Complaint: XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, has been illegally attempting to collect a mortgage debt for the past 2.5 years and has engaged in multiple instances of fraudulent misrepresentation to both me, the state and appellate courts of Ohio, and to the United States XXXX XXXX Federal Court. Specifically, the Bank, by and through its attorneys, alleged that it is the new trustee in the case by virtue of being the successor in interest to XXXX XXXX XXXX. As a result of those false statements, the bank then stated to the courts that it was the 'real party in interest ' in my case. In addition, XXXX XXXX itself wrote me a letter ( attached ) in XX/XX/XXXX stating that it was the 'trustee ' for the 'trust ' that owns my note and mortgage. None of the statements above, both made in court and made to me, were true at the time they were made, and they are still not true today. The evidence of their falsity is readily apparent by means of a fraudulent 'Corporate Assignment of Mortgage ' that was filed by Select Portfolio Servicing , INC , the servicing agent on the account. The assignment, which was prepared on XX/XX/XXXX, contains a number of contradictions that prove that the statements made prior to that date were false. In addition, further statements that were made after XX/XX/XXXX are also false since they assignment failed to transfer any 'interests ' to XXXXXXXX XXXX as they alleged in court documents. XXXX XXXX, in addition to committing fraud upon the Courts, is in direct violation of the Consent Decree it signed with the XXXX in XXXX, XXXX. Article IV ( 1 ) ( e ) of the Compliance Program, signed by the bank on XX/XX/XXXX, requires the bank to establish and maintain : ( e ) processes to ensure that the Bank has properly documented ownership of the promissory note and mortgage ( or deed of trust ) under applicable state law, or is otherwise a proper party to the action ( as a result of agency or other similar status ) at all stages of foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation, including appropriate transfer and delivery of endorsed notes and assigned mortgages or deeds of trust at the formation of a residential mortgage- backed security, and lawful and verifiable endorsement and successive assignment of the note and mortgage or deed of trust to reflect all changes of ownership ; ( emphasis added ) All of the above requirements imposed by the OCC detailed above have been violated. As of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX has filed a new praecipe of sale as part of its ongoing fraudulent scheme to literally steal my home under false pretenses. I filed in state court on XX/XX/XXXX the attached new motion to vacate the summary judgment due to fraud on the court and 'any other reasons justifying relief ', but it was incorrectly denied on XX/XX/XXXX due to 'res judicata ' .

Complaint: My loan was modified in XX/XX/XXXX, which states that every year in XXXX, my escrow account would be re-evaluated to determine my new payment for taxes and insurance payment would be over the next 12 months, which would go in affect XXXX of every year. At the end of the year if there was a shortage or an overage based on their foretasted calculations the prior year, they would adjust my payment the following year in XXXX. These are the terms and conditions from XXXX, whom modified my loan. XXXX complied with that from XX/XX/XXXX until they sold my loan to XXXX. XXXX also complied with that all the way through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX would calculate my taxes and my mortgage payment my taxes would be applied to my escrow account, which at the end of the 12 month period would bring my escrow account current and at a XXXX balance. XXXX reassessed my escrow account in XX/XX/XXXX and increased my escrow payment to XXXX a month and my mortgage payment was about {$1400.00}. In the month of XX/XX/XXXX the loan was sold to SPS and my mortgage payment was the same amount, since XXXX already calculated my new mortgage payment from {$1300.00} ( at an interest payment amount of 2 % and the tax bill for the year of XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX ) to the XXXX. Keep your home California provided assistance in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX they paid my mortgage from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX they also paid about XXXX to bring my account current with their reinstatement program. In XX/XX/XXXX they also paid SPS a total amount of {$83000.00}. Select Portfolio applied those funds inappropriately because they collected over XXXX for my taxes and insurance, which would have paid my escrow account in full until the following year in XX/XX/XXXX. Whomever determined where the funds were disbursed, they concluded that my new mortgage payment would be {$1200.00} from what it was prior to funding of {$1400.00}. They took the funds for a 12 month period instead of applying only what I was supposed to pay per month, which would have required them to free me from paying into the escrow account until XX/XX/XXXX. As per my modification agreement that full amount did not have to be satisfied for a 12 month period. SPS had me at a XXXX balance per there statement as of XX/XX/XXXX. I was past due and Keep your home paid my taxes all the way through XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX, however SPS never could tell my how they showed that they collected XXXX. I didnt catch the over-payment until XX/XX/XXXX when I changed my home owners insurance and then all of sudden SPS changed my mortgage payment to over XXXX, all though nothing was supposed to change until XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted SPS and filed a complaint and they stated that my mortgage payment had always been that amount. They had no idea I had documentation and confirmation from my relationship manager when the XXXX was applied to my account. SPS asked me to send the statement that showed as of XX/XX/XXXX my mortgage payment had decreased to {$1200.00}. I was told by my relationship manager, that handled my account that SPS had many problems and they had originally mis-applied my funds towards my deferred amount, instead my Interest Bearing Principal amount, that was based on my modification agreement and also how Keep Your Home California was requiring them to pay so that my mortgage payment would decrease. I was also told that all though my payment was {$1200.00} that in one system it showed that they never changed my mortgage payment and then in another system it showed that my mortgage payment was approximately {$1500.00}. I never saw the change and mistake that SPS made until I got a letter in XX/XX/XXXX stating they had decreased my payment by XXXX and that my payment was at about {$1500.00} as if SPS never even reduced my mortgage payment. The statements showed my mortgage statements, all the customer service reps I spoke to, the automated system, and my on line account also showed my mortgage payment being {$1200.00}. When I filed the complaint I had to ask them to correct and provide them all the documentation because they said that they had no record of my payment being {$1200.00}. I also had been passed due and not only were they asking me to pay about {$1500.00} as of XXXX, they also backdated my payments to reflect the higher amount of what they said I owed instead of what I actually owed. They not only calculated incorrectly, but was now taking advantage of me not being current and increasing my payments for about four months of payments I had not made yet of the {$1200.00}. As I started talking the manager, XXXX, in the ombudsman department she was so confused and she was under the impression that my escrow account needed to be calculated based on what and when they paid for my taxes and I had already paid my taxes for a 12 month rolling calendar year and plus an additional XXXX that they have never been able to explain to me. I advised them that they added their own Insurance as of XX/XX/XXXX and backdated it for an entire year that I never even had Insurance. I have documentation as to when they added their Insurance. In the process of dealing with XXXX and the time that she spent from XXXX until XXXX she had changed my mortgage payment at least 5 times. She initially said I was short on my escrow account in the amount of XXXX, then XXXX then over XXXX, and then finally over XXXX ( holding me responsible for 2 years of taxes all the way through XX/XX/XXXX because SPS made a tax payment in XXXX in the amount of XXXX and then another one in XXXX of XXXX, which totaled to be the XXXX. She attempted to tell me that I was past due for the previous year in XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and the difference of what XXXX ( my previous mortgage company before SPS ) calculated of XXXX and the additionally I owed another XXXX. She was basing my shortage on when they paid my taxes. I advised her that her calculations were incorrect because as of XX/XX/XXXX I was at a XXXX balance based on their statement sent to me on how they disbursed the funds of XXXX from Keep Your Home California and not only SPS take too much money I should have never had to pay for taxes until the following year. After months and hours of talking, emailing, and sending all of my documentation.she said that my mortgage payment would be XXXX and that would include XXXX payment which was part of the shortage, even though there was not shortage. Then I got a bill showing that my payment was XXXX and I called SPS and they told me there was no shortage after an escrow analysis and my payment would be XXXX without the shortage payment for 99 months. I have all the emails from XXXX, who is the manager in the Ombudsman department, that reflect all her inconsistencies and misinformation. When I spoke with the relationship managers over that two month period they continued to tell me there was not shortage after my payment from keep your home California and that they needed to adjust it. I continued to make my payment per my statements of {$1200.00} until my XXXX payment was required because they are not legally supposed to change my mortgage payment whenever they want and they also can not backdate it just because I missed payments. My mortgage payment should have remained at the {$1200.00} until XX/XX/XXXX but they were premature in increasing it because they decided to re-evaluate my payment when they received notification to change my Homeowner Insurance in XXXX. I did file a complaint previously with the Department of Oversight and when I did that is when I received a letter in XXXX that showed my new mortgage payment of {$1300.00}. They refused to honor the original agreement of my payment of {$1200.00} until XX/XX/XXXX because whenever I would ask them to fix it, they would make things worse. Here we are again in XX/XX/XXXX and I changed my homeowners insurance in XX/XX/XXXX and then in XXXX they increased it again to XXXX. I called again and the relationship manager told me that they made a mistake and they should have never changed my payment until XX/XX/XXXX and said they would do a full analysis. I got a piece of paper in the mail from SPS that was not legible and they had no basis for changing my mortgage payment again prior to the date that they were supposed to. I contacted the escrow department directly and she said that they can change it as many times as they like and they can also collect an additional amount in taxes. I advised her that she was incorrect because in the state of California they can only collect for a 12 month period. XXXX ( previous mortgage company ) specifically told me that there was no shortage on my account when it was transferred my account to SPS had been in compliance until XX/XX/XXXX. I overpaid in XX/XX/XXXX for 6 months of {$630.00} which is the difference of the XXXX to the XXXX. If they felt there was a shortage, which there was not, it should had been re-evaluated as of XX/XX/XXXX. SPS is not asking me to pay {$1400.00} from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX and that is not supposed go in effect until XX/XX/XXXX. I have continued to ask SPS how much money of the XXXX that Keep Your Home California was disbursed. I was given a escrow analysis that did not tell me exactly the total amount of how much was applied towards my principal, interest, and my escrow account. I saw that they misapplied my funds and was told they did by my relationship manager in XX/XX/XXXX and. I got a statement that showed mis-applied payments towards the deferred balance and then applied towards my actual principal payment. It appears they applied XXXX toward my principal. It also showed that it looked like they applied {$4000.00} towards Insurance that took me all the way until XX/XX/XXXX. They were only allowed to pay all of my past due balance. XX/XX/XXXX it showed everything at a XXXX balance. In XX/XX/XXXX I changed my homeowners Insurance and then I got a letter in XX/XX/XXXX showing that they reducing my mortgage payment from {$1500.00} to {$1500.00} as if my mortgage payment never even changed to the {$1200.00} that they sent me documentation that reflected my new payment as of XX/XX/XXXX after receiving the XXXX I was asked in XX/XX/XXXX if I wanted to get assistance with a repayment plan and went a program called mortgage assistance program and it dragged on all the way through XX/XX/XXXX. I had emailed a department to help me find out why this underwriting department kept asking me for the same information I provided them and I could not get it resolved. I also told them they changed my mortgage payment before they were supposed to in XX/XX/XXXX to {$1500.00} again and were trying to back date the increased amount for all my past due payments that were XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. They already adjusted to {$1300.00} that was not supposed to reevaluated until XX/XX/XXXX per my modification agreement. As a result of this email in XX/XX/XXXX SPS they took it upon themselves and did another escrow analysis and I specifcally told them not to change anything but just to have a supervisor call me. I then get a statement that I had a shortage of {$12000.00} because they were now charging my escrow payment of the projected tax amount of the XXXX and the payment they made again for my taxes going to the following year holding me responsible for a year and a half of taxes and insurance and increasing my mortgage payment to {$1800.00}. They changed my mortgage payment 3 times between XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX, again changing my payment prior to when my analysis was stipulated in my modification every year in XXXX to going into effect as of XXXX. SPS and every mortgage company complied with this until they received my XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and has continued to be problem and out of compliance with the Federal guidelines and also what guidlines that are stipulated on SPS portal. I have been told by a number of SPS reps that they showed that they increased my mortgage payment too early and that they had one system that showed the correct amount and another system that showed the incorrect payment. There has been so much conflicting information and their escrow department seems to think that eveytime they make a payment to pay my taxes for the following year that I am short instead of reeavaluating it yearly to reflect my escrow account for a 12 month calandar year. This is spiriling out of control and to make a change in my payments for XXXX to XXXX in just in 12 months is unethical practices. They tried to tell me from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX that my mortgage payment was never XXXX. They were asking me to send them documentation to them of what sent to me showing my mortgage payment. Everything I told them they said they had no record and I had to keep emailing these documents to them to correct it. Now there mortgage assistance program said I am not eligible for a repayment plan because of the incorrect mortgage payment of {$1800.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX because they said my income does not reflect that I am able to afford it.

Complaint: Select Portfolio Servicing Company is a dept collection agency which is about the 5th company to buy up our original mortgage~ they are not tge original holder of the promissory note and have been threatening us with calls, shark attorneys and threatening letters of foreclosure for a few years now. They say they will work with us with remodification but keep the payment at an astronomical payment that they know we can not afford. Their lawywrs say they want to work with us at a mych less repayment amount but tge bank says not true..the bank had us fill out 3 lines online and never asks for income verification ~just tells us you qualify only for {$4500.00} a month and thats it! We were told at court by their lawyer XXXX XXXX XXXX to work with him, but then never gets back to us, and the bank says dont work with our lawyer work with us directly ... what are we to believe? We can afford {$2100.00} a month and have asked them if there is a program to put us in a balloon payment and work with us with this amount they say they have them but not for us!!! They say they want to gelp us stay in home but then tell us this stuff!! They dont even have the original note or even own it.. they bought up a bad debt and they know it!! We have read there is litigation about laws protecting consumers about people trying to forclose on people when they are not original note holder ... its illegal ~ look it up. The original mortgage company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX..told us before we were ever late for a payment, when i called them to tell them i was an injured XXXX XXXX on duty and lost my job and the economy crashed and my husbands carpentry business went under, they told me the only way they could help us was to default on mortgageYES they said thismiss 3 payments and we can then help! That was a disgusting damaging LIE that started this disaster for us..we missed payments we could not recover from..it destroyed our credit beyond repair. We have never truly been heard and we have begged and pleaded for the judge and state of NJ to please take this very seriously! We have been done totally wrong from 2006 to now. We never have an answer! We have been told over years the foreclosure is dismissed with no explainations..sold over and over ... different law firms have picked it up! We have never been able to resolve it properly and its been XXXX for our family!! I urge you to please help us!

Complaint: Basically, my mortgage company, Select Portfolio Services, continues to stretch out these loan modification programs, then offer me a payback amount that I clearly can not afford to pay back. They keep saying they're referred my account to an attorney, but are still claiming to help me. They charge all these fees for their " review board '' which makes my payments even higher, they offer me something like {$3000.00} payments, when I couldn't afford the initial payments of {$1500.00}. I explained to them that I had been unemployed for over a year. I really think this company is just a scam. Then they keep offering programs like Short Sales and Foreclosures because their investors will not accept any offers and they're investors are not willing to accept not one payment. It's bad enough the mortgage interest, which they say is normal, is .8 %

Complaint: I purchased a 2-flat. However, it was not a legal-two flat and I was unable to rent the second unit. As a result my income dropped and I fell behind on my mortgage. I have adjusted my expenses and I am able to afford a reasonable payment however I have been declined for a loan modification. I have filed a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy which eliminated all other debt which strengthened my financial condition. Also, it appears that the value used to calculate the NPV is incorrect. I am being evaluated as a 2-unit and I am not a two-unit. Also, I am compared to brick properties and my home is frame. I would like to make sure that I am fully considered considering may unique circumstance and the fact that I do receive income and can make a payment on my mortgage loan.

I finally paid it off in XX/XX/XXXX, when I got the DEED of TRUST amount showing on it was XXXX after paying XXXX per month for 25 yrs. you would think amount would go down instead of up. Complaint: So we have been trying to work with SPS and we are not getting anywhere we really need help dont know where else to go. We are trying to avoid paying for help from a third party. I have owned the home with my mother since XXXX we keep getting mixed information. We have SAle date XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. we are being told that while our complaint is being reveiwed that our sale date would be post phoned. we were also told on XX/XX/XXXX that a letter went out saying they will resolve this by XX/XX/XXXX thats the date of our sale by the time they complete everything our home will be sold. SPS has a habbit of sending information that is time sensitive out to late. i did recieve the letter yesterday that was dated XX/XX/XXXX saying exactly what XXXX XXXX told us on the phone. first time we got a letter so fast. but it was not time sensitive. we also recieved a letter yester dated XX/XX/XXXX saying thank you and we are looking into help for us all while still moving forward with forclosure no date has been post phoned. my mom will be XXXX she cant take much more we have a XXXX family member here we can not leave in a day out of a home we have lived in for 12 years. i have attached a copy of all letters for your reveiw.we asked yesterday to speak to a manger we were able to speak with XXXX XXXX who told us they would post phone the sale date that it would be wrong to sale while case was being reviewed she also said that they were tring to hurry up because from the notes she can see they dont really want to do that post phone. well that caused concern we want our file looked at very carefully and with do-deligents. We are scared we have been told so many times we can get reveiwed and then no. we want the options that are available. not just relocation. however with that being said. If they reveiw us and we cant get help and all is left is to sale then we are willing to let go. but we need time to do that. We have had changes that we have been stateing over and over for the good that could change the outcome of our reveiw but our relationship manger has refused to present it to the investor he told us that on the XX/XX/XXXX .his name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that same day a letter is sent saying that sps is comitted to home rention and offers assitant options to there customers and thanks us for calling. the problem is when we recieved the letter yesterday we called and no option are available i have attachted a copy of the letter They have blocked our account from submitting a reveiw package online also even though the Home owners bill of rights clearing states we can be reviewed mulitiple times. i have attached a copy for your review. We want to be fair to SPS and to ourselves. WE have a large lump some that we beleive. will help with a diffent out come of our reveiw. We dont want to buy time or a band aid resolution we want to keep our home and we want to pay it. WE are asking to please help us sps. we cant seem to get anywhere they keep putting sale dates on our home while being looked at for resolution That is considered dual traking which goes against the new laws which i have attatched.We have yet to be reviewed without a sale date that allows sPS to move forward with forclosure quickly because the never stopped the process while we are being reviewed.My point is we would not be filing a complaint right now if they were following the new laws.

Complaint: I APPLIED FOR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE FROM MY SERVICER SPS, I WAS RECENTLY DENIED DUE TO THE LENDER STATING THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO OFFER ME ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT CREATE AN AFFORDABLE PAYMENT. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY, FOR ONE IF THEY DID NOT EMPLOYEE UNDERWRITERS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO CALCULATE INCOME I WOULD NOT BE IN THIS SITUATION. THEY ARE STATING THAT MY HOUSEHOLD GROSS INCOME IS {$3900.00} AND MY TRUE GROSS INCOME IS {$6000.00}. SECONDLY, I GOTTEN MY LOAN IN XX/XX/2007 AND HAVE NEVER NEEDED ASSISTANCE. MY MATURITY DATE IS XXXX WITH A 8.63 % INTEREST RATE!! I HAVE A RATE WHICH IS DOUBLED TO TODAYS INTEREST RATE AND I AM IS XXXX YEARS OLD, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PROOF THAT MY INVESTOR AND SERVICER ARE PREYING ON MY AGE TO KEEP ME IN A RATE ABOVE 8 %. I WILL NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO STEAL MY HOME BECAUSE THEY ARE GREEDY! AN EXTENSION ON MY TERM AND TODAYS MARKET INTEREST RATE WILL BE AFFORDABLE, I WOULD SAVE OVER A {$1000.00} A MONTH ON A 4 % 40 YEAR LOAN, DONT LIE TO ME AND STATE THAT YOU COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A PAYMENT OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOGUS GUIDELINES. WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO STATE WITH A SMILE IS THAT I WILL STEAL YOUR HOUSE AND MAKE YOU HOMELESS, WELL WE WILL SEE WHAT XXXX XXXX, FTC, XXXX, HAVE TO SAY WHEN I FORWARD THEM THIS COMPLAINT. YOU WILL NOT VICTIMIZE ME AND STEAL MY HOME.

Complaint: we got move over to SPS XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX because we file and complaint about XXXX to XXXX XXXX, ( Many many times ) XXXX was doing the same thing SPS is doing. We decided last XX/XX/XXXX we wanted to pay our house off within 5-6 years. So we work up a plan and started paying an addition {$1200.00} towards our principal ever month. I call the payment in to there office and talk with someone that this payment is to be applied to principal only! They applied the payments to everything but the principal they paid off some late charges with some of the money and I told them leave on the accounted till after where done because XXXX XXXX agree to pay them but they still did not listen, I talk with XXXX XXXX They got them to start putting the money to where I wanted it to go and take the money they put somewhere else back to principal that work for about a month now there back again putting the money everywhere but principal. Today I spoke with an SPS staff about where my {$1200.00} went that I payed on XX/XX/XXXX she said some went to interest some went to escrow some to taxes this is a game they play ever month and am ready to walk a way from this house! Because we never reaffirmed after a bankruptcy in XX/XX/2009 we can walk away and not get any ding on our credit report! Right now our congressman is getting involved and our local news ( XXXX ) Has agree to get involved ( Must be election time of the year ) I will email you documents there at my other office where they have move the money back to principal ever time XXXX XXXX has got involved I should not have to do this ever few months. This company is trying to take advantage of people to make them pay more interest when they move the money back it's not post -dated to where it was when I made the payment and more interest is on my accounted, We will NEVER pay off in the 5 years as we would like. I have ask XXXX XXXX to move us to a new bank that will not play this game OVER AND OVER EVER-MONTH! Thank you advance for any help you can provide because by XX/XX/XXXX if this is not work out we are walking away from this house. XXXX XXXX

Complaint: RE : Loan # XXXX I have been in a Loan Modification Plan with Select Portfolio Servicing ( SPS ) since XX/XX/XXXX. I have been providing them with all documents requested since XXXX & I have been advised by SPS that they had received all documents needed many times.. I keep providing the same documents over and over as they keep asking for them over & over. I have restarted the entire process over & over & this Loan Modification has gone on for 2 years without completion. They have done XXXX appraisals & their underwriting dept keeps taking so long that they let 3 months at a time go by without completion and then start asking for the same documents over again.They tell me that they are working for me, but the process never ends & my property stands to be lost, due to this never ending process and now I have issues with the Homeowners Association after being told by SPS not to worry about the HOA 's because my account was being handled by their XXXX XXXX & everything was fine. Now I am being told the opposite. The lender is XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX Bank. I do not want to lose my home but this never ending process stands to put me in a position with the HOA that they moved to foreclose due to HOA dues after it was the HOA that made my home uninhabitable for well over a year due to the HOA " Slab Leak '' flooding my home causing it to mold & then they denied liability for months creating over {$70000.00} in damages without waiving HOA dues & then moved to foreclose because the Loan Modification did not take place yet. This Loan Modification Plan process is still taking place. Again on XX/XX/XXXX it will have been two ( 2 ) years of being in a Loan Modification Process with no results other than the stance of losing my home. DUE TO THIS I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!

Complaint: I am a surviving spouse of a veteran, my husband died XX/XX/2018 he is the only one listed on the mortgage. I had no idea he was behind on the mortgage. I did later find out that at the time of his death he was working to get a loan modification but was not able to provide all of the documentation before his death. I have tried to talk with the company Select Portfolio Servicing to see if they will work with me to bring the mortgage current but they will not talk to me. I was also able to send in a copy of the death certificate. I just received a notice from an attorney 's office that they were proceeding with foreclosure. I am working with a HUD approved non-profit counseling agency and we have reviewed my situation and I can make payments if they will work with me. Please ask them to abide by the surviving spouse provision so I can save my house.

Complaint: I XXXX XXXX and my husband XXXX request through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau a motion for my mortgage servicing company Select Portfolio Servicing , Inc. to cease and desist all calls to our home or cell phones about missed mortgage payments. All correspondence must be in written form only from this point forward. We are currently facing several financial matters that has caused a hardship for us and our family and business. Accordingly, we will be requesting a mortgage forbearance while we design a game plan to work out all of our financial difficulties. SPS should submit our cease and desist request and abide by the rules, and assign a mortgage workout specialist to notify us on how to start the forbearance/modification process. Therefore, our request should cease any threats of a foreclosure process, as we will file for bankruptcy if necessary.
