at XXXX and XXXX on X/XX/17 . From XXXX on XXXX and XXXX . They called 6 times from XXXX on XXXX . XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX and 6 times from same number on XXXX . XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX , XXXX . I know this because I have screenshot all of these calls, all made during a time when I was at work and could not answer the phone. Again, I do not have a written contract with this company and they have not sent me anything showing my signature on anything I owe to THEM.

Complaint: I was never informed that this alleged debt was being reported on my files nor was i informed that I owed this debt or that a collection agency was going to be claiming that I owed this debt! I do not owe this money and this is to be removed from my report within 30 days! According to the FCRA I was to be notified that there was a balance and informed that this agency would be collecting a debt from me! I was never NEVER informed of this debt so in accordance with FCRA This is not a valid report and is illegal to report this to any agency! If it is not removed from my file I will file a lawsuit in regards to A FCRA violation!
