Complaint: XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Called Seterus Inc again to obtain status of the modification request submitted on XXXX. Still no resolution on this. I keep getting the " follow back with us next week '' The representative today " XXXX XXXX '' stated that they are still working on find a solution for me. They will be contacting me if a subordination can be offered or not. She told me if I did not get approved for a subordination they would move forward with the foreclosure of my home. She told me someone worked on my file on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX but could not tell me what was done. She said documents were ordered. When I asked what documents she told to go to their website to read how the process of a subordination works. Basically she could not tell me anything. I have been calling Seterus Inc every week since XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I have spoken to several representatives. They all give me different information. The representative from last week told me she was submitting an excallation review since they made a mistake in regards to my modification I completed on XXXX of XXXX. They never recorded the modification for the payment of {$1400.00}. Never notified me that the modification was not denied, after the fact that they sent me the Modification document to be signed and notarized. They Denied my modification after they approved me without notifying me. Instead they were sending letters to my ex husband 's attorney. I was completely blind sided on this and now they are playing games and not getting this problem resolved. I am under the impression they are going to deny my modification request and offer me no other option and I will loose my home. It is going to be almost 1yrs that I have been trying to resolve this problem and nothing is getting done. I can not afford to hire an attorney to resolve this issue. But I 'm afraid that will be the only way for me to keep my house. I have filed a few complaints and the answers you get are the same I am getting. " They are working on a resolution for the problem, someone will contact you soon '' No one from Seterus has ever called me. I 've been getting letters daily in the mail that my account is behind and that I need to pay over {$9000.00} to bring the account current and prevent foreclosure. Please help.

Complaint: My loan servicer is Seterus, About 6 months ago I received assistance from XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have been making payments on time since then, however ; my payments are posted late every time, and Seterus is known to post late payments and collect those fees as well making my mortgage amount short and making me fall behind. Now on my credit bureau show 30 day late making my score low, I want this problem to stop and fixed by XXXX, Seterus ... I am tired of Seterus calling and sending me notices, now XXXX is calling me with options. I do not need their assistance at all. Stererus has a bad reputation through California and now Arizona regarding these late payments.. I can go back a yaer and a half to show where we have been at with our mortgage..

Complaint: I can not reach a live customer service rep. when I call Seterus at XXXX so I am asking for your help. My mortgage servicer, Seterus, has been collecting my ARM Loan for many years. The interest rate typically changes every XXXX or XXXX according to the LIBOR rate and Seterus, notifies me in writing every XXXX if there is a change in my XXXX and subsequent payment amounts. Going back, my monthly payment as of XXXX XXXX was {$580.00}. My monthly payment temporarily changed earlier than the normal XXXX of each year to {$590.00} for XXXX, XXXX & XXXX XXXX. No explanation was given for the higher payments in XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. That had never happened before in the 12 years I have been paying my mortgage. Then as expected in XXXX XXXX it changed to {$580.00} according to the LIBOR Rate at that time. My monthly payment has stayed {$580.00} up until the present time as I have not received any notice from Seterus that my payment went up or down in XXXX XXXX. I assumed the LIBOR rates had not changed so my payment would logically stay the same. The last payment I sent early to Seterus of {$580.00} was for XXXX XXXX. The automated voicemail system at Seterus confirms they received the XXXX XXXX payment of {$580.00} on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Since my Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy was discharged a few years ago, Seterus never sends me monthly statements any longer. But now I have received an Account Statement letter from Seterus saying I owe them {$1200.00} by XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The statement says my Monthly payment is now {$600.00} and under a heading titled Activity Since Last Statement, they are charging me a late fee as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX of {$21.00} implying I did not make the XXXX XXXX payment. First of all, I do n't get statements from Seterus and secondly, I am not late on my XXXX XXXX mortgage payment. They received the {$580.00} earlier on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Plus they list {$87.00} as Other Charges in the total of {$1200.00} they say I owe them. It is not my intention not to pay my mortgage. But if I send them {$1200.00} then Seterus is collecting twice for XXXX XXXX as they already accepted {$580.00} on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for my XXXX XXXX payment. I can see them saying I owe them XXXX if that is what my monthly payment went up to back in XXXX XXXX. I just wish they had notified me of the change. So I am going to send them {$600.00} and a letter of explanation of why I believe their Account Statement Billing is in error. But I also think I need your help as a go between. Thank you very much.

Complaint: XXXX was approved for a XXXX trial, with payments from XXXX. He completed the trial. I was told that documents were in process of being drawn up before I left for vacation in XXXX. Upon my return in early XXXX I contacted Seterus and was told the final modification documents were sent out to the borrower XXXX/XXXX/15. Borrower never received those documents. I then made a call to Seterus XXXX XXXX and was told the documents were going to be faxed to me since the mailed copy never got to the borrower. They told me it would take up to 48 hours. I made calls to them the XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX following up on the status of the faxed documents. Each time I was told they were escalating the request and to check my fax within 48 hours. On the XXXX they told me they would put a rush on the request. I called to follow up again today after not finding my fax and was told that the reason I have n't received he fax is because they have n't sent it due to a " litigation '' preventing them from sending the documents directly to me or the borrower. I was told it had to be delivered from their attorneys directly to the borrowers attorney, or directly to the borrower. After a whole month waiting to receive he documents via fax they tell me that!

Complaint: I have submitted a previous complaint about XXXX XXXX, however, I want to include Seterus, Inc in this complaint too. My home was " sold '' today and confirmed in court. XXXX XXXX is the one who foreclosed on me but they are no not my service provider. Seterus is my service provider. I never received notice of the new service provider at my home residential address. Apparently, Seterus sent notification of their becoming my new service provider on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. They sent it to my attorney who has been deceased for nearly 3 years. Now, get this, ..my home was " sold in foreclosure '' on XXXX XXXX, XXXX by Seterus ( Not XXXX XXXX ) and it is currently now " real estate owned. '' Also, according to record, I have received a Ch XXXX bankruptcy discharge on the home on the date XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I am in Chapter XXXX at moment to make XXXX XXXX and Seterus prove they have a claim to this home. I was told by Seterus there is no balance on the account and I should be receiving a XXXX showing the amount on the home that was discharged. How can XXXX XXXX confirm a sale today, XXXX XXXX, when Seterus was the one who was the provider as of XXXX XXXX, and Seterus sold it to another person through foreclosure on XXXX XXXX? Also, the document that shows XXXX XXXX used to provide a transfer of service or document of sale to Seterus is signed by well-known robo signers and also signed on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. However, Seterus is not on record as having " sold '' my home on that date, too. I believe fraud was perpetrated on the Court and on me! I have a recording of the phone conversation with the Seterus representative. I have also transcribed the call into a written format. I have now received XXXX discharges on this property ... XXXX in XXXX and XXXX in XXXX. Neither of these properties have the right to foreclose on me!!
