Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX has transfferred my mortgage too : Select Portfolio Servicing. I am receiving mortgage default phone calls from Select Portofilio advising they are collectiong on a debt for a default mortgage. I received 3 phone calls on XX/XX/2018 from Select Portfolio Servicing demaning mortgage payments that are delinquent and the respective late payment charges & interst amounting too {$15000.00} plus 2 past due mortgage payments in the amounts of {$1300.00} & {$1300.00}.
I am not in default of my mortgage payments ; I am not behind in my payemnts. Why is a debt collections agency calling and sending me written mortgage default requests for payment

Complaint: I have recently been denied for a loan modification on an appeal review. I originally applied for a loan modification and was denied due to insufficient income. My Sister then moved in with me and helped with {$1000.00} to cover the household expenses. With the changes in my financials, i then reapplied for a loan modification. I was later told that I was denied and am no longer able to reapply since i can only be reviewed once in a year. Now that I am able to afford my home with the help of my Sister, they will not consider reviewing it and I will lose my home. I have worked too hard for this to happen. Please help.

Complaint: Last year this time I hired an agent to short sell my home. I have had two buyers who back out. The last buyer backed out XX/XX/XXXX. The sell was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX, however my agent was able to get the sale date moved until XX/XX/XXXX. In meantime I received another offer with was submitted XX/XX/XXXX, 30 days before the sale date. I received a letter from the bank acknowledging the receipt of the office XX/XX/XXXX. After some time my agent called the mortgage company she was told that I didn't qualify for a short sale because I hadn't submitted an offer beforeXX/XX/XXXXXXXX she was told I was sent a letter explaining ( first I never received any letter from them ) and my only option was cash for keys.
After much going back and forth through agent and me even calling it seems that someone made a mistake at the company. The mortgage company needed some additional information that was sent to them however they keep saying the reason they denied it was because of the extra paperwork was not given to them.
Unfortunately I don't have copies of calls, however they are recorded.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, all seem to now know who is responsible for my mortgages. I have a first and second mortgage. SPS says that they stopped servicing my mortgage a year ago, and gave me a letter stating this fact.
So how do I get the liens released? I am requesting a full reconveyance of the liens for the property at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX.
The loans have been charged off and there is XXXX balance owing as per the documents received by SPS.

Complaint: Mortgage fraud and unfair business practice against Select Portfolio. On XX/XX/XXXX, Select Portfolio sent a letter stating to contact them for Mortgage Assistance and resolution. I contacted Select Portfolio and they stated there's no options available and that the Mortgage issue has been referred to an Attorney for Foreclosure.
Select Portfolio and XXXX XXXX has committed Mortgage Fraud. XXXX is still the Lender of my Mortgage loan. Select Portfolio stated they are not the decisoin makers, XXXX XXXX is the decision maker. This method is very unfair and XXXX is not in compliance in allowing me the opportunity to address my mortgage balance of {$84000.00}. XXXX sold my mortgage as a bond to Select Portfolio for {$240000.00}. My issue is XXXX is doing the same mortgage fraud they were fined by the US Government. XXXX is shielding all responsibility of my mortgage issues through Select Portfolio.
Please add my name to both the two Class Actions suits against XXXX and Select Portfolio. Select Portfolio refuses to resolve this issue. It is time for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to fine both of these Mortgage Companies. XXXX was given the Bail out money to assist me in the HARP but has failed to do this. I was given a 36 months fixed 1 percent for Military Assistance program since XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX and Select Portfolio is not taking responsiblities for their wrong doing.
The Georgia State Attorney General advise me to submit a Mortgage fraud suit and to hire an attorney to sue both companies.
Select Portfolio told me tonight they are not willing to assist me in this matter

We don't know who is the responsible party whom we need to communicate with about our requests. Is it XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX, the Certificate Holders OF THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX WAS THE ORIGINAL LENDER.
MIN # XXXX. I would like request a quick claim deed or full reconveyance of both mortgages. XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX? If we don't owe any money can we please request a reconveyance for the first and second mortgage? Also XXXX has informed us that our mortgage has been transferred out of the system and the last know Servicer is XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/2012 XXXX XXXX XXXX did something to release these mortgages?
We would like to know if XXXX XXXX is still the Trustee of the above pass through certificates, and so have these certificates been liquidated, sold, charged off, or forgiven, or included in the mortgage bail out by the Federal Government?
I would like proof that we no longer are responsible for these charged off mortgage loans. We would like a full accounting of monies received from all servicers associated with our mortgages paid to the investors of the Pass Through Certificates, series XXXX that pertains to this single family residence, and XXXX XXXX.
As a protected XXXX XXXX XXXX Veteran I would like to request a full reconveyance of the first and second mortgage.
We would also like to request to the responsible party the correction of any recorded documents this pertain to this mortgage.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX my mortgage loan was sold to SPS Servicing. With the previous Mortgage servicer, my balance was approximately {$380000.00}. I now receive statements that my balance is {$380000.00}. They are charging me {$3600.00} in additional fees they can not explain why, to whom and when these charges were incurred. Back in XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an additional {$2000.00}. extra principal payment which was never applied and monies were used by the Lender as additional " fees '' paid. I have asked our State Attorney for help and all this bank did was send the State Attorney a roster of all my payments since the loan originated in XX/XX/XXXX. Please help!

Complaint: I want t express my frustration on working on a Loan Modification request with Select Portfolio. Not only did they make the situation matter more complicated, they made it worst. It all started when I requested a Loan Modification back in XX/XX/2015. More than 4 years ago, I requested a loan modification on my house because I was experiencing an extreme hardship. My wife of many years and I encounter some life problems which resulted in her leaving me and a divorce. Through out this process, I became very ill and had an XXXX XXXX. My emotions were all over the place and I had a XXXX XXXX. Due to my XXXX XXXX, I was not myself and was considered XXXX. My family locked me up in a XXXX XXXX for a couple of years until I became better again. I have all documentation pertaining to the XXXX XXXX I had and also being in a XXXX XXXX due to my XXXX XXXX. This cause me a huge breakdown in my life because I was not able to work, and my expenses for the house kept increasing. I apologize the debt has become this large but its due to my XXXX state, like I said I have all needed information to proof you of my hardship. Once I was out of the institution, my life started to get together slowly by the use of family members. They helped me at the beginning by providing me financially until I can get to my feet and start a life again, that was destroyed by my previous marriage.
After all my financial situation was getting better, I decided to look for help from SPS to come clean and start making payments.
Throughout the process of the loan modification, the bank kept bringing up my previous review. They kept requesting information from a loan modification that started 3 years ago. I kept telling them me and my wife were not together anymore, and they still wanted her finances, shes not even part of this loan, and nowhere near my life, I believe I was getting bullied by them or in a way they just wanted to make fun of me and I did not appreciate any of the gestures. Once it became clear after a couple of months, they denied my loan modification due to not enough income to support a loan modification, but approved me for a Repayment Plan. The Loan Modification was based on a payment of {$2800.00} which included the escrow. The Repayment Plan was for {$5400.00} on a monthly basis. I called this XXXX and excuse my language. I can not qualify for {$2800.00} but I qualify for {$5400.00} which is insane. I know this bank has been after my property because it possesses a great market value. I know they are doing this on purpose to take ownership of my house. Im scared of the sales date. I tried to re modify again and they said no, just sell the house or we would foreclosure. Please help me with a Loan Modification, it is neither my fault I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX that caused me to be hospitalized and cause me my hardship. I just want my house, please stop the foreclosure until we can finalize a review.

Complaint: My loan is part of the XXXX XXXX held XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Backed Notes. I am disputing the legitimacy of this trust and Select Portfolio right to attempt to foreclose on my property at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ga. I will need information confirming the existence of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I have researched it myself and have found that there seems to be no information on it past XX/XX/2015. This concerns me. I have requested this information multiple times before via handwritten request as well as verbal requests. I am well aware that the trust is held by XXXX XXXX. I need recent records on the actual trust itself. Recent financial records, Tax records, anything that can show me that this is a legitimate trust and is still in existence. I have spoken with XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX, who apparently manages the service agreement with Select Portfolio, and he could tell me nothing about this trust saying that, XXXX XXXX XXXX may have a record of it. Why XXXX XXXX XXXX would have a record of it I have no idea. It's supposed to be held by XXXX XXXX. I am sure you can understand my confusion and concern as to where my money is actually going. I find this lack of transparency between Select Portfolio, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and whom ever else may be involved with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Backed Notes, to be completely unacceptable. I have a right to know and gather information on this trust to make sure it is all Legitimate. Not to mention all banks involved have been fined heavily in recent years for bank fraud as well as securities fraud and I believe XXXX XXXX Headquarters in XXXX was just raided due to money laundering accusations. This to me is extremely worrisome and I demand transparency on all aspects of this trust that my mortgage is part of. Every time I ask this question my only response from Select Portfolio Servicing is that XXXX XXXX is the holder of the trust. Let 's see if we can dig a bit deeper this time. My intention is to keep my house and I am able to catch up on payments once I am secure with the situation. XXXX XXXX

Complaint: Received in the mail Trial Modification Plan from Select Port Folio and the 1st payment is due XX/XX/XXXX. Also received a property foreclosure sale letter form Select Port Folio stating there is a property foreclosure sale set for XX/XX/XXXX for my home.
I just received the modification papers and I'm concerned my house will be sold even though I've received the modification documents with a mortgage payment.
